当前中国高技术产业发展既存在区域规模差异也存在区域绩效差异,而绩效差异将直接影响到地区高技术产业科技资源配置和产业结构升级的路径.本文运用空间面板计量经济学等相关方法对中国高技术产业发展绩效的收敛问题进行了系统研究.先利用Malmquist指数和功效系数法,从研发效率和经济效率两个角度,测算了中国高技术产业发展的综合绩效;后运用基于面板数据的SAR模型研究了2001-2010年间中国省域高技术产业发展绩效的绝对β收敛及其收敛机制.研究结果表明,21世纪以来中国高技术产业发展绩效存在显著的绝对β收敛,其收敛机制主要是技术扩散机制;而中部地区的收敛速度要明显快于其它地区.
