波伏娃的"他者"思想主要来源于萨特的存在主义和黑格尔的主奴辩证法,其局限性在于脱离了具体的历史语境,缺乏具体的社会内容,忽视了女性身份的建构,最终没能够提出解决两性关系的理想方法.依利加雷继承和发展了波伏娃的"他者"思想,主要表现在将女性的内在性和超越统一起来,将解构和建构结合起来,通过女性谱系为女人提供自我发展的空间,努力消除两性的二元对立,积极创造两个主体的文化.
