SNPs identification of porcine imprinting gene MKRN3 and association analysis with carcass traits

以梅山猪、大白猪和长白猪为研究对象,筛选出MRKN3基因的单核苷酸多态位点(SNPs)并进行PCR-RFLP验证,利用PCR-BstUI-RFLP对大白×梅山F_2代资源家系(285头)DNA样品酶切分型,将分型结果与猪胴体性状进行关联分析。结果表明:猪MRKN3基因编码区有7个SNPs,分别为293C>G、361G>A、497G>A、630G>A、678T>C、1376C>T、和1407T>A;其中678T>C位点等位基因频率在中外不同猪种中存在差异;猪MRKN3基因678T>C位点与内脂率及臀部膘厚显著相关(P< 0.05);678T>C位点对内脂率具有显性效应(P

Single nucleotide poiymorphisms （SNPs） of the porcine imprinting gene MKRN3 were identified in Meishan, Large white and Landrace pigs by PCR-RFLP and were genotyped in the F2 popu- lation of 285 Large white × Meishan pigs by PCR-BstUI-RFLP.
