Polyaniline−dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid (PANI‐DBSA) particles were synthesized by in situ emulsion polymerization using aniline and DBSA, and then combined with castor oil and epoxy resin to prepare a polyaniline/urethane interpenetrating network polymer. The addition of PANI‐DBSA particles enhances the coatings' anticorrosive properties.
