Glucosyl isopropyl fumarate was synthesized through three steps. The synthesis conditions of the third steps were discussed. The results indicated that the optimal conditions were that the molar ratio of fumarate acid monmalkyl ester monmchloride to glucosyl was 4 : 1, reaction time was 70 - 90 ℃, reaction temperature was 80 -90 min, and the yield was 75.4%.
