芯科科技的Si106x/108x系列微控制器是内部集成了高性能1 GHz以下频段无线收发器和极低功耗微控制器的器件,具备兼容51的内核、片上调试器、10位A/D转换器和多种数字接口,其无线收发器拥有-126 dBm接收灵敏度、最大可达+20 dBm的发射功率、多种调制方式和自动频率控制、自动增益控制,还兼容IEEE802.15.4g,适合家居自动化、遥控、无钥匙进入、智能计量仪表、无线传感器网络等领域。本文对该芯片的内部结构、工作原理、硬件设计和软件调试方法进行了详细介绍,并简单讨论了使用该芯片实现的商品混凝土的电子标签。

Silicon Laboratories’Si106x/108x series devices are wireless MCUs with integrated high⁃performance Sub⁃1 GHz transceiver and ultra⁃low power MCU.The devices possess a 51⁃compatible kernel,on⁃chip Silicon Labs 2⁃Wire(C2)Development Interface,10bit ADC and other digital interfaces.The integrated transceiver has extremely low receive sensitivity(-126 dBm),industry leading+20 dBm out⁃put power,multiple modulation methods coupled with AFC&AGC.It also compatible with IEEE802.15.4g.These series are suitable for home automation,remote control,k...
