In order to solve the poor flexibility of plant spacing change and the inconvenient operation of manual seedling for the pot seedling transplanter, the transmission mechanism innovation design affecting the working efficiency was carried out based on the TRIZ theory. Firstly, the technical conflict of transplanter is transformed into the engineering parameters which need to be improved in TRIZ theory.
