针对教学研究型大学实验平台整合中存在的管理体制不顺、运行机制不灵、信息传递不畅等问题,根据教研型大学的要求,探讨了"布局合理、理顺体制、资源共享、学科融合、特色突出、科学研究、提高效益"的整合理念和原则,构架了平台整合的模型,提出了"领导重视,分步实施;改革创新,加强实验;以人为本,强化功能;利用网络,实现集成"的整合措施,构建了平台整合后的管理体制.
