摘要:
为了开展油料产地化低残油压榨技术装备研究,以紫苏籽、花生仁为原料,研究2种油料的物性(包括原料成分及硬度和脆性)。采用小型榨油机(该机为榨螺和榨轴一体的单螺杆榨油机,测量并计算其理论压缩比为11)压榨,以压榨饼残油率为指标,考察油料入榨含水量,入榨温度,环境温度等因素对2种油料压榨饼残油率的影响。通过正交试验优化得到最佳压榨工艺条件为:入榨水分为4%, 入榨温度为65℃, 环境温度为30℃,在最佳工艺条件下,紫苏籽压榨饼残油率为9.82%;花生仁压榨饼残油率为8.21%。由于出饼温度小于80 ℃,随着紫苏籽压榨饼和花生仁压榨饼中蛋白质含量增加,其氮溶指数与原料相比也有所增加,说明蛋白质尚未...

In order to research the processing technologies used in the oil plants producing area and develop screw press in low residual oil rate, the perilla seed and peanut kernel are used as the raw material to study their material properties (include raw material composition, hardness and fragile).
