在仔猪日粮中添加木聚糖酶和酵母菌的基础上,研究小麦淀粉加工副产物戊聚糖浆对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率和血液生化指标的影响。试验选取105头30日龄断奶的健康仔猪,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每重复7头猪,试验期为28 d。5组分别为:对照组(基础饲粮)和4个试验组(基础饲粮∶戊聚糖浆分别为1∶ 0.5、1∶ 1、1∶ 1.5和1∶ 2) 。结果表明,仔猪的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比,以及仔猪腹泻率和粪便指数在各组间均差异不显著(P > 0.05) 。另外,与对照组相比,基础饲粮与戊聚糖浆添加比例为1∶ 1、1∶ 1.5和1∶ 2时,可降低仔猪血清尿素氮含量,提高血清GSH - PX活性(P < 0.05) 。总之,在饲粮中添加木...
