Considering the variations of porosity and permeability of rapeseed cake and dehulled rape-seed cake during pressing, a one-dimensional partial differential equation for now of fluids through porous media of rapeseed cake and dehulled rapeseed cake was developed based upon the theory of fluid-solid interaction, in which the cake was deformable and the permeability was variable.
