以黄刺玫的嫩叶为材料，比较了改良SDS法、CTAB法和陈大明法等3种方法对其基因组DNA的提取效果。结果表明：采用裂解前加入不含SDS的缓冲液，提取过程中用4％β-巯基乙醇的改良SDS法，可有效地控制材料的褐变及DNA污染。提取的DNA纯度和产率均较高，可完全满足RAPD扩增的需要。

This paper dealt with extraction of DNA from Rosa xanthina Lindl. Leaves with the 3 methods which modifild SDS, CTAB and Chen method.
