With the merits of overlay model easy to be realized by programming, the viscosity, elasticity and plasticity of soft soil are expressed by overlay model, furthermore, the program OMFEM (Overlay Model with Finite Element Method) computing the rheological behavior of soft soil based on overlay model is developed. Then, the global search of rheological parameters is realized by complex optimization, with the integration of computing program OMFEM and complex optimization, the identification program COIOM (Complex Optimization Identification of Overlay Model) of soft soil rheological model is dev...
