Dietary phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) can remodel the intestinal flora. The aim of this study was to explore the dynamic alteration of gut microbiota induced by dietary PE and PC, using a 12-week high-fat diet mice model with soy-derived PE and egg yolk-derived PC intervention. Fecal microbiomes were analyzed at weeks 0, 1, 4, 8, 10, and 12 using 16S rRNA sequencing technique, and colonic bile acid composition was quantified by UPLC-MS/MS.
