Selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs) have garnered significant attention for their advantageous biological properties and low toxicity. However, their practical application has been constrained by limited stability. In this study, regenerated chitin nanofibers (Re-ChNFs) were utilized to improve the stability and dispersion of SeNPs through a redox reaction involving ascorbic acid and sodium selenite.
