Analysis and investigation on the aggregation of epidemic rubella in Wuxue in Hubei province in 2016

目的 分析武穴市2016年聚集性风疹疫情调查情况,为今后风疹疫情的防控提供参考.方法 收集此次疫情防控和处置资料,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析.结果 此次聚集性风疹疫情持续约4个月,共报告实验室确诊病例195例,人群分布主要为学生(190例),年龄分布主要为10～20岁(159例),无死亡病例;其中报告突发公共卫生事件一起,涉及风疹暴发疫情关联病例10例,均为学生.结论 学校卫生管理工作和学校晨午检制度落实不到位是此次聚集性风疹疫情发生的主要原因.

Objective To analyze the aggregation of epidemic rubella in wuxue city in 2016,in order to provide reference about the epidemic rubella for prevention and control in future. Methods To collect data of the epidemic rubella for prevention and control, descriptive epidemiological method were made by using the data statistic analysis. Results The aggregation of epidemic rubella last about 4 months in wuxue city, there were no death case and 195 laboratory confirmed case of rubella, including 190 case of rubella were students, and the age of 159 case were 10 to 20 year old..There were a public heal...
