Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a complex metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia and insulin resistance. Plantain shell powder (PHP) serves as a high-quality source of dietary fiber, widely utilized in food additives and pharmaceutical applications.
