Regulation of Glycine on Intestinal Mucosal Barrier Induced in Weaned Pigs Challenged Lipopolysaccharide

本试验旨在研究日粮中添加甘氨酸（Gly）对脂多糖（LPS）应激断奶仔猪肠黏膜屏障损伤的保护作用。选用24头21日龄断奶仔猪，随机分为4组，即对照组（基础日粮）、LPS组（基础日粮+LPS）、1.0%Gly组（基础日粮+1.0%Gly+LPS）、2.0%Gly组（基础日粮+2.0%Gly+LPS）。预饲期7 d，正试期28 d，在试验第28天，LPS组、1.0%Gly组和2.0%Gly组仔猪腹腔注射LPS（100μg/kg BW），对照组注射无菌生理盐水。注射4 h后，仔猪屠宰，取脾脏、肝脏、肠系膜淋巴结及空肠、回肠样品待测。结果表明：（1）各处理组的平均日增重、平均日采食量及耗料增重比无显著差异。（2）与对照组相比，LPS应激升高了回肠丙二醛（M...
