摘要:
A novel image segmentation method that combines spectral clustering and Gaussian mixture models is presented in this paper. The new method contains three phases. First, the image is partitioned into small regions modeled by a Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM), and the GMM is solved by an Expectation-Maximization (EM) algorithm with a newly proposed Image Reconstruction Criterion, named EM-IRC. Second, the distances among the GMM components are measured using Kullbacic-Leibler (KL) divergence, and a revised Floyd's algorithm developed from Zadeh's operations is used to build the similarity matrix based on those distances. Finally, spectral clustering is applied to this improved similarity matrix to merge the GMM components, i.e., the corresponding small image regions, to obtain the final segmentation result. Our contributions include the new EM-IRC algorithm, the revised Floyd's algorithm, and the novel overall framework. The experimental evaluation on the IRIS dataset and the real-world image segmentation problem demonstrates the effectiveness of our proposed approach. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
The paper is concerned with the robustness of global exponential stability of hybrid neural networks subject to noise and delay simultaneously. Given a globally exponentially stable hybrid neural network, the aim of the paper is to characterize how much delay and noise intensity hybrid neural networks can bear such that the perturbed hybrid neural network remains globally exponentially stable, in the presence of delay and noise simultaneously. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the result.

摘要:
A novel image retrieval method using color-spatial histograms is presented in this paper. The new method contains three phases. First, we quantize the color space by Gaussian mixture model. Second, the color-spatial histograms generated for both the query image and the images in the database based on the quantized color components and the improved spatiogram method. Finally, using color-spatial histogram as features, we compare the query image with images in the database by Jensen-Shannon divergence. Our proposed method's availability is demonstrated by the experimental assessment on the COREL image database.

针对如何快速、有效地评估食品的安全,预测出食品的货架期,拟建立一个生鲜食品微生物预测与品质评估管理平台,通过对生鲜食品中微生物菌群基本状况及优势菌群在生长规律的数据采集,分别构建不同的温度下优势菌群的一级和二级生长模型,实现对生鲜食品货架期的预测。阐述了该平台的基本组成,工作流程,主要数据结构和主要数学模型。该平台能帮助预测生鲜食品在运输、储存和加工过程中的货架期并进行环境控制。

基于二次指数平滑法和触发器的滑坡位移预测预警

摘要:
为了快速、有效分析滑坡位移变形趋势,以二次指数平滑法为数学基础,对八字门滑坡90期累计位移数据进行拟合及预测分析。其拟合结果的平均位移绝对误差为12.745 mm,平均相对误差为0.071,说明预测结果与实际值较吻合。同时建立行级触发器,对模型预测值进行预判,实时获取滑坡实时演化的趋势。综合表明二次指数平滑法具有实用性,能快速预测滑坡位移,触发器的应用为滑坡实时预警的研究提供新的思路,是一种行之有效的稳定性快速判断方法。

摘要:
为探索双耳时间差(Interaural Time Difference, ITD)的感知机理,研究ITD恰可感知差异(Just Notice Difference,JND)与时间差和频率的关系。依据人耳对ITD的敏感程度的定性分析,非均匀地选取7个离散的ITD测试值,按照临界频带的划分方法将低频段划分为12个频带进行测试;采用1 up/2 down和2AFC心理学测试方法,同时采用窄带的高斯白噪声作为测试序列以避免相位混淆。测试结果表明:随频率的变化ITD的JND变化较为显著,在500 Hz左右出现极小值,两端较大;随ITD的增大,ITD的JND也相应增大。实验所得数据及结论可为多声道音频的高效压缩提供基础数据和理论支撑。

摘要:
为了能快速、有效地进行视频场景分割,论文提出一种基于镜头竞争力的多模态视频场景分割算法,充分考虑视频中多模态之间的时序关联共生特性,通过对视频物理特征的提取、融合计算出镜头间相似度,结合镜头竞争力的判定思想分割出视频场景.实验结果表明,该算法能较为高效地进行视频场景分割,查全率和查准率可达82.1%和86.7%.

异常处理本就是一件复杂耗时且容易出错的任务,尤其在面向服务体系结构中,异常抛出的行为变得更加复杂,因此对面向服务的异常捕获和异常处理提出了更高的要求。本文首先对面向服务的异常产生的源头进行了分析,提出了面向服务的异常分类方法,将面向服务的异常分为服务层异常和流程层异常。在此基础上,服务层异常和流程层异常再各自细分为系统异常、资源异常和应用异常。最后针对每类异常,提出了对应的异常处理方法,能够分别在服务层和流程层上为面向服务的系统提供更好的健壮性。

目前,大学生综合素质呈现出多维性、模糊性和不稳定性等特征,探索科学合理的大学生综合素质评价体系对高校大学生素质拓展教育具有十分重要的指导意义。本文将模糊层次分析法与模糊综合评判法相结合,提出一种新的大学生综合素质评价方法。该方法首先通过对教师、学生和社会人员收集的评价因素来完善层次指标体系的构建;然后运用模糊层次分析法求出各个指标层的权重;最后采用模糊综合评判方法对大学生综合素质水平进行评价。经过实证分析,该方法将定性与定量分析相结合,简单、科学且有效地解决了大学生综合素质评价问题。

Satisfiability problem (SAT) is one of classical combinational problems, which is proved to be a famous NP-complete problem [1]. SAT is widely used [2], [3]. At present, research on algorithm of SAT has made significant progress [4], [5]. Among these algorithms, some are non polynomial even though they can obtain exact solution of SAT; and heuristic algorithm cannot obtain exact solution of SAT, even though it is polynomial. Therefore, it is essential to find an exact algorithm of SAT which is more practical and can effectively the control calculation time.

摘要:
Sticker model is imitated by using set, variable length vector and biochemistry operator instead of tube, memory strand and biochemistry experiment for the first time. Batch separation operator and electrophoresis operator are first put forward based on DNA algorithm of Set Covering Problem (SCP) based on sticker model. Expression way, calculation method and basic properties of variable length vector and the two biochemistry operators are analyzed in detail according to the characteristics of sticker model. Simulation DNA algorithm (SDA) of SCP, which can find out all optimization set coverings, is designed, where all feasible set coverings are extracted by using batch separation operator and all optimization set coverings are extracted by using electrophoresis operator. Minimal element and deriving element are first introduced. And minimal element contains a large amount of deriving elements, so the set of batch separation operator can be simplified. Less-than relation is established to simplify the set of electrophoresis operator. Therefore the use of 'minimal element' and 'less-than' makes SDA of SCP more effective and practical. Time complexity of SDA of SCP is proved, and it shows that SDA of SCP is an effective algorithm to solve SCP. © 2014 NSP Natural Sciences Publishing Cor.

For a graph G, the Hosoya index and the Merrifield-Simmons index are defined as the total number of its matchings and the total number of its independent sets, respectively. In this paper, we characterize the structure of those graphs that minimize the Merrifield-Simmons index and those that maximize the Hosoya index in two classes of simple connected graphs with n vertices: graphs with fixed matching number and graphs with fixed connectivity. © 2014 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
Fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering has been widely used successfully in many real-world applications. However, the FCM algorithm is sensitive to the initial prototypes, and it cannot handle non-traditional curved clusters. In this paper, a multi-center fuzzy C-means algorithm based on transitive closure and spectral clustering (MFCM-TCSC) is provided. In this algorithm, the initial guesses of the locations of the cluster centers or the membership values are not necessary. Multi-centers are adopted to represent the non-spherical shape of clusters. Thus, the clustering algorithm with multi-center clusters can handle non-traditional curved clusters. The novel algorithm contains three phases. First, the dataset is partitioned into some subclusters by FCM algorithm with multi-centers. Then, the subclusters are merged by spectral clustering. Finally, based on these two clustering results, the final results are obtained. When merging subclusters, we adopt the lattice similarity method as the distance between two subclusters, which has explicit form when we use the fuzzy membership values of subclusters as the features. Experimental results on two artificial datasets, UCI dataset and real image segmentation show that the proposed method outperforms traditional FCM algorithm and spectral clustering obviously in efficiency and robustness. © 2013 Elsevier B.V. 数据缺失在各个研究领域中普遍存在,缺失的数据会对计算的性能与结果产生严重的影响。为提高填补缺失数据的准确度,提出一种基于聚类分析的缺失数据最近邻填补算法。该算法在对数据聚类分析后根据类别分配权重,在MGNN(Mahalanobis-Gray and Nearest Neighbor)算法的基础上改进了计算方法和填充值的计算方式。实验结果表明,该方法填补的准确度比传统KNN和MGNN 算法要高。

摘要:
针对云计算等新型计算环境下的可信度量问题,提出了一种无需操作系统的硬件级全盘任意文件可信度量方法。通过在U-key中放置可信度量代理(TMA),利用TMA自主解析文件系统获取磁盘中任意文件的扇区存储地址,从而能够在不存在G rub、未启动操作系统以及不需要其他任何硬软件支持的情况下,实现对全盘任意文件的可信度量。考虑到TMA的安全性,利用B方法实现了对TMA的形式化开发。与已有的工作相比,所提方法不仅能够应用在云计算等新型计算环境中,而且能够应用于不存在可信平台模块(TPM)等安全增强芯片的普通计算机上。实验证明了本方法是有效的。

In this paper, an automatic digital image processing method is presented for the entire surface deformation measurement of unsaturated soil specimen in triaxial tests. The traditional triaxial cell was redesigned to fit for image measurement, together with two reflection mirrors situated inside the triaxial cell, a 360°- coverage of specimen's deformation could be achieved. By this method, deformation field and strain field of specimen's surface at any timepoint can be obtained. Possible error sources of the measurement system were analzed and accuracy of this method was quantified by other means of higher precision. Comparisons were made between the observed volumetric strains of soil specimens both from image processing and conventional measurement techniques, and the results showed good agreement. Finally, advantage of this method in analyzing both axial and radial deformation of unsaturated soil specimen was indicated through a series of suction-controlled triaxial tests. ©2014 Taylor &Francis Group.<br/>

摘要:
针对单输入单输出系统,利用部分可控性矩阵的M-P广义逆作为集结矩阵,提出了一种新的近似集结法模型降阶方法。首先给出了当系统可控与不可控时的2种降阶模型,然后通过误差最小分析归结为一种降阶模型,并利用向量到子空间的距离给出了不同阶降阶模型误差的一个简单计算方法。以此误差作为标准,可以方便地选择满足需要的降阶阶数及降阶模型。最后以实例表明了该方法的有效性和应用性。

The resource (bandwidth) allocation in a network is usually casted into a so-called network utility maximization (NUM) problem, which solution strategy has successfully generated distributed algorithms for congestion controlling of elastic traffic in a wire-lined network. However, for resource allocation of inelastic traffic including soft QoS (quality of service) traffic in a wireless network, this approach still faces challenges. First, it is hard for the wireless system to dynamically model the utility function of the users. Second, the utility function of soft QoS traffic is usually nonconcave, which brings the NUM optimization problem to be mathematically intractable. With deviation to the usual NUM theory, this paper proposes a novel optimization model and its algorithm to allocate bandwidth around the user's desired value to the soft QoS traffic in a wireless network. Our approach takes advantage of the basic feature of soft QoS traffic; that is, it demands a preferred amount of bandwidth but allows some flexibility during normal operation. Compared with the utility-based approaches and solutions, our approach avoids the difficulty of finding the exact utility function expression for each user by using the preference bandwidth value. This facilitates the operation of real wireless networks. The proposed model and algorithm are verified by an example, which demonstrate better performance than the NUM approach.Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
