摘要:
Quality control of construction project refers to adopted operation techniques and activities in order to reach requirements of project quality. Requirements of project quality mainly refers to quality standards of project contracts, designing documents and the regulation & stipulation etc. quality control of construction project can be divided into 3 aspects in terms of different implementer: quality control from proprietor, quality control from government and quality control form contractor (construction enterprise). This paper analyzes how to carry out and implement "quality standards" according to related legal basis, project contracts, designing documents, technology standards, regulation and stipulation and management system that construction enterprise must base on in order to control quality. Its character is interior and self control of construction enterprise.

摘要:
The parameters of the rock and soils in the opencast mine with spatial variation is treated as a randoM field. The random field is spatially meshed into random field meshes which in consistence with the finite element mesh. Then the distributive character of the parameters in each elements and the covariance between parameters in different elements are computed with a locally averaging method. The Interaction between the underground water and the rock and soils in the slope is described with the Biot consolidation equations. The coupled process of the solid and fluid interaction is simulated with stochastic finite element method, which computes the distributive character of the stress, the deformation and the pore pressure in the slope. The potential sliding surface is treated as the collection of the elements it crossing through and its limit state function is treated as the sum of the limit state functions of the elements. Then, the reliability index and the corresponding failure probability of the potential sliding surface are computed basing one the theory of reliability. A high lope of a opencast mine is taken as case study, where the reliability index and the corresponding failure probability are computed in both case of coupled and uncoupled process between the underground water and the soils in the slope with random parameters. Computed results prove that failure probability is higher in the coupled case, which is in coincidence with the facts in geotechnical engineering.

摘要:
It has been analyzed and calculated the difference in stability of roadway before and after using for combination of cables and shotcrete lining based on surrounding rock mass involved in a lot of crevices. The three-dimensional continua fast Lagrangian analysis software FLAC3D is employed in the analysis. Several analysis results and conclusions are given; (1) the displacement vector of the top surface and sidewall have changed very much, but the bottom floor is not different before and after supporting. (2) The stability of sidewall and the top surface is visible enhance, creep displacement after supporting reduce 67%, 86% respectively.

摘要:
The theory of local volume-averaging, established for the study of heat and fluid flow in porous media, can be exploited to attack a variety of engineering problems related to complex heat and fluid flow equipment consisting of small scale elements. Hot and cold fluid passages in a compact heat exchanger can be treated as distinct porous media having highly anisotropic permeabilities. CFD calculations of engine nacelles may be feasible as we appeal to a volume-averaged set of macroscopic equations along with some subscale model to account for flow resistance resulting from the bundles of hydraulic tubes, ribs and some other obstructions. Such a general set of macroscopic governing equations is derived using the volume averaging theory. The sub-scale modeling and microscopic treatments for its closure are proposed on the basis of the anisotropic porous media theory.

During oil development scheme design and well pattern infilling, which type well pattern should be selected, and how much the well space density is, and how to make the economic best are the main problems which oil reservoir concerned. From the relationship between well pattern density and recovery ratio, combined with the economical evaluation and inject and production balance method, a new method to decide the reasonable well pattern density was given. It is significant for the well space density economic limit determination and reasonable investment.

摘要:
Research on stress of oil-water well casing was the basic work for studying the mechanism of casing damage. Based on the geo-stress, the elastic-plastic model of composite element of casing-cement sheath-surrounding rock was built, and the elastic-plastic model of the casing composite element was numerical calculated. By uniaxial compression and shear numerical experimentation of the casing composite element, the value of elastic-plastic parameter of equivalent element was defined, and then calculated the equivalent element and defined the parameter value of shearing strength. The results showed that composite and equivalent elements have plastic deformation when maximum principal stress increased to 60 MPa, the stress distribution and plastic deformation of the equivalent element were basically correspondence with the composite one. It was significant for preventing casing damages, guaranteeing oil field safety in production through adjusting injection-production techniques.

摘要:
With the thermal heavy oil production technology widely applied to enhance oil rate, the high temperature of injected steam has a large influence on casing stress distribution, especially on bending part, which can reduce casing useful life The casings located in complex geological strata sustain thermal stress which is the maximum in bent casing when steam injected and it will cause casing damage and severely affect oil production and economic benefit. The stress in bent casing of thermal production horizontal well under different geological conditions was simulated. The results can be used to analyze casing stress status and prevent casing damage in the thermal oilfield.

The transportation volume of hazardous material is increasing, and the potential risk of hazardous material for environment and mankind is enlarging. How to select the best transportation route, insure transportation safety and reach destination rapidly is an important problem for decision department. The transportation route decision-making method of hazardous material is put forward in this paper. A scientific and reasonable transportation route is the essential condition to ensure the hazardous material transportation safety. On the foundation of considering the factors which affecting the hazardous material safety, a new evaluation index system is set up, and a new evaluation model is established based on particle swarm optimization algorithm and BP neural networks. The example shows that the new evaluation index system is scientific and the new evaluation model is feasible. The decision-making methods of hazardous material can help the government supervision and management department choose the best route.

With the development of supply chain in theory and practice, trust among enterprises in supply chain becomes the focus as the basic mechanism to realize cooperation. Based on this, the article, firstly, explains the meaning of trust among enterprises in supply chain, analyses the main affected factors of trust among enterprises in supply chain. Then, it calculates the trust degree of supply chain with fuzzy - synthesis appraise. Finally, it develops a prewarning mechanism based on the trust degree of supply chain.

Under the market economy situations, with the increasing competition of the market, buildingindustry are facing the constantly changing of market environment, the main demand, technological innovation, and these will bring crisis to the enterprises' development. The characteristics of the construction products contribute more unstable factors to construction projects which may cause future crisis. Crisis management is needed in the process of construction projects and is the indispensable part of the national emergency system. This paper is based on the analysis of current situation of crisis management in construction firms, the intentions of crisis management analyzed, and the necessity and approaches also expounded. Appropriate patterns of crisis management in building industry are erected based on description and analysis of the crisis, and the effective methods of crisis management are presented. Through systematic research and analysis, this paper expects to provide the academic gist to the strategy crisis management of the building industry in China and improve their abilities to evade risks, meanwhile to provide some valuable suggestions as a reference to the Chinese building industry in order to establish and improve their ability to prevent and manage crisis events.
