RGO/C_3N_4复合材料的制备及可见光催化性能

摘要:
通过半封闭一步热裂解法和改进的Hummers 法分别制备了类石墨氮化碳(C_3N_4)和氧化石墨烯(GO),再利用光还原方法制得还原氧化石墨烯/氮化碳(RGO/C_3N_4)复合材料。采用X 射线衍射(XRD),场发射扫描电镜(FESEM),X 射线光电子能谱(XPS),紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(DRS),光致荧光(PL)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)等测试技术对复合材料进行表征。以罗丹明B(RhB)为探针分子在可见光下考察RGO/C_3N_4复合材料的光催化活性,结果表明:RGO 的引入显著提高了C_3N_4的光催化活性,且6.0% RGO/C_3N_4复合物的光催化活性最高,可能的原因是RGO 具有优良的接受和传导电子性能,抑制了C_3N_4光生电子-空穴的复合机率,进而提高了光催化活性。

摘要:
The Ag/ZnO heterostructure microspheres were prepared via a simple one-pot triethanolamine (TEA)-assisted hydrothermal route and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), UV-vis Diffuse Reflectance Absorption Spectra (DRS) and Photoluminescence Spectra (PL), demonstrating that Ag nanoparticles were attached on the surface of ZnO microspheres. The photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) by the as-synthesized Ag/ZnO microspheres was investigated and optimized, indicating the best photocatalytic performance of Ag/ZnO of 1:150 (mol/mol). This may be attributed to the charge separation of photogenerated electrons and holes by Ag/ZnO heterostructure microspheres, which is interpreted by the proposed mechanism for Ag/ZnO heterostructure microspheres as catalyst. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l. 摘要:
The p-n junction photocatalysts TiO 2 /BiOI consisting of floriated BiOI decorated with TiO 2 nanoparticles were synthesized by a facile one-pot solvothermal route using ethanol-water mixed solvent. The as-prepared TiO 2 /BiOI composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra (DRS), nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurement and Photoluminescence spectra (PL). The TiO 2 /BiOI composites displayed much higher photocatalytic activities than that of pure BiOI and TiO 2 for the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) under visible light irradiation. The significantly enhanced photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 /BiOI composite could be attributed to the formation of p-n junction between p-type BiOI and n-type TiO 2 , which effectively separates the photogenerated electron-hole pairs. © 2014 by American Scientific Publishers.

摘要:
Fullerene modified C3N4 (C60/C 3N4) composites with efficient photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation were fabricated by a simple adsorption approach. The as-prepared C60/C3N4 composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra (DRS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and photoluminescence spectra (PL). The photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) by the C60/C 3N4 composites was investigated and optimized, suggesting that the optimal amount of C60 in the composites was 1 wt%. The significantly enhanced photocatalytic activity could be attributed to the efficient separation of photogenerated electrons and holes in the C 60/C3N4 composites. A possible mechanism of C60/C3N4 composites as photocatalysts was proposed. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2014.

摘要:
Reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/WO3 nanoplates composites were synthesized via a facile one-pot hydrothermal method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV–vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra (DRS), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and photoluminescence spectra (PL). The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) by the rGO/WO3 composites was investigated and optimized, suggesting the optimal amount of rGO in the composite was 15 wt%. The significantly enhanced photocatalytic activity of rGO/WO3 composites could be attributed to the excellent accepting and transporting electrons properties of rGO.

摘要:
Hierarchical BiOBr microspheres were synthesized via a one-pot solvothermal process in the presence of ethylene glycol and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([BMIM]Br) as a reactable ionic liquid. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra, nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The photocatalytic activity of BiOBr microspheres was evaluated in terms of the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB), methyl orange (MO), and 4-chlorophenol (4-CP) under visible light irradiation. We found that the solvothermal temperature had important effects on the crystallinity, crystallite size, optical property, adsorptive performance, and photocatalytic activity of BiOBr microspheres. BiOBr microspheres with a specific surface area of 15.7 m<sup>2</sup> g<sup>-1</sup> prepared at 160 C exhibited the best adsorption and photocatalytic performance for RhB degradation in aqueous solution. However, this sample showed hardly any activity for photodegradation of 4-CP. Tests using radical scavengers confirmed that h <sup>+</sup> and O<inf>2</inf><sup>-</sup> were the main reactive species during RhB degradation. A possible mechanism for photocatalysis by BiOBr microspheres is proposed. ©2014 Elsevier Ltd.

The design and synthesis of highly efficient visible-light-driven photocatalysts through a facile, environmentally friendly, and economical method have become a key aim in the photocatalytic field. In this study, reduced graphene oxide grafted Ag<inf>3</inf>PO<inf>4</inf> (RGO/Ag<inf>3</inf>PO <inf>4</inf>) composites with enhanced photocatalytic activity were prepared by the in situ deposition of Ag<inf>3</inf>PO<inf>4</inf> nanoparticles on the surface of RGO sheets. The as-prepared RGO/Ag<inf>3</inf>PO<inf>4</inf> composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-vis diffuse-reflectance absorption, Fourier transform infrared, and Raman spectrometry, and photoluminescence. The photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) over RGO/Ag<inf>3</inf>PO<inf>4</inf> composites was investigated and optimized, suggesting that the optimal amount of RGO in the composites was 3 wt %. The significantly enhanced photocatalytic activity and stability of RGO/Ag<inf>3</inf>PO<inf>4</inf> composites could be attributed to the excellent electron-accepting and -transporting properties of RGO. ©2014 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
首先通过简单沉淀法制备了薄片状纳米ZnO,再利用化学吸附作用将C60与ZnO复合得到C60/ZnO纳米复合材料。采用XRD、SEM、XPS、Ra—man、DRS、PI。等技术对样品进行表征,紫外光下以亚甲基蓝(MB)作为探针分子,研究C60/Zn0纳米复合材料的光催化活性。结果表明,C60/ZnO纳米复合材料的光催化活性优于单纯的纳米ZnO,且l%(质量分数)C60/ZnO的光催化活性最高,这是由于C60具有良好的接受和传导电子的作用,抑制了光生电子和空穴的复合,从而提高了光催化效率。

摘要:
酸性氧化电解水作为一种高效杀菌剂,但因其低pH值,所以在制备和使用过程中会产生少量氯气污染、对金属材料有一定腐蚀性,影响其在农业和食品领域中应用。中性氧化电解水的pH值接近中性,可以克服以上缺点。该文考察了有效氯浓度相近的中性氧化电解水、84消毒液、H2O2和NaClO对卷心菜的杀菌作用,结果表明NEOW具有高效的杀菌作用,杀菌效果优于84消毒液、H2O2和NaClO,当NEOW有效氯含量为24.52 mg/L时,对大肠杆菌的杀菌效率为95.81%,杀灭对数值为1.38;当有效氯含量为63.42 mg/L时,对大肠杆菌的杀菌效率为98.92%,杀灭对数值为1.97。另外,研究了中性氧化电解水杀菌作用的影响因素,结果表明在一定范围内增加有效氯含量会提高杀菌效果,但有效氯含量过高时,杀菌效率反而降低,原因在于有效氯增高时,氧化电解水pH值增加,有效氯存在形式发生改变。在有效氯含量较高时,氧化电解水pH值的改变对杀菌效果影响不大;但当有效氯含量较低时,pH值越高,杀菌效果越差。此外,还考察了杀菌时间对杀菌效果的影响,杀菌时间增加有利于提高杀菌效率。该试验研究为中性氧化电解水的食品杀菌应用研究提供了理论依据,还通过其杀菌作用影响因素的研究揭示了其杀菌机理,提出了最优的杀菌条件。

Stannite-type multicomponent sulfide (Ag<inf>2</inf>ZnSnS<inf>4</inf>) nanoparticles with particle diameters of 100-200 nm were synthesized through a solvothermal treatment combined with a post-annealing process under N <inf>2</inf> atmosphere. The obtained Ag<inf>2</inf>ZnSnS<inf>4</inf> was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The photocatalytic activities for hydrogen production of Ag<inf>2</inf>ZnSnS <inf>4</inf> were evaluated under visible light (λ≥420 nm) irradiation. It was found that the 1.0 wt% Pt-loaded Ag<inf>2</inf>ZnSnS <inf>4</inf> displayed a photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity of 580 μmol h<sup>-1</sup> with a fairly good apparent quantum efficiency of 15.2% at 420 nm incident light irradiation. 以SnCl_4 · 5H_20和L-半胱氨酸为原料,通过水热法制备了直径约为1 μm的均匀花状SnS_2微球。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)和氮气吸附-脱附测试(BET)对产物进行表征。电化学性能测试表明,花状SnS2微球作为锂离子电池负极材料,在1 C电流密度下首次放电容量达到1379. 5 mAh · g~(-1),30周后放电容量保持在400 mAh. g~(-1)。

Ball-in-ball CuSCN hollow architecture is successfully synthesized by a facile one-pot aqueous solution method in the presence of poly(vinylpyrrolidone) at room temperature. The as-synthesized products are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV–vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra (DRS) and nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurement. A possible formation mechanism for CuSCN hollow spheres by the difference of solubility products (Ksp) of CuBr and CuSCN or chemical self-transformation is proposed based on the experimental observations. The band gap energy of hollow CuSCN sphere is estimated to be 3.77 eV based on the results of optical measurement. The BET specific surface area of ball-in-ball CuSCN hollow architecture is calculated to be 30.5 m2/g and it has a bimodal mesoporous structure from nitrogen adsorption–desorption investigation.

摘要:
AgIn5S8/TiO2 nanocomposite is prepared through a one-pot hydrothermal method, which is used for photocatalytic H 2 production under visible-light irradiation. The effects of AgIn5S8/TiO2 molar ratio in the nanocomposites on the crystal phase, microstructure, optical absorption properties, and photocatalytic H2 evolution activity are investigated comparatively. The pristine AgIn5S8 shows a sharp absorption edge at ∼705 nm, corresponding to a bandgap of ∼1.76 eV, and its visible-light-driven photoactivity for H2 production can be remarkably enhanced by coupling with TiO2. The AgIn5S 8/TiO2 nanocomposite with molar ratio of 1:10 has the maximum photoactivity for H2 production, improved by 7.7 times as compared with the pristine AgIn5S8. The enhanced photoactivity can be ascribed to some AgIn5S8 nanoparticles closely contacting the TiO2 nanoparticles to form heterojunction structure. This configuration of the composite photocatalyst results in an efficient charge separation at the interface, followed by fast diffusion of photoelectrons generated in AgIn5S8 toward TiO2, which is beneficial for separating the photogenerated carriers in space and improving the photoactivity. © 2013 American Chemical Society.

以商业TiO_2(P_(25))为原料,通过水热法制备了棒状锐钛矿型TiO_2,再利用化学吸附作用将C_(60)与TiO_2复合得到棒状C_(60)/TiO_2纳米复合材料。采用X射线衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、Raman光谱、紫外可见漫反射光谱对样品进行表征,以罗丹明B(RhB)为探针分子在紫外光下考察了C_(60)/TiO_2纳米复合材料的光催化活性。结果表明:少量C_(60)的引入可明显提高棒状TiO_2的光催化活性,且1.0%C_(60)/TiO_2纳米复合材料的光催化活性最高,优于单纯的棒状TiO_2和商业P25,其原因是由于C_(60)具有良好的接受和传导电子性能,降低了TiO_2光生电子–空穴的复合机率,进而提高了光催化活性。

摘要:
Porous graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) was prepared by a simple pyrolysis of urea, and then a g-C3N4-Pt-TiO2 nanocomposite was fabricated via a facile chemical adsorption followed by a calcination process. The obtained products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra, and electron microscopy. It is found that the visible-light-induced photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate can be remarkably enhanced by coupling TiO2 with the above g-C3N4, and the g-C3N4-Pt-TiO2 composite with a mass ratio of 70 : 30 has the maximum photoactivity and excellent photostability for hydrogen production under visible-light irradiation, and the stable photocurrent of g-C3N4-TiO2 is about 1.5 times higher than that of the bare g-C3N4. The above experimental results show that the photogenerated electrons of g-C3N4 can directionally migrate to Pt-TiO2 due to the close interfacial connections and the synergistic effect existing between Pt-TiO2 and g-C3N4 where photogenerated electrons and holes are efficiently separated in space, which is beneficial for retarding the charge recombination and improving the photoactivity.

摘要:
Water and n‐butanol are immiscible. In this paper, i‐propanol was found to be surface active for both water and n‐butanol using surface tension measurement at 25.0±0.1°C, especially the system with i‐propanol in water displays a pronounced decrease in surface tension with a distinct inflexion point indicating aggregation. Investigation on phase behavior of water/i‐propanol/n‐butanol ternary system at 25.0±0.1°C showed i‐propanol could promote remarkably the miscibility of water and n‐butanol. Cyclic voltammetric technique was employed to locate the micro‐regions in single region, indicating the existence of three micro‐regions of water/n‐butanol, n‐butanol/water and bicontinuous region. Thus, a novel water/i‐propanol/n‐butanol microemulsion without general surfactant is expected to form. Dynamic light scattering also demonstrated the size (hydrodynamic diameter) distribution of the microemulsion, verifying further the formation of the microemulsion droplets.

首先对油包水(W/O)型微乳液进行了制备研究,利用拟三元相图探明了一定条件下的W/O型微乳液中的最佳体系。进而利用此W/O型微乳液作为“微反应器”制备Fe3O4纳米粒子。采用TEM、XRD和IR对所制备的Fe3O4纳米粒子进行了分析表征。
