摘要:
Grain leveling robot is a special equipment to realize grain surface leveling in granary. Whether the target height of grain leveling is clear or not has a great influence on the leveling effect and efficiency of grain surface. In this article, the deficiencies of existing grain leveling robots are summarized, and a method of obtaining target leveling height based on machine vision is proposed. Data were collected by RGB-D camera, the depth matrix of the whole large granary was obtained by image stitching and edge detection, and then the target height of the grain leveling robot was obtained by the element method. It solves the problem of controlling the falling height of the robot by human subjective feeling, improves the efficiency and precision of the robot, optimizes the effect of the robot, and helps to realize the intelligent work of the robot. © 2022 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

摘要:
The multifunctional films was prepared by blending chitosan and nano-ZnO with purple tomato anthocyanins or black wolfberry anthocyanins. The properties of films functioned by anthocyanins source and nano-ZnO content were studied. It was found purple tomato anthocyanins showed more significant color change against pH than black wolfberry anthocyanins. The nano-ZnO were widely dispersed in matrix and enhanced the compatibility of anthocyanins with chitosan. However, the anthocyanins source influenced the properties of the films more slightly than nano-ZnO addition. The tensile strength, antioxidant and antibacterial effects of the chitosan films dramatically increased after cooperated by nano-ZnO and anthocyanins, which also enhanced with increase of nano-ZnO content, whereas the elongation at break of the composite films decreased. Especially, the anthocyanin and nano-ZnO promoted the antibacterial activity of films synergistically. Composite films made from black wolfberry anthocyanins exhibited higher mechanical performance than those made from purple tomato anthocyanins but weaker antibacterial effects. The purple tomato anthocyanins/chitosan and nano-ZnO/purple tomato anthocyanins/chitosan films effectively reflected pork spoilage, changing their colors from dark green to brown, indicating the potential for applications in active and intelligent food packaging. Choline chloride (ChCl) was used as the hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA) and acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AM) as the hydrogen bond donor (HBD), and the three materials were mixed in a certain molar ratio to obtain deep eutectic solvent (DES). Subsequently, P(IA-co-AA-co-AM) composite hydrogels were prepared by adding itaconic acid (IA) to DES using the frontal polymerization (FP) method. The hydrogels were characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the influence patterns of IA content on the mechanical properties, swelling properties, and pH responsiveness of the composite hydrogels were investigated. The results showed that the composite hydrogel exhibited a homogeneous porous structure. The elongation at the break of the composite hydrogel gradually increased with the increase of IA content, and the elongation of the FP4 sample reached 167%. The addition of IA increased the number of hydrophilic groups, resulting in a 2.14-fold increase in the equilibrium swelling of the composite hydrogel in distilled water. P(IA-co-AA-co-AM) composite hydrogels exhibit different swelling patterns in acidic and alkaline environments, making them promising for acid–base indicators, biosensors, and other applications. In this study, a simpler and greener method was proposed to prepare P(IA-co-AA-co-AM) composite hydrogels with pH responsiveness. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

摘要:
采用高频感应焊接技术对壁厚为0.28 mm的3003铝合金进行焊接,研究了焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,焊接接头晶粒细小,是焊接过程中感应加热与挤压同步进行,局部晶粒发生塑性变形从而抑制了晶粒长大所致;焊接接头熔合区呈上下宽、中间窄的窄腰状,宽度为6 ~ 10 μm,熔融区呈细腰鼓形,单侧宽度为24 ~ 49 μm,其相邻两侧的热影响区部分发生再结晶,宽度为115 ~ 127 μm;断口形貌显示焊接接头断裂类型为以韧性断裂为主的韧脆混合型断裂,其抗拉强度为242 MPa,达到带材的91%,伸长率为15%,略低于带材(23%);焊接接头各区域硬度值呈M形对称分布,熔融区与热影响区硬度值明显高于母材区,熔融区最高,达到85.27HV,热影响区约为79.33HV,熔合区硬度值最低,为55.85HV。与母材相比,焊接接头强度和硬度分布规律与各区域晶粒大小和第二相种类及分布有关。

摘要:
In recent years, my country's smart grid has developed rapidly and is safe and stable operation of the power grid system; it is related to the healthy development of the national economy and stable life of the people. Most of the current vibration monitoring systems use wired ICP piezoelectric acceleration sensors to collect the vibration of the transformer tank wall, on-site live monitoring, and safety, but there are many inconveniences and problems. The author designed a vibration-sensing element based on the latest Micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS), a vibration sensor for wireless communication with ZigBee, applied in the online monitoring of a 110 kV three-phase power transformer in operation, and adopted wired and wireless sensor modes, respectively, to monitor and compare waveforms. The wired sensor used in the test is an ICP sensor, and its sensitivity is 500 mV/g. It can be used in a multi-vibration measuring point wireless network to monitor the surface vibration of the power transformer tank. In the waveform graph collected by wireless sensor, it can be observed that the waveform presents a periodic law, and it can be observed from the spectrogram that the energy is concentrated on the frequency multiplier of 50 Hz, which conforms to the vibration law of the transformer. © 2022 Istanbul University. This paper provides a new thought that a cost-effective chlorine-rich carbon-based sorbent could be prepared by directly pyrolyzing high chlorine coal in order to capture the elemental mercury, simultaneously realizing value-added utilization of the remained char instead of combustion during low rank coal pyrolysis poly-generation. In this work, the concentration and forms of chlorine in one kind of Turpan-Hami coal were determined quantitatively according to the proposed procedures. Then the release behavior of chlorine and the transformation of chlorine from inorganic state to organic were investigated during coal pyrolysis from 400 to 1000 °C. Moreover, the Hg0 removal performance was examined in a lab-scale fixed bed reactor by the char before and after CO2 activation. The results indicate that over 90 % of chlorine in raw coal is inorganic in the forms of ionic Cl and crystal NaCl, and ionic Cl can be transformed to inorganic NaCl and organic C-Cl species during coal pyrolysis, thus providing chlorine active adsorption sites for Hg0 chemisorption based on the results of temperature programmed desorption and adsorption kinetic analysis. Furthermore, CO2 activation can improve the char porosity and specific surface area, thus promoting the external mass transfer of Hg0 by increasing the opportunity of chlorine active sites being exposed to vapor Hg0. 100 % of Hg0 removal efficiency is achieved in the first hour and equilibrium adsorption amount is 400 ug/g for the activated char obtained by pyrolyzing coal at 600 °C combining with CO2 activation at 900 °C, indicating the good Hg0 removal performance of the as-obtained chlorinated activated char. © 2021 Elsevier Ltd

为了研究船体壳板撞击破裂后的撕裂特征,开展了变截面撞头准静态压载船体壳板的模型试验和数值模拟。试验记录了壳板变形、破裂和撕裂过程的损伤模式及其完整损伤过程的撞击力-撞深曲线。通过拉伸试验校核,提出了模拟壳板初始破裂和撕裂失效的数值模拟方法。试验和数值模拟结果的对比分析表明:所提数值模拟方法能准确模拟壳板的完整损伤过程;壳板撕裂失效是由裂纹尖端的拉伸作用引起的,且撕裂过程的撞击力与裂纹数目无关;壳板撕裂过程的弯曲和拉伸作用所吸收的能量较大。本文研究工作对船体结构的耐撞性准确评估具有一定指导作用。

摘要:
Thanks to attractive properties, such as defect tolerance, broad bandgap tunability, high quantum yields, andlarge absorption coefficient, perovskites have emerged as a star material in the past decade. Meanwhile, optical nano/microstructures made of perovskites offer a facile and efficient strategy to improve light-harvesting performance and sensitivity of polarization. However, there is no low-cost, high-accuracy, and reproducibility technique for large-scale fabrication of perovskite nano/microstructures. Here, femtosecond laser direct writing technique is introduced to fabricate FAPbI3 perovskite micro-grating. Based on precise spatial and power control of femtosecond laser, micro-grating with different structure parameters (period and depth) can be processed and investigated. Triangular micro-grating of perovskite exhibits excellent emission properties (up to 67 times enhancement) owing to low reflectance and high absorption intensity. Strikingly, the outstanding performance of perovskite triangle grating photodetectors is obtained. The responsivity and detectivity reach 11.7 A W−1 and 7.8 × 1012 Jones, which are ≈3 and 12 times larger than the control devices; they also exhibit lower noise and decent polarization sensitivity. Taking the advantages of low cost, high accuracy, and reproducibility, the femtosecond laser direct writing technique endows perovskite materials with micro-photonic concept and remarkably enhances the devices’ performance. © 2022 Wiley-VCH GmbH.

摘要:
Continuous particles settling in horizontal wellbore section easily causes blocking during exploitation. Deposition particles cleaning behavior with washing tools has become a research focus in horizontal well during exploitation, due to the lower cleaning ability of conventional annular flow. Washing tools with different structures were researched using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) of k-Ε turbulent model and Eulerian-Eulerian multiphase flow model. Influences of working nozzle number, nozzle turning angle, size, rotation speed were studied. The results show that the annular flow field with washing tool can be divided into four velocity distribution zones, maximum velocity exists in slow decreasing zone close to outer wall. Increasing C nozzles number has a positive effect on velocity distribution close to outer wall. The particles deposition washing process can be divided into first fast carrying and then slow carrying in far position for reduction function with distance to washing tool. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.

By using mixtures of Mo, Al and B powders with a molar ratio of 1/n/1 (n, 1.4–1.9 in 0.1 increments), porous MoAlB ceramic was successfully synthesized thorough activation reaction technology. The effects of aluminum content on phase transformation, volume expansion, microstructure and pore structure parameters (including pore size, porosity and permeability) were investigated systematically. With an increasement of Al content from 1.4 to 1.9, the open porosity reveals a trend of slowly increasing first and then the increment of growth rate. Meanwhile, the volume expansion, pore size and permeability show a similar trend with the open porosity. The reasons for these pore structure parameters alteration evolution are thoroughly explored. The pore forming mechanism is also investigated. © 2022 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.

摘要:
The porous Ni-Cr-Mo-Cu alloys were fabricated by an activation reaction sintering technique. The effects of Cr content varied from 10 to 30 wt-% on the corrosion performance of porous alloys in 10 wt-% H2SO4 solution were evaluated using weight-loss method and electrochemical techniques. The structural morphology, phase constitution and elemental distribution were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-Ray diffraction analysis, energy dispersive spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results indicate that porous Ni-Cr-Mo-Cu alloys possess excellent corrosion performance. With incremental changes in Cr contents, the anticorrosion ability increases as well. Electrochemical measurements illustrate results similar to that of weight-loss method, with the increment of Cr content, the double capacitive loops for the porous alloy increases as well, which illustrate that the corrosion procedure is controllable by electrochemical reaction. Moreover, the charge transfer resistance of Ni30wt-%Cr10wt-%Mo5wt-%Cu is 49.2 times bigger than that of Ni10wt-%Cr10wt-%Mo5wt-%Cu. And the corrosion mechanism was explored by XPS.

The mixed powders of TiH2, molybdenum, aluminum and graphite with molar ratios of 2/2/n/2.85 (n ranges from 1.0 to 1.4 mol with an interval of 0.1 mol) were used as raw material powders for this work, and a novel porous Mo2Ti2AlC3 was synthesized via reactive synthesis. Through systematic research on the pore structure parameters of porous Mo2Ti2AlC3 prepared with different aluminum content, the results show that there is a clear correlation between the aluminum content and the pore structure parameters. With the aluminum content rising from 1.0 to 1.2 mol, the viscous permeability coefficient and pore size decreased, while the porosity increased; When the aluminum content increased from 1.2 to 1.4 mol, the pore structure parameters of porous Mo2Ti2AlC3 displayed an opposite trend. The reasons for the evolution laws of these pore structure parameters were also discussed in depth. In addition, the pore structure forming mechanism of porous Mo2Ti2AlC3 ceramics during the activation reaction sintering process has been explored. This work can provide an important reference for the subsequent preparation of quaternary porous MAX phase ceramics.

Using the mixed powder of TiH2, graphite, aluminum and vanadium as starting materials, porous TiVAlC ceramics were fabricated by the reactive synthesis technology at 1300 °C. The chemical steadiness of porous TiVAlC along with the effects of sintering temperature on the viscous permeability coefficient, strength, porosity, pore size and volume expansion rate of the porous TiVAlC were explored, and the mechanism of pore formation was also revealed. The preparation process includes five steps as follows: (i) the complete decomposition of stearic acid at 500 °C; (ii) the pyrolysis of TiH2 at 700 °C, converting TiH2 into hydrogen and titanium (iii) The solid-liquid chemical reaction of solid vanadium, titanium and molten aluminum at 700 °C, converting the mixture into V–Al and Ti–Al compounds; (iv) At 900–1100 °C, Surplus V and Ti interact with graphite to synthesize carbides of TiVC2, VC, and TiC; (v) Reactive synthesized carbides (TiVC2, VC, and TiC), Ti2AlC, V–Al and Ti–Al compounds that yield porous TiVAlC at 1300 °C. © 2021 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.

摘要:
Porous TiVAlC ceramics were successfully prepared using mixed powders of TiH2, V, Al, and graphite with a molar ratio of 1/1/n/1 (n, 0.9–1.7 in 0.2 increments). Systematic experimental results showed the significant effects of Al content on the pore structure of these TiVAlC ceramics. With increased Al content, from 0.9 to 1.3 mol, pore sizes and viscous permeability coefficients of these materials gradually decreased and porosity showed an increasing tendency. As the Al content increased to 1.7 mol, the pore sizes, viscous permeability coefficients, and porosities all varied in the opposite direction. In addition, the reasons for these phenomena and the mechanism of pore forming in these ceramics were explored. The present study offered a significant reference for subsequent research into the fabrication of quaternary and multi-element porous alloys/ceramics. © 2020 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.

摘要:
By using differential quadrature method (DQM), a numerical investigation was provided for nonlinear stability behavior of magneto-electro-elastic (MEE) cylindrical shells at microscale. It is assumed that the cylindrical shell has been subjected to compressive loads leading to buckling phenomena in geometrically nonlinear regime. The non-uniformity of strain field has been inserted in the formulation for considering the microscale effects. The material properties of the shell are considered to be inhomogeneous with graded distribution. After solving the governing equations using DQM, it is realized that if the nanoscale shell is subjected to electrical and magnetic fields, the post-buckling path may be changed with the value of electrical voltage and magnetic potential. Also, strain gradient effects have remarkable influence on post-buckling curves and critical voltages. © 2021 Techno-Press, Ltd.

摘要:
The application and performance of graphene-reinforced composites can be benefited from the easy fabrication of graphene and good dispersion of them in the matrix. Here we reported the fabrication of in-situ graphene/copper (Gr/Cu) nanocomposites by an accumulative roll-compositing (ARC) process featured by ultrahigh rolling cycles/strains. By sandwiching in copper sheets, commercial graphite foils can be effectively delaminated into few-layer graphene sheets by ARC, without the need of any additives or chemical treatments. The ARC-induced delamination of graphite was mediated by the shear-induced slip and debonding of graphitic planes, for which the critical stress/strain conditions were analyzed. The plastic-deformation-based method simultaneously enabled the uniform incorporation of the delaminated graphene sheets into Cu matrix. The as-produced bulk Gr/Cu nanocomposites exhibit an excellent combination of strength, ductility and electrical conductivity, with the maximum tensile strength of ~686 MPa and electrical conductivity above 70% IACS. Our study showed the high effectiveness of ARC processing for exfoliating graphite into graphene nanosheets, and the great potential for enhancing the contributions of graphene by improving their dispersion and bonding with the matrix. © 2021 Elsevier Ltd

In view of the defect that the rice bran collected by the traditional rice milling machine will be mixed with broken rice, the top-suction rice mill with annular duct was designed to separate and collect the rice bran and broken rice in the annular duct. The DEM-CFD coupling simulation method and the sliding mesh method were used to simulate the movement of the motion of particles in the new rice mill. The results show that the fluid velocity in the annular duct is between the suspension velocity of rice bran and broken rice when the wind speed of the top suction outlet and the fan is 6 m/s and 10 m/s respectively. The rice bran floated up (the rising velocity is 1 ∼ 3 m/s) along the wall of the annular duct and was discharged from the top suction outlet under the updraft in the duct. Additionally, the partition can effectively prevent the rice bran from falling. The broken rice fell and was discharged from the bottom air inlet with the velocity of 1 m/s. The separation efficiency was 99.6%, which showed that the separation effect was excellent. © 2020 ACM.

During rice processing, the over milling process cause a lot of loss of rice grains, the research on the proper processing method of rice is crucially important. In order to study the tribological characteristics of brown rice under friction during rice milling, based on the principle of moderate processing, three kinds of brown rice were used as the research object, and the in-situ observation combined friction and wear tester was used to analyze the friction process of brown rice grains under load, rotate speed, rice temperature, humidity, and other factors. The results show that: The friction coefficient curve of brown rice is divided into three stages; The friction coefficient and the abrasion loss of brown rice increase with the increase of load and speed, and decrease with the increase of humidity and temperature of brown rice. © 2020 ACM.

In this article, a new type of lower limb rehabilitation training robot is designed and related rehabilitation training programs are proposed. The robot system uses a bionic lower limb movement mechanism to drive the hip and ankle joints of the human body, and is combined with a treadmill-type vertical vibration training device to simulate human walking for lower limb rehabilitation training. The overall structure is modeled in three dimensions. In addition, the simplified link mechanism model is used to analyze the robot's motion process by analytical methods, and the motion equations and motion parameters of each component are derived. Meanwhile, simulation software was used to simulate the motion speed of the thigh link and the calf link in the bionic lower limb motion mechanism, and the motion angle range of the hip and knee joints was also simulated. According to the simulation results, the rehabilitation training program is verified and revised to further optimize the design. It lays a theoretical foundation for the movement of the lower limb rehabilitation training robot in the future, and has certain research significance. © 2020 ACM.

The pretreatment of large amount of freshwater fish is an important part in the processing of freshwater fish. The degree and efficiency of pretreatment will directly affect the quality of subsequent fish products. In this paper, a fish head orientation device is designed for the mechanical arm, conveyor belt and conveyor belt motor. The device uses a conveyor belt equipped with partition board to realize the orderly transportation of fresh water fish, and a sensor is installed on the conveyor belt to obtain the direction information of fish head. The robot arm is used to adjust the fish that does not conform to the predetermined direction, so as to achieve the goal of unifying the fish head direction, which is convenient for subsequent fish head cutting and fish tail cutting processing. © 2020 ACM.
