摘要:
The purpose of this paper is to summarize the performance of permeable asphalt pavements (PAP) and to recommend future areas of research and development. The development of PAP as an integral part of sustainable drainage systems is reviewed in the context of traditional and modern urban drainage. The difference between the permeable asphalt pavement and the ordinary bituminous concrete pavement is discussed. A description of the seepage calculation model based on the structural characteristics of PAP is presented. And also water level fluctuations of both the water permeable asphalt pavement and the ordinary bituminous concrete pavement are analyzed by comparing their numerical simulation results. Finally the drainage performance of the water permeable asphalt pavement is demonstrated. The long-term effectiveness of permeable pavement as an alternative to traditional impervious asphalt pavement is examined. The simulation results could provide significant guidance for the structure design of water permeable asphalt pavement.

Avinyl functional microemulsion was successfully prepared via polycondensation between polysiloxane prepolymer and a modifier (vinyl silane coupling agent with alkoxy groups). The polysiloxane prepolymer was prepared by ring-opening of D<inf>4</inf> (octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane). The structure and properties of vinyl functional microemulsion were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS). FTIR Spectroscopy result showed that vinyl groups were successfully introduced into the polysiloxane molecules. The variation in pH, amount of vinyl coupling agent and catalyst were studied in relation to the properties of the final microemulsion. The results indicated that under strong acidic more coagulum and higher percentage of conversion occurred in the microemulsion. TEM results also revealed that particles are densely packed in strong acidic condition but become sparsely distributed in weak acidic condition. An increase in the vinyl coupling agent content leads to an increase in formation of coagulum and in particle size, but it lowers the particle size distribution. The smaller ratio of the average surface coverage of surfactant leads to higher amount of coagulation which is in linear dependence to the increased amount of vinyl coupling agent modifier. Photon correlation spectroscopy results show that increasing the amount of vinyl coupling agent modifier increases the particles size, while reduces the particles size distribution. It can be concluded that the coagulum weight fraction increases linearly with higher amount of catalyst. An increase in the vinyl coupling agent modifier leads to an increase in the coagulum. The microemulsion shows stability when the amount of catalyst is about 3.0-4.0 wt%.

Stabilization is considered to be a well-established disposal technique to reduce sludge handling and disposal obstacles. A sludge modifier which comprises a mixture of three cementitious components was proposed for sludge drying and stabilization. The application of uniform design and its corresponding mathematical modeling and Simulated Annealing optimization methodology are investigated to optimize the modifier formula. Meanwhile, effect of sludge modifier components and curing time on sludge moisture content was analyzed. The results showed that the optimum ratio of modifier component was cement clinker/dihydrate gypsum/quicklime=0.666∶0.051∶0.283 and the optimized modifier exhibited more effective sludge drying and stabilization than quicklime. Different from thermally treatment of sludge, this work presents a potentially economical and convenient method for sludge drying and stabilization.

With rapid economic development and the progressively more intense competition, building industries are facing the constant change, and these will bring risk to the enterprise development. Risk management is needed in the manufacturing course and has become the indispensable part of the national lash-up system. Based on the analysis of risk management situation of construction firms, the connotations of risk management are analyzed in this paper, then the necessity and approaches are also expounded. Appropriate patterns of risk management in building industry are erected based on description and analysis of the risk and the effective methods of risk management are presented. Through systematic research and analysis, this paper intends to provide theoretical foundation for the risk management of the building industry in China and strengthen their capabilities to evade risks.
