This paper analyzed fractional dimensions of two-dimensional Fractional Brownian Motion (FBM) and two-dimensional road irregularity and put forward a two-dimensional road generation algorithm based on wavelet transformation. And the data collected from the road were numerically reconstructed. The power spectrum estimation method was applied to compare the PSD of the simulated road with the theoretical value to test the feasibility of the two-dimensional road generation algorithm based on wavelet transformation.

A new approach for the partial eigenvalue and eigenstructure assignment of undamped vibrating systems is developed. This approach deals with the constant output feedback control with the collocated actuator and sensor configuration, and the output matrix is also considered as a design parameter. It only needs those few eigenpairs to be assigned as well as mass and stiffness matrices of the open-loop vibration system and is easy to implement. In addition, this approach preserves symmetry of the systems. Numerical example demonstrates the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed approach.

By collecting different grade road images, standard sample library was established. Using fuzzy approach degree algorithm, the approach degree of reconstructed road surface and criterion of road was determined. Then power spectrum of road roughness was built. According to the parameters of power spectrum, we can obtain a 3d figure of road surface by improved harmonic superposition method.

摘要:
The grinder perforated plate with bone-removal systems has a unique design to improve the quality of ground meat. The pressure distribution on the grinder knife/plate interface during grinding of meat was investigated. The peripheral pressure on meat grinder plates during operation was greater than at the center thus hard particles are collected at the low pressure point. The mechanical models on the perforated plate surface created in MATLAB 7.0 for linear programming, and the 3D model of the perforated plate created in Pro/E software were imported into ANSYS 9.0 software and a linear static finite element analysis was performed. The visual deflection patterns the part experiences under "real world" loading conditions were obtained so as to complete the security check of strength.

摘要:
In this paper, we present a solution without power consumption based on intelligently controlled action of the building external shading facilities, which is provided power supply by the third generation flexible solar cells. The signal, which is measured by wind, light, rain and temperaturesensors, is processed by the Microcontroller Unit system (MCU) controlling the motors of building external shading facilities, and then movement of the building external shading facilities is regulated to achieve the most comfortable of the indoor environment.

The dynamic of a type of play equipment, Big Pendulum Hammer, was modeled and simulated in computer and the approach of natural coordinates was adopted to build its equation of motion. In order to obtain appropriate natural coordinates, a two-step selection method was chosen, which based on concept of natural coordinate system (NCS). The two-step method treats selecting natural coordinates for a rigid element as building an actual NCS which should be adapted from a standard NCS. In order to automate the process of adaptation for 18 rigid elements in the model of Big Pendulum Hammer, a four-step self-adaptation method was also adopted, which can help automate the selection of natural coordinates for multi-rigidbody systems.

The pressing chamber is the heart of the screw press, it forms the drainage barrel and has to contain the operating forces of the press. As press casing is an integral part of pressing chamber, the strength of the press casing ensures normal operation of the press. By using time domain modeling obtained from PSD for stationary random road irregularities, concerning about non-uniform moving-vehicle conditions and non-stationary road characteristics, via model assembly and integration to generate non-stationary random road time domain modeling for inputting road excitation. On the assembly of the non-stationary random road time domain modeling, Time-Frequency was analyzed via wavelet analysis. From road data decomposed by the way of Wavelet, both time domain characteristics of signal components in different bands can be obtained and anomaly contained within the signal can also have accurately time-frequency localization. The signal separation can help achieving non-stationary sub-band analysis, and can further study the affection of road signal in different band focus on vibration response of the vehicle, and also providing a strong theoretical basis for road design, quality inspection and grading.

The service condition of plane thrust bearing of worm shaft in an oil screw press was analyzed. The fracture failure of the bearing rings was systematically investigated through physical-chemical test, trace inspection, fractographic appearance, and metallographic structure analysis. The results showed that a great amount of network surface cracks near bearing ring edge, some dot shaped internal oxidations and secondary crack initiation, higher hardness, as well as the network carbides and coarse quenching martensites led to the early brittle fracture of the bearing rings. The further improvements were normalizing and isothermal spheroidizing annealing can eliminate the network carbides and improve the microstructure in preheat treatment process, and quenching temperature and heating time can not be too high and long in final heat treatment. Hardness of the material is preferably 60-62 HRC.

Based on the power spectral density (PSD) function of stochastic irregularities of the standard grade road and by means of inverse fast Fouerier transform (IFFT) based on discretized PSD sampling, an equivalent sample of stochastic road surface model in time domain was built. A one-dimensional model of stochastic road was developed into a 2D model of stochastic road surface. Through computer simulation practice based on the MATlab, a 2D sample of stochastic road surface in time domain was regenerated. Furthermore, given the sample data, the PSD was estimated and then compared with the theoretical 2D PSD Equation deduced from the one-dimensional PSD expreesion so as to prove the effectiveness and accuracy of the time-domain model regeneration of 2D stochastic road surface by means of IFFT method. The 2D stochastic road surface model directly provided basic road excitation input data for virtual prototyping (VP) and virtual proving ground (VPG) technology.

Based on the white noise filtration method, the time domain model of stochastic road irregularities was established including the model of multipoint time-delay correlative excitation from the same track and the model of space-coherance excitation from the bilateral tracks of a vehicle on the road. Further the development was made from the time domain model of one dimensional road irregularities to two-dimensional road surface and the simulation realization completed in MATLAB environment. The case studies demonstrated that the digital road surface characteristics simulated by white noise filtration was consistent with that of a standard grade road surface, thus formed virtual road surface which provided digital road environment efficiently and conveniently for virtual prototyping (VP) and virtual proving ground (VPG) of vehicles.<br/>
