摘要:
This paper uses a bionic lower limb rehabilitation mechanism combined with a running frame structure to simulate human gait movement for lower limb rehabilitation training. The vibration excited by the vertical vibration module causes the muscle to oscillate, and the mechanical vibration excites the neuromuscular system to obtain corresponding rehabilitation functions. The robot system is modeled in three dimensions, and the static analysis and modal analysis of the running frame are carried out. The mechanism and application of vertical vibration in the key technology are clarified, and the vibration element in the vertical vibration device is analyzed. The vibration theory is deduced, and the vibration displacement figure is drawn using simulation software. The related cooperative vibration spring has also been analyzed with single-degree-of-freedom damping vibration, and the spring's center of mass movement, momentum, and position changes over time are illustrated. The design of the robot system solves the current situation of single movement of the lower limb rehabilitation robot and unsatisfactory rehabilitation effect, laying a foundation for the practical application of the subsequent lower limb rehabilitation robot system.

Pure copper was subjected to high-pressure surface rolling (HPSR) to obtain a surface gradient layer. Effects of HPSR parameters on the surface microstructure and microhardness of Cu were investigated by using optical microscopy, transmission electronic microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and the microhardness test. The HPSR surface layer has a gradient microstructure consisting of increasingly refined grains with decreasing depth from the treated surface (DFS). The thicknesses of the refined surface layer can be up to ~1.8 mm, and the grain size of the topmost surface is down to ~88 nm, depending on the HPSR parameters including pressure, time, and temperature. Microhardness of HPSR samples increases with decreasing DFS, with a maximum of ~2.4 times that of the undeformed matrix. The present results indicated that HPSR could be an effective method for the production of a mm-thick surface layer on Cu with gradient microstructure and property. © 2020 by the authors. 摘要:
The existing control method of wheel slip rate has a long braking time, the gap between the slip rate and the optimal slip rate is obvious, and there is a defect of poor control effect. In order to solve the above problems, the fuzzy algorithm is introduced to design the wheel slip control method. According to the characteristics of ESC system, the control model of wheel slip rate was built. On this basis, the least square optimization algorithm was used to estimate the best slip rate. Based on the estimated optimal slip rate, the multi-agent system was used to design the slip rate controller, and thus to get the threshold value of slip rate controller. Moreover, the fuzzy algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of slip rate controller, so as to keep the optimal slip ratio. Finally, the control for wheel slip ratio based on fuzzy algorithm was achieved. The simulation results show that the slip ratio of this method is kept between 0.18-0.45, which is less different from the optimal slip ratio. Compared with the existing control method of wheel slip ratio, the proposed control method of wheel slip ratio greatly improves the control effect, which fully shows that the proposed control method of wheel slip ratio has better performance. © 2020 - IOS Press and the authors. 摘要:
研究基于Solidworks和SolidCAM的纸浆模塑结构造型设计及模具数控加工。以电热水壶为例,利用Solidworks软件通过产品建模及拉伸、抽壳等命令完成对电热水壶纸浆模塑制品结构设计,并进一步完成模具造型设计,最后借助SolidCAM实现对模具的数控加工仿真。通过几何建模、确定刀具路径、仿真加工等实现对电热水壶纸浆模塑制品模具进行数控自动编程与仿真加工,得到NC加工程序。综合运用Solidworks和SolidCAM可提高纸浆模塑产品设计及其模具数控加工的质量和效率。

It is analyzed that the necessities and significance of the amalgamation of folk culture into product design. A method of product design has been proposed based on amalgamation of folk culture. Focusing on choosing the theme of folk culture and finding the natural link to folk culture and product, the design flow was given as “Establishing cultural theme -identifying characteristics of folk cultural elements - Imitation or innovation design”, then a product embodying folk culture can be obtained. A chair was designed to illustrate the method.
