The article analyses the relationship between the content of information demand and the demand itself, discussing the method of the information integrated management on new product development and put forward the frame model of information integrated management system.

Improvements on an intelligent simulated annealing (ISA) algorithm for the optimal design of electromagnetic devices is investigated in this paper. By using a fuzzy inference method, the ISA can not only reject infeasible design schemes before design calculation, but can also circumscribe the whereabouts of the global optimum and automatically narrow the search scope. In case of making improper decisions in ISA searching, a criterion of recognizing error judgment is developed. The algorithm is applied to the optimal design of induction motors used in electric locomotives, and satisfactory results are achieved.

A multiagent system to evaluate equipment maintenance support capacity was proposed. The system was designed to reduce the manpower, material and financial resources. The system also exhibited reduced complexity and nondeterminacy in evaluation. The basic structure and system requirements of the multiagent system were analyzed.

In the true-life, latent faults of machinery cannot be avoided, mathematical model of faults and influential factors can hardly be built by classical mathematical method. In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, fuzzy connection matrix can only statically show the reliability of influential factors for faults, so it doesn't adapt to machinery whose service condition is mutative constantly. Moreover, weight coefficients of influential factors are also mutative. Therefore, a new mathematical model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is put forward to satisfy fault forecast fuzzy expert system.
