The effect of constraint on the void configuration and coalescence are investigated experimentally using the 3-dimensional fracture surface observations under the SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and 3-dimensional imaging analysis. The constraint effect is analyzed by changing the specimen shape. The SiC particle reinforced Al 2025 aluminum alloy composites is used to test the ductile fracture by nucleation, growth and coalescence of micro voids under the different structure of materials and the different constraint conditions. The experimental results show that the void aspect ration is decreased with increases of SiC particle volume fraction in aluminum alloy and the final void volume fraction at fracture also changed by the specimen. The effect of the local constraint effect is analyzed by using the 2-dimensional FEM analysis. The results shown that the void shape agree with the experimental one qualitatively in different constraint specimens.

The article describes the relationshop between charging and resource management in ATM networks and discusses their parameters. Resource management schemes suitable for usage-sensitive and time-sensitive charging are proposed. In the paper after poses problem, introduces the usage-sensitive charging and time-sensitive charging;then it describes dynamic CAC for usage-sensitive charging and CAC for time-sensitive charging. Finally it is future directions.

For real time acquiring and displaying signals with low changing rate, a system consisted mainly by the microprocessor is designed. In this system, the AID conversion, time compression transform, circulate displaying and D/A conversion is realized to meet the need of the test measurement.

Eight ligustrazine-treated rabbits versus eight control rabbits were anaesthetized and placed into hemorrhagic shock.The effects of ligustraziue on blood flow velocity,blood flow rate and the calibre in mesenteric capillaries were measured by means of a microvideo system frame by frame analyzing method.The results indicated that ligustrazine could increase the blood flow velocity of mesenteric capillaries in shack rabbits and ameliorate microcirculatory perfusion of the mesentery.But it bad no significant effect on the calibre of the capillaries.

The EGRET instrument aboard the Compton Gamma‐Ray Observatory has detected gamma‐ray emission from many Active Galactic Nuclei during the Phase I & II observation periods. With the continuing discovery of gamma‐ray loud AGN, it becomes increasingly important to characterize the luminosity and density distribution of these objects in order to understand how the gamma‐ray characteristics are related to properties observed at radio, optical and X‐ray wavelengths. The 〈V/Vmax〉 test is applied to the population of gamma‐ray loud Active Galactic Nuclei which have been observed by the EGRET instrument during the Phase I all‐sky survey. Evidence for luminosity evolution is presented, and estimates of the degree of evolution are made given standard assumptions about the cosmology and the form of the luminosity evolution. The effects of observational biases due to gamma‐ray flux‐detection limits and optical identifications are considered.false
