摘要:
Porous spheres of AgBr nanoparticles with an average diameter of 150-200 nm have been prepared by a simple reaction between AgCl suspension and KBr in the presence of gelatin at 10 °C. Gelatin played a decisive role as an inhibitor of the direct attack of Br- ions to AgCl surfaces and coagulation of the growing AgBr in producing the porous spheres at lower temperature. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectra techniques. © 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
目的:测定地沟油中的微量元素含量.方法:采用HNO3-H2O2酸体系进行微波消解、电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定.结果:在优化的实验条件下,方法的检出限(3σ,n=11)为0.01~7.50 μg/L;相对标准偏差为0.30%~14.92%;标准加入回收率为88.2%~111.3%.结论:元素Fe、Cr、Zn、Mn在地沟油中含量明显超出食用油,而Hg、Sn、Co、Sb、Tl、Mo无论在食用油还是在地沟油中含量均低于检测限.

摘要:
研究了酸性电镀光亮Zn-Ni合金中ρ(Ni2+)/ρ(Zn2+)的比值、阴极电流密度、镀液温度、pH对镀层中镍的质量分数的影响.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了镍镀层的微观形貌.结果表明,镀层含镍量随着电流密度的增大、温度升高而增大;随着镀液中pH的升高、含镍量的增大而下降.获得了最佳工艺参数:27~100 g/L NiSO4·6H2O,25 g/L ZnCl2,100 g/L NaCl,50 g/L NH4Cl,25~30 g/L Na3C6H5O7·2H2O,10 g/L H3BO3,5 mL/L L-5A添加剂,30~40 mL/L L-5B添加剂,Jk = 1.25~6 A/dm2,θ = 20~40°C,pH = 4.5~6.0.

摘要:
分子中aryl-aryl键的构建是现代有机合成最重要的手段之一。以过渡金属钯催化的Suzuki偶联反应,由于底物选择性较广、反应条件温和、副产物少且产物易于处理等优点,一直是合成aryl-aryl键最有效的方法之一。膦钯配合物催化剂在Suzuki反应中具有较好的催化活性,但膦配体价格昂贵且对空气敏感,后处理困难,影响了其应用。因此开发无膦配体的把催化剂具有重要的意义。Lewis酸在Friedel-Crafts反应中具有极佳的催化性能,在Suzuki偶联反应中含有与之类似的芳-卤键。本文研究了Lewis酸对Pd(OAC2)催化的Suzuki反应的促进作用。

摘要:
The objective of this study is to develop a novel supported nano-NiO catalysts for tar removal in biomass gasification/pyrolysis, to significantly enhance the quality of the produced gases. For this purpose, the supported nano-NiO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by deposition-precipitation (DP) method. Different analytical approaches such as XRD, BET, TEM and SEM/EDX were used to characterize the synthesized catalysts. The results showed that the prepared nano-NiO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts had an egg-shell structure with a loading of NiO in catalysts over 12 wt %, and they had also a higher BET surface area over commercial nickel based catalysts. The active components of catalyst were spherical NiO nanoparticles coated on the surface of supports with a size range of 12~18 nm. Furthermore, the activity of the catalysts to remove tar in the process of biomass pyrolysis was also investigated using a bench-scale combined fixed bed reactor. The experiments demonstrated that the tar yield after adding catalysis was reduced significantly. The tar removal efficiency reached to 99% for catalytic pyrolysis at 800℃, while the gas yield after adding catalysis increased markedly. Meanwhile, the compositions of gas products before and after adding catalysis in the process also changed significantly. The percentages of CO2 and CH4 in the product gas after addign catalysis were obviously reduced whilst those of the valuable H2 and CO increased sharply. Therefore, using the prepared NiO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst in biomass gasification/pyrolysis can improve significantly the quality of the produced gas and meanwhile eliminate efficiently the tar generation.

摘要:
Hollow spheres of Cu nanoparticles with an average diameter of 300-500 nm have been prepared by a simple reaction of CuCl and hydrazine in suspension in the presence of gelatin at 60°C. Gelatin played a decisive role as an inhibitor of the direct attack of hydrazine on CuCl surfaces and in coagulation of the growing Cu producing the hollow spheres. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, UV-VIS absorption spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry. © 2007 Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry.

摘要:
按质量比偏高岭土:硅酸钠:氢氧化钠:填料=50:54:4:5,在常温下混合及养护制备地聚合物,改变高岭土煅烧温度,得到5个地聚合物样品。通过对样品耐火性、耐酸性、耐碱性等方面的研究,得到当高岭土煅烧温度为900℃、时间为2h时,样品综合性能最优。流变学测量显示,粘度随时间增加、随温度下降,傅立叶红外光谱测量表明,其主要官能团为耐火性能优良的Si-O-Si,Si—O,O-Si—O结构。

微波消解—分光光度法测定酵母中的微量锌

摘要:
采用HNO3-H2O2为消化剂,利用微波消解技术处理酵母样品,在乳化剂OP的存在下,以5—Br—PADAP为显色剂测定了酵母中的微量锌。实验中对微波消解样品的条件、显色体系的酸度、试剂用量以及共存离子的干扰进行了研究。实验表明:微波消解能完全消化样品,锌与5—Br—PADAP形成稳定的络合物,在波长λ=556处有最大吸收峰,锌量在0~12μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为1.16×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1。本法已用于酵母粉中微量锌的测定,分析结果与AAS具有良好的一致性。

酸析木素法处理棉浆黑液的工艺研究

摘要:
针对某化纤厂黑液处理站的运行现状及存在的问题,对采用酸析木素法处理棉浆黑液的应用条件进行了研究。结果表明:以酸析法替代化学絮凝法处理棉浆黑液,不仅CODcr,及色度去除效率明显提高,还可以大大节约废水处理成本,达到“以废治废”的目的;采用先生化处理后酸析、中和的工艺比先酸析、中和后生化处理的工艺效果更好,棉浆黑液的总CODcr,及色度去除率可分别达88%和95%左右。

研究了30℃时Tween-20/BmimPF_6/水三元体系的相行为,表明Tween-20/BmimPF_6/水能形成单相微乳液。用电化学循环伏安法确定了这种新型离子液微乳液体系的微结构及结构转变。利用UV-Vis光谱探针技术,证明了微乳液液滴的形成,表明在W/IL微乳液中能够增溶金属盐,显示了这种新型的微乳液体系在材料制备和反应等领域的潜在应用。

摘要:
Through viscosity measurements, concentration and temperature dependences of viscosity of sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) solution were recorded. Effects of glycerin, mechanical shearing and several electrolytes on the CMC solution were also determined. Results showed that the viscosity dependence on concentration obeyed the Huggins and Kramer equation, the dependence on temperature complied with the Arrhenius equation. CMC chain could synergize with glycerin, konjac glucomannan (KGM), and aluminum sulfate 18-hydrate. Sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid, and calcium dichloride reduced the viscosity of the CMC solution. By suggesting the ion-binding and hydrogen bond as the major form of the electrostatic interaction in the CMC solution, the synergistic and pseudoplastic phenomena as well as the maximum over stirring time were reasonably explained. © Springer Science+Business Media B.V. 2007.

摘要:
The structure and activity of RNase A in sodium dodecyl sulphate solutions were investigated at 25.0 ±0.1 and pH 7.00. The results show that with increasing sodium dodecyl sulphate concentration, the structure of RNase A is collapsed gradually, however, the activity of RNase A is first increased and then decreased. This is mainly due to the different effect of SDS at different SDS concentration.

在60℃恒温水浴,添加适量乙二醇,碱性条件下,用N_2H_4·H_2O还原Ni~(2+),制备出超细镍粉,水洗、离心、干燥后,得到超细镍粉.然后放入高压反应釜中作为加氢催化剂考察反应条件:压力、温度、时间、催化剂/原料比例对不饱和脂肪酸氢化效果的影响.结果显示随着压强、温度的增加,加氢性能变好;而增加催化剂用量,对反应时间影响较小.

Nanocubes, monodispersed nanocrystals and nanospheres of Au have been prepared by a simple reaction between HAuCl<inf>4</inf>4H<inf>2</inf>O, NaOH and NH<inf>2</inf>OHHCl in the presence of gelatin. The role of gelatin and the affection of pH in producing the nanoparticles of Au were discussed. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and UV-visible absorption spectroscopy. The sizes of the monodispersed nanocrystals of Au were estimated by Debye-Scherrer formula according to XRD spectrum.

魔芋溶胶对苯丙乳液流变性能的影响

摘要:
研究了不同组成的魔芋溶胶(KGM sol)/苯丙复合乳液的粘度与剪切转速、剪切应力与剪切速率、剪切弹性模量、剪切粘性模量与角频率、温度之间的关系,并对复合乳液的抗电解质性能进行了测试。结果表明,KGM溶胶/苯丙复合乳液是剪切变稀流体,剪切应力随剪切速率的增大而增大,当KGM溶胶含量〉4%时,复合乳液体系由牛顿型流体变为非牛顿型流体,且变化满足Herschel.Bukley方程;KGM溶胶含量增大,复合乳液的粘度、剪切弹性模量、剪切粘性模量明显增大,尤其是温度扫描曲线;复合乳液离子稳定性好。

摘要:
就板栗壳色素超声波提取工艺中的提取剂、提取时间、提取温度、超声波功率、固液比和提取次数对色素提取率的影响进行了系统研究.通过正交试验得出最佳工艺条件为:提取温度70 ℃,提取时间90 min,固液比(g/ml)1∶15,超声波功率500 W,提取2次.其中提取时间和提取温度对色素提取率有显著性影响,板栗壳色素的提取率可达11.64%.与传统方法相比较,超声波提取板栗壳色素具有提取速度快、高效、提取率高等优点.

用表面张力法研究了AOT在硝基乙胺中形成的胶束聚集体,得到了在不同温度下AOT在硝基乙胺中形成胶束的临界胶束浓度,并根据胶束的两相模型的热力学方程得到了胶束形成的热力学参数,结果表明溶液中胶束的形成是一个自发,吸热,熵增大的过程。
