摘要：
This paper presents an digital microwave oscillator which employs a phase lock loop (PLL) chip and a direct digital synthesizer (DDS) chips to realize a pure frequency at 3.4170Hz (half of the 87Rb atom ground-state hyperfine transition frequency) for the coherent population trapping (CPT) atomic clock application. And at this frequency, the oscillator demonstrates low noise (lower than -50dBc/Hz@100Hz and lower than -55dBc/Hz@1kHz) and purity. Moreover, based on the communication between a computer and the MCU, this oscillator could be completely controlled by self-developed user interface.

摘要：
The sound attenuation in ER fluid was experimentally studied. The results show that sound attenuation of ER fluid could be adjusted by the particle concentration of ER fluid and the intensity of electric field. Amplitude of sound wave in ER fluid increases with the increasing of particle concentration and field intensity; on the other hand, the attenuation of sound wave decreases with the increasing of propagation distance, as well as the particle concentration and field intensity. The experimental results indicate that the solidification effect of ER fluid is beneficial to the propagation of sound wave.

摘要：
The Ad-Hoc networks are autonomous and infrastructure-less networks that provide flexibility to network nodes to connect and disconnect at any time. Routing protocol is a crucial part in the changeable topology network. DSDV, DSR and AODV are the most typical basic protocols for wireless Ad-Hoc networks. In this paper, it interprets and compares these three typical routing protocols using NS-2 simulator. It analyzes these three protocols in several aspects such as packet loss rate, route cost, average end-to-end delay and packet delivery fraction through simulations using Network Simulator in varying network conditions including the number of nodes, maximum moving speed of mobile node, maximum number of connections, node pause time, data rate and node moving range. Performance analysis of simulation results shows that each protocol has its own best suitable scene, so one can choose the optimal protocol under different scenarios according to the simulation results. ©2013 IEEE.

In recent years, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have been promising approaches for a variety of application monitoring and capturing the required data from the environment. Due to the restricted communication range and high density of sensor nodes, routing in WSNs has been considered an important field of research over the past decade. The most popular protocol for clustering in WSNs is Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) which is based on adaptive clustering technique. The factors affecting LEACH efficiency include Cluster Head (CH), topology structure and routing algorithm. This paper provides in the past years the taxonomy of various clustering and routing techniques based on LEACH in WSNs. The paper highlights the primary principle of each improved protocol and emphasize on their advantages and disadvantages compared to the LEACH.

摘要：
Experimental studies on a tunable efficient high-efficient pulsed NH3 terahertz (THz) lasers pumped by TEA CO2 lasers are presented. When NH3 is pumped by the different lines with the CO2 lasers, the generation of different terahertz radiations is discussed. The lines of the CO2 lasers are 9R(08), 9P(20), 10R(14), 10R(08), and 10R(06). To improve THz laser energy and photon conversion efficiency, different higher power of the CO2 laser can effectively improve THz laser energy and photon conversion efficiency. When the 9P(20) CO2 lasers with 9.68 J and 4.12 J pump NH3, the corresponding energy conversion efficiencies are 0.28% and 0.19%, increasing by a factor of about 1.5. The generation of terahertz radiations with energy as high as 27.29 mJ and 7.73 mJ are obtained, respectively, increasing by a factor of about 3.5. Meanwhile, for 10R(14) line, the energy conversion efficiencies increase to 8.5 times and the energy of THz lasers increase to 32 times.

摘要：
In this paper, a three-dimensional (3-D) relaxation method is used to model the dynamic response behavior of liquid crystal (LC) directors in LC micro-optics structures with complex patterned electrodes. The method is based on Frank- Oseen continuum elastic theory by using a vectorial representation. This method can deal with liquid crystal structures with arbitrary patterned electrodes, and it is quite computational stability. Different numerical results obtained according the method are as follows: (1) the nematic LC structures with complex patterned electrodes applied by a constant voltage signal, and (2) the nematic LC structures with different thickness of LC layer, and (3) the nematic LC structures with different signal voltage. The typical results include the distribution of LC directors in LC layers, the distribution of electric potential in LC layers, and the distribution of phase retardation. The results show that the method can be used to effectively predict the formation of disclination lines, which has a strong impact on the performance of LC micro-optics structures. ©2012 SPIE.<br/>

This paper proposed a microwave signal generator which employed a phase lock loop (PLL) chip and several direct digital synthesizer (DDS) chips to make the frequency modulated microwave signal for coherent population trapping (CPT) atomic clock. Based on the communication between a computer and the MCU, it could be completely controlled that frequency, phase, working mode and modulation depth of the output signal by self-developed software. Spectrum and oscilloscope test results showed all the output signals could be suitable for the CPT atomic application.

The influence of aluminum doping on the ionic conductivities and phase transition in the La<inf>2</inf>Mo<inf>2-x</inf>Al<inf>x</inf>O <inf>9-δ</inf>(x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) oxide-ion conductors has been investigated by XRD, DSC and dielectric relaxation measurements. The results indicate that the solubility of Al<sup>3+</sup> in La<inf>2</inf>Mo <inf>2</inf>O<inf>9</inf>sample is about 10mol%, Al3+ can not suppress the α/βphase transition in the La<inf>2</inf>Mo<inf>2</inf>O <inf>9</inf>, and the aluminum substituted La<inf>2</inf>Mo<inf>2</inf>O <inf>9</inf> has a higher conductivity in whole temperature than that of pure La<inf>2</inf>Mo<inf>2</inf>O<inf>9</inf>. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications.

Sr<inf>2</inf>FeMoO<inf>6</inf>)<inf>1-x</inf>/(CeO<inf>2</inf>) <inf>x</inf> composites with nanosized crystallite were prepared by Sr <inf>2</inf>FeMoO<inf>6</inf> obtained from the sol-gel method and nanosized CeO<inf>2</inf> powders. The magnetoresistance of composites increase with the CeO<inf>2</inf> increasing. And the MR ratio at 10 K is 1.23%, and 2.48% for the x = 0.05 and 0.2 samples with H = 1 kOe, which are 1.25 times and 2.53 times as large as that for pure Sr<inf>2</inf>FeMoO<inf>6</inf>, respectively. The enhanced magnetoresistance was attributed to the spin-dependent tunneling at the interface of grain boundaries. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications.

摘要：
In this paper, experimental study of the microwave reflection behavior in MRF was carried out. The results showed that at the same frequency the microwave reflectivity of MRF decreased with the increasing of magnetic field strength; and with the increasing of particle concentration, microwave reflectivity decreased, monotonously. Under the given magnetic field, with the increasing of microwave frequency, it first decreased, there is a lowest point at 9.2GHz, and then it increased. Usually, it is considered that the change of internal structure of MRF under external magnetic field is the main reason for the regulation behavior of microwave reflectivity.

摘要：
Considering the characteristics of the nonlinear, complexity and relativity of the sintering burden system, the prediction model of sintering burden is established by BP neural network. In addition, a new optimization method of the sintering experiment is proposed, based on information entropy and chaotic improved particle swarm algorithm. The initial particle colony is produced by information entropy to increase the variety of the initial colony. The strategy of dynamic nonlinear adjustment is used for the inertia weight in this paper according to the iteration times, so as to improve the algorithm's searching capability. And the traversal characteristic of chaos optimization is introduced to overcome effectively the local convergence of standard particle swarm algorithm. The simulating results show that the improved particle swarm algorithm has faster converge, fewer iteration times and stronger global optimization ability. ©2012 IEEE.

摘要：
Atomic vapor cell is the most important component for atomic clock. A few vapor cells were fabricated based on multi-stack anodic bonding with four fabrication methods. By comparing with three traditional cavity fabrication methods and the first failed method by the laser drilling, it was found that the surface contamination induced in laser drilling and the roughness blocked the successful bonding. The surface roughness has to be less than 8 nm and in this case the method of laser drilling can be used successfully and with high efficiency, resulting in a novel process for atomic vapor cell fabrication with cavity.

摘要：
The reducibility of oxide-ion conductors La2Mo2-Ywyo9(y=0, 0.1) were studied in the reducing atmosphere of 5%H2+Ar by means of impedance spectroscopy measurement. 5% W-doped La2Mo2-Ywyo9 can enhance the conductivity and improve the reducibility in the temperature range from 275oC to 650oC.

摘要：
The effects of tungsten doping on the oxygen-ion diffusion and the phase transition in La2Mo2-xWxO9 samples (x = 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.2) were studied using internal friction method. The results show that two peaks were detected in the internal friction-temperature spectra in the La2Mo2-xWxO9 samples, the low-temperature relaxation peak is associated with oxygen ion diffusion, and the high-temperature peak is associated with a phase transition from the static disordered state to the dynamic disordered state of oxygen ion/vacancy distribution.

With the increasing demand for steel production in recent years, the smelting with high air temperature is an effective measure to increase production, energy efficiency and saving. Therefore, it is very important strengthen the maintenance of the hot stove and to increase the transmission capacity of the hot air. In hot-blast stove maintenance scheme evaluating, due to the uncertainty of the selection of evaluation indexes and its weight, the extent and scope of sustainable use and so on, it caused the individual to evaluate a number of useful information is often missing, thus affecting the reliability and accuracy of evaluation results. In this paper, the grey relational analysis is introduced to use to hot-blast stove maintenance scheme evaluating. The result indicated that this method is credible, and can provide a new method and a possible new way for hot-blast stove maintenance scheme evaluating. ©2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.

This paper introduced a new modular multi-level converter (MMC), which could enhance the voltage and power level by sub-converter modules in series and was easy to extend to any level of output. Its structure and working mechanism were described. The values of four main components were analyzed which were DC power supply, reactor L, sub-module's power switch and capacitor C, and corresponding affecting factors were discussed. Their value is critical to the reliable operation of the MMC system. The conclusions of the analysis given have some practical significance for studying on MMC system. ©2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.

摘要：
Due to the dynamic nature of P2P systems, it is difficult to keep load balance among SuperPeers (SPs) in the hybrid Peer-to-Peer system. An important source of SP's load is to process the peers' joining and departing frequently. In the paper a new strategy is proposed to reduce the impact on the SP's load when new peers join the system. Messages received by SP are classified into maintenance messages, update messages and query messages, of which the first two is produced by peers' churn. Every SP has an attribute, stability, to describe its state. New peers selects a SP to link based on the information from many SPs. Through the simulation, the result shows the strategy can be efficient and the load unbalance among SPs produced by new peers adding is relieved. © 2012 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

摘要：
The resource searching efficiency is the most important performance in the hybrid Peer-to-Peer (P2P) systems. In this paper, we give the effect factors of search efficiency and its optimization methods in the hybrid P2P systems based on the analysis of evaluation criterion of search mechanism in the P2P systems. Firstly, we present the evaluation criterion of search mechanism in the aspects of users and systems, as for users, including the number of results, accuracy rate and response time, and for systems including search efficiency, scalability and robustness. Furthermore, we analyze the effect factors of search efficiency such as the performance of superpeers, the load of superpeers, and the index information in the hybrid P2P systems, and give some optimization methods divided three classes: topological optimization in the superpeer layer, superpeers selecting and route selecting. ©2012 IEEE.
