according to the multi-user characteristics in monitoring platform, the article uses the RBAC privilege management model being popular at present, which tell about the design and implementation of permission management, and which explain the system relating, demand analysis, the design and realization of the system. at the same time, it shows the related realization page. The whole design is used by adopting the technology of ASP.NET based on MVC mode, which is developed by C# language. According to the function of each staff, the permission management can allocate the permission so that the whole platform can work safely and stably.

In cpu design, the register file is a necessary device which save the instruction and data. In this paper, we propose a design method for multi-port register file design in the environment of single-cycle CPU system based on the MIPS instruction set and according to the characteristics of multi-port register file, and the Schematic is introduced in order to speed up the development cycle. Furthermore, we discuss the consideration and operational principle of design and realization in detail. The simulation results for the part constructed by FPGA are also presented. In this example which provides the learning and design innovation for other circuit designed.

Nowadays multimedia applications surround our life. The relevant technologies of multimedia have been widely used anywhere, e.g. education, medicine, research, transportation and recreation, as long as people who has a mobile device. The computing ability of mobile device is growing rapidly, but it still has its limitations. One of significant influence on most mobile devices is the active time of them depend on the capacity of battery. Multimedia may make battery runs out quickly because it usually carries a large amount of information and data so that it leads to a great quantity of calculation and bandwidth requirement. In order to alleviate the computation amount of mobile devices, we propose an adaptive cloud-based multimedia conversion system to eliminate energy consumption and unnecessary occupancy on bandwidth in accordance with the capability and network state of users’ mobile devices. Then we propose a Simulated Annealing-based algorithm to solve the optimization problem of scheduling for a multi-user environment.

Association rule mining is the core technology of data mining. The Apriori algorithm is introduced and applied to the process of students taking courses and teaching themselves by a network teaching system. On the basis of large amounts of data, frequent itemsets will be found by the Apriori algorithm. The frequent itemsets describe the relation between students' characteristics and their behavior of taking courses. According to these relations, when a new student first takes courses, the teaching system can intelligently predict his/her tendency of taking courses and recommend appropriate courses to him/her.

This paper is mainly discussed almost sure exponential stability for mild solution of neutral stochastic hybrid evolution systems. Some conditions ensured the stability of mild solution of the systems are given. The earlier results are generalized and improved.

摘要:
In this paper, an active contour model is proposed for image segmentation, combining original image and feature image information with adaptive weight. The feature image is a texture descriptor which intrinsically defines the geometry of textures using semi-local image information. The Kullback-Leibler distance is used to design the energy of active contour model, in which the weight coefficient for original image and feature image is decided by the ratio of their distributions entropy. The energy minimization is achieved with Split-Bregman method. The results show that proposed method can achieve automatic segmentation of natural image with minimal parameter compared to related approaches.

Traffic network distribution based on distribution center problem (TNDBDCP) is put forward, which can not be solved by traditional algorithms. In order to solve TNDBDCP, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is put forward based on the idea of global and feasible searching. In the PSO, introducing check function ensures the feasibility of particle swarm, which is designed based on the neighborhood search method which only uses one loop program to meet the requirement of time constraint and radialized network structure; more reasonable fitness function is designed based on the relationship between spanning tree and its cotree; improvements for updating the position of particle make the current position of particle be beneficial to being close to the best position of particle in its neighborhood.

This paper explores a food's microbiology prediction and quality assessment system platform based on. NET three-tier architecture, which uses ADO. NET caching technology, the MVC architecture, SQL Server database, which establishes fresh food microbiology prediction and quality assessment platform, which includes food news information management, product content management, experiment parameter entry and management, experiment data query and analysis of quality management, the system achieve the research the microbial flora of fresh food in the growth pattern of different temperatures, using the experimental data obtained, establishing a mathematical model, at the same time it selects a better mathematical model as the microbial prediction model of the fresh food by statistical analysis, and eventually making shelf life prediction. Which designs to help the supermarkets systematic management of all types of fresh food, which determinate the supermarket fresh food surface microbial species and its changes.

A low-rate distributed denial of service(DDo S) attack has significant ability to conceal its traffic because it can be able to elude the current anomaly-based detection methods. In this paper, we present a collaborative detection algorithm using the generalised entropy metric and the information divergence metric to detect low-rate DDo S attacks by measuring the difference between legitimate traffic and attack traffic. The experimental results show that the presented algorithm can effectively detect low-rate DDo S attacks and clearly reduce the false positive rate. Furthermore, we present an IP traceback algorithm that can find all attacks as well as attackers from their own local area networks(LANs).

Indoor evacuation systems are needed for rescue and safety management. A particular challenge is real-time evacuation route planning for the trapped people. In this paper, an integrated model is proposed for indoor evacuation used on mobile phones. With the purpose of employing real-time sensor data as references for evacuation route calculation, this paper makes an attempt to convert sensor systems to sensor graphs and associate these sensor graphs with route graph. Based on the integration of sensing and routing, sensor tracking and risk aware evacuation routes are generated dynamically for evacuees. Experiments of the proposed model are illustrated in the paper. The benefit of the integrated model could extend to hastily and secure indoor evacuation and it potentially presents an approach to correlate environmental information to geospatial information for indoor application.

Stability plays an important role in the practice. In this paper, exponential stability of nonlinear dynamic systems with delay is discussed. Some conditions which guarantee exponential stability of the nonlinear dynamic systems are given by by Hurwitz matrix theory. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the theoretical result.

The relative problems’ research of chilled meat, thawed meat and spoiled meat discrimination by hyperspectral image technique were proposed, such the section of feature wavelengths, et al. First, based on 400 ~ 1000nm range hyperspectral image data of testing pork samples, by K-medoids clustering algorithm based on manifold distance, we select 30 important wavelengths from 753 wavelengths, and thus select 8 feature wavelengths (454.4, 477.5, 529.3, 546.8, 568.4, 580.3, 589.9 and 781.2nm) based on the discrimination value. Then 8 texture features of each image under 8 feature wavelengths were respectively extracted by two-dimensional Gabor wavelets transform as pork quality feature. Finally, we build a pork quality classification model using the fuzzy C-mean clustering algorithm. Through the experiment of extracting feature wavelengths, we found that although the hyperspectral images between adjacent bands have a strong linear correlation, they show a significant non-linear manifold relationship from the entire band. K-medoids clustering algorithm based on manifold distance used in this paper for selecting the characteristic wavelengths, which is more reasonable than traditional principal component analysis (PCA). Through the classification result, we conclude that hyperspectral imaging technology can distinguish among chilled meat, thawed meat and spoiled meat accurately.

Minimum spanning tree of length constraint problem (MSTLCP) can not be solved by traditional algorithms, so improved Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is put forward to solve MSTLCP, based on the idea of global and feasible searching. In the improved PSO, introducing check function ensures the feasibility of particle swarm; more reasonable fitness function is designed based on the relationship between spanning tree and its cotree; improvements for updating the position of particle make the current position of particle be beneficial to being close to the best position of particle in its neighborhood. Therefore improved PSO on MSTLCP is more reasonable than traditional PSO on MSTLCP. And then by doing simulation experiment, the analysis of the change of the parameters and the analysis of the change of particle swarm scale and iteration number, we draw a conclusion that improved PSO is a practical algorithm.

Stability analysis of various neural networks have been successfully applied in many fields such as parallel computing and pattern recognition. This paper is concerned with a class of stochastic Markovian jump neural networks. The general mean-square stability of Backward Euler-Maruyama method for stochastic Markovian jump neural networks is discussed. The sufficient conditions to guarantee the general mean-square stability of Backward Euler-Maruyama method are given.

At present software becomes more and more complicated, so software testing is very important for assuring software quality. AOP is a crosscutting concern program paradigm which is suitable for software testing. Based on AOP technology, we analyzed current main research achievement and feature of AOP. We introduce two kinds of testing method based on AOP. One is application AOP in unit testing and the other is application AOP in robustness testing. The two methods can both implement testing concern separation, so they can enhance testing quality.
