During rainfall infiltration process, the groundwater flow in saturated‐unsaturated zone of slope is a two‐phase seepage process of water and gas. Considering Buckley‐Leverett equation, a new mathematical model for saturated‐unsaturated seepage in rock and soil media was presented with the foundation of two‐phase seepage equation of continuity and Darcy’s law. The equations are discretized with finite difference dynamical method, based on which, a new three‐dimensional program is developed. Seepage process in a slope under rain condition was simulated using the new model, pore pressure and water saturation changes were simulated. The calculation case shows that the results obtained by the model are reasonable for saturated‐ unsaturated seepage problem.

This article presented a new method for forecasting of duration of projects. Progress of more than 10 sample projects was simulated using the software developed in Visual Studio 2008 "C Visual Basic .NET 2008 and Microsoft Office Project 2007 Scheduled based on a try and error procedure, Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), were selected Cost Variance CV, Schedule Variance (SV)as predictor variables and finally a formula based on analysis was presented. The results showed a strong relation between predictor variables and response and the final function could explain 95.4% of variation in response according to predictors. This method can be used in a wide range of projects, but in generalizing final relation one should be aware of its limitations.

This paper focuses on the research of the mixture ratio design for the micro-surfacing and the construction technology of the highway. And the research has shown that the improvement of the microsurfacing has a significant effect on the anti-skid performance, flatness, smoothness, density and wheel track recovery of the highway, and has improved the performance of the highway. And the preventive maintenance thus can be achieved. It has a unique power on the filling of wheel track, recovery of road surface anti-slip, obturating of road surface water infiltration, improvement of road surface flat degree and control of suffusing oil. Also, it has many features such as easy construction technology, low cost and little pollution.

Based on the actual shape of porous media, complex porous media can be simplified into four common rules for the shape of pore throat model. By simplifying the calculation, inferred these four kinds of regular shape pore throat model pore throat ratio simplification formula. In order to confirm the inferential reasoning formula is correct, four kind of regular pore throat models are established by using the finite element software, the inferential reasoning formula are substituted in the equation to calculate porous medium the penetration coefficient, contrasted the result and the tentative data we can discover some regulation through four kind of regular shape pore throat model data's contrast: Test results and calculation of derived results are in agreement, when the porosity is small, the experimental data and calculation of derived results agree well, when the porosity is large, the experimental data and calculation formulas are derived any deviation, but meet the requirements of engineering. Derived formula has changed the traditional pore throat ratio calculations rely on the test, and simplified calculation of the ratio of pore throat, saving cost and time conducive to pore-throat ratio in practical engineering application and promotion.

A volume averaging theory was exploited to obtain the set of macroscopic energy equations for turbulent flows in low density consolidated porous media. The resulting energy equations along with mathematical modeling reveal the reason why the Reynolds number exponent of the Nusselt number expression for the case of low density consolidated porous media is much greater than that of unconsolidated porous media such as packed beds. The present expressions obtained on the basis of the volume averaging theory are compared against available experimental data and empirical correlations, and are found to be valid for a wide range of the porosity and Reynolds number.

As a result of historical and the political reason, our country's railroad transport business has set of relatively independent systems, along with traffic flow's unceasing growth, the railway transportation safety is mentioned an important position. Under our country's present passenger transportation pattern, with the correlation statistical data as the backing, this article discusses using FTA (fault tree analysis) method, to enhance the passenger flow transportation's security, improves the grade of service and the safeguard service security.

This paper reviews the heat transfer model and calculation methods on the ground-coupled heat pump (GCHP), and found that almost all the model did not consider the influence of groundwater seepage, although groundwater seepage on the pipe heat exchanger has a big influence. Based on the theory of groundwater seepage and heat transfer theory, a new mathematical model coupled with groundwater flow and heat transferring between heat exchanger and ground soil mass are established, which conceded of the heat conduction and the role of the common groundwater seepage of infiltration coupled heat transfer model, which can provides a theoretical support for the calculation and analysis of ground-coupled heat pump heat exchanger.

This paper concerned with shear mechanism of externally bonded FRP reinforcement for RC beams. The shear capacity of FRP-strengthened RC beams has a close relation with the failure mode. There are four types in usual failure mode of the beams reinforced with FRP sheets as follows: failure following debonding of FRP sheet; rupture of FRP sheet and compression failure of the concrete in the compression zone occurring almost simultaneously; compressive failure of concrete in the compression zone; rupture of FRP sheet before debonding occurs. The shear failure mechanism of FPR sheet in different failure modes is obviously distinctive, and therefore the shear capacity is greatly different. The separate treatment of different failure is essential before make shear capacity prediction. After analyzing 42 available test data with selective five famous shear strength models, it is showed that all shear strength models are more accurate in FRP sheet rupture than debonding mode. The research of shear strength model in FRP debonding mode deserves special attention.

Calculating stability of supporting structures, earth pressure and water pressure are usually considered. Nonconsideration of groundwater seepage is one of the main reasons why measured values of waterearth pressure on supporting structures are generally very different from those calculated values. Mechanical effects of groundwater seepage on earth pressure were studied and the viscous drag force and seepage force were considered together. By setting up differential coefficient equations and constructing a set of entire new calculation expressions on the foundation pit were presented with consideration of groundwater seepage. It was proved that the hindrance force and the water pressure around the earth are in equilibrium with the water weight. The results calculated with the new expressionswere very close to the measured waterearth pressure values. Applying this method for calculating foundation pit,the results are approach to practice values.

The soil water characteristic curve is very important for controlling movement of the unsaturated soil water. Based on the former models, this paper is simulated with the numerical simulation on Gardner-Simmons and Brooks-Corey and Van-Genuchten. The numerical results show that the VG model has a perfect flexibility in the soil water. At the same time, saturated water content and saturated infiltrate coefficient and residual water content are analyzed and discussed by the sensitivity analysis. The analysis results show that saturated infiltrate coefficient in those parameters is the most intensive than other parameters. Research on the parameters of water movement law can offer theory foundation for the measurement of the basic parameters in the laboratory and on the site.

Based on the fluid mechanics in porous medium and the theory of fluid-solid coupling, a fluid-solid coupling mathematical model of deformation problem of anti-seepage system in landfill has been established, and the deformation features with water and leachte head in garbage dump layer decreased has been simulated. Results show that with the water head decreased, the pore pressure is progressively lowered, which makes virtual stress increase. Therefore, the displacement of anti-seepage system increases. While the water pumping capacity in certain situation, the increasing of time will lead to the displacement increase at the same one-point position, the increasing of distance will lead to the displacement decrease at different-point position. Impervious layer should be adapted to the uneven settlement caused by the rot and displacement of the waste. It not only provides a reliable theoretical basis for increasing the landfill capacity, but also gives reference to the stability and protection of the landfill.

摘要:
Web database of geological information is constructed to manage the geological information efficiently. The infrastructure of the web database is implemented with B/S model, where the geological information is classified into four types of entities and stored in the database with Microsoft SQL Server 2005.The web server is implemented with Microsoft IIS and the exchange of the data between the web server and the database server is implemented by mid-wares which are implemented with COM technology. Basing on the web database, the structure of geological spatial data mining system, the process of geological spatial data mining and the geological knowledge discovering are discussed. The web database of Daqing Oil Filed Co Ltd in China is presented as an engineering case to explain the implementation of the web database and the data mining with the database constructed.

To investigate the effect of aperture size on fluid flow in low permeability coal, governing equations of 2-dimensional uncompressible flow were deduced based on Navier-Stokes equations, boundary layer theory and mass conservation law. By numerical simulation, the authors got the relation between pressure gradient and fluid discharge, and verified the Darcy's flow in porous media. Nonlinear Darcy's flow in low permeability media and surge effect in gas percolation were also tested and verified. The relations between fluid viscosity and seepage flux were also studied through numerical modeling. The results show that with fluid viscosity increase, permeability declines sharply.

In order to control the leakage of hazardous substances , to ensure the experiment normally, to create the safety and health working conditions for the laboratory staffs, the stable ventilation and control systems are needed. This paper presents that the product research and development must have the explicit technology and market localizat ion firstly and secondly the good technical strategy and the reasonable organization structure through the overall analysis to research and development and the application process of the ventilation control system. The wind field around the building is simulated by CFD method. Both the pressure field and the velocity field around the symmetrical building are computed with finite volume method. To discover the influence of the building shape to the wind field distribution, the pressure field and the velocity field around the asymmetrical field are also computed. The simulated results of the symmetrical and the asymmetrical buildings are compared and the comparison shows that the pressure field and the velocity field are of different character. Around both the symmetrical and the asymmetrical building, there differential pressure exists between the static pressure of the wind side and the suction pressure of the back side. The suction pressure and the big turbulent flow area existing in the back side of the asymmetrical building, but not in the symmetrical building. The suction pressure and the turbulent flow will cause negative influence to the discharge of the pollutant. Both in the symmetrical and asymmetrical building, the amenity standard is satisfied when the wind velocity is less than 6m/s at pedestrian-level.

Based on seepage characteristic and seepage law, according to the theory of rock and soil mechanics, seepage mechanics, and engineering geology, numerical model was established. Through numerical simulation of groundwater seepage and analysis of stability of rock mass, the effect of water head change on slope stability was studied. The Results show that along with the water head raise, the total gliding force increase, the total anti-sliding force decline, and the stabilize factor decrease.
