This investigation aimed to study the interaction between concrete substrate and silicone rubber sealant. Several surface treatments were applied in order to obtain different levels of surface roughness in concrete substrates. The bond tensile test showed that abrasion and solvent cleaning methods improved the bond strength relative to that of untreated substrates. The effects of silane coupling agents on the bond strength was studied via two methods of application of the coupling agent, namely, (a) pre-treatment of concrete substrate in an aqueous solution of silane, and (b) adding silane to the silicone rubber sealant as an integral blend additive. No significant differences in bonding values were noted between the two methods. An increase in the amount of silane coupling agent increased the bond strength of the silicone rubber sealant, but beyond a certain point, further increases in the amount of silane lowered the bond strength. As the amount of silanes increased, the failure mode of the samples changed from adhesive failure to cohesive failure. Scanning electron microscopy and contact angle methods were employed to investigate the interface. The results strongly suggest that interface adhesion and treatments are crucial factors in creating a durable bond interface between substrate and sealant.

The cavity wall material is a kind of new saving energy and environmental protection building material having good physical and mechanic performance including lightweight, high strength, heat insulation and thermal insulation. Making full use of good physical and mechanic performance, as the infilling wall of steel frame structure, a new cavity composite masonry wall material is put forward, which can bear lateral load with steel frame together. Based on test of two specimens, the failure process and pattern is analyzed in detail in this paper, and the hysteretic behavior, energy dissipation and stiffness degeneration under the seismic force. Comparing with the steel frame, the cavity composite masonry infilling wall steel frame structure has higher strength, light weigh, higher stiffness, good anti-seismic behavior and ductility. The conclusion is reference for the seismic design of the infilling wall steel structure.

In this paper the micro mechanism of BaTiO3 ferroelectric phase transition is studied based on the thermodynamic model using electron cloud model, and further the Curie - Weiss law is explained. The results indicate that the contraction of the electron cloud, as the temperature decreased through Curie temperature, causes oxygen ions shift the equilibrium position, and the Coulomb attraction makes Ti ion shift the equilibrium position causing phase transition; With temperature rising, the ion displacement polarization decreases owing to the electron cloud expansion effect, and the variation of dielectric constant with temperature follows the Curie - Weiss law.

摘要:
Based on the characteristics of the mine tunnel and turbulence equation, the mathematical model of the mine tunnel of the ventilation flow is set up .Using the software simulates and analyzes the distribution of the velocity field of airflow and temperature field under different wind speeds in the mine tunnel. The result shows that the inlet airflow at the speed 4.5m/s is more stable and lower temperature to improve the working environment on the roadway.

Anaerobic digestion is an economic and environmentally friendly technology for treating the biomass material-sewage sludge, but has some limitations, such as the low efficient biogass production. In this paper ultrasound was proposed as pre-treatment for effective sludge anaerobic digestion. Sludge anaerobic digestion experiments with ultrasonic pretreatment was investigated. It can be seen that this treatment effectively leaded to the increase of soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD) and volatile fatty acids(VFA)concentration. High concentration of VFA leaded to a increase in biogas production. Besides, the SV of sludge was reduced and the settling characteristics of sludge was improved after ultrasonic pretreatment. It can be concluded that sludge anaerobic digestion with ultrasonic pretreatment is an effective method for biomass material transformation.
