摘要:
After our country has relaxed the price controls oil tourism, the price discredit phenomenon of travel agencies is becoming more serious, which has already affected their healthy development. Aiming at this problem, this paper adopts the methods of induction and systems analysis and induces the main manifestation of the price discredit of travel agencies in China, analyzes the reasons of the price credit crisis of travel agencies, proposed a series of countermeasures about how to remold the price credit of travel agencies. to alter the Situation that the whole travel agencies industry is gaining less and less profit year by year and to make our country's travel agencies walk out of the corner. Finally, such a Conclusion has been reached: as long as we realize the price credit crisis of travel agencies correctly and adopt the corresponding management Countermeasures, it's sure that our country's travel agencies industry will enter the orbit of sustainable and healthy development.

Strategic alliance is a good pattern which can make the common share of resources and abilities among enterprises. This paper outlines the basic content of strategic alliance and tow forms of strategic alliance in real estate enterprises at first. Then, it explains the practical significance of "accrete" strategic alliance in real estate enterprises. Based on the brief analysis on the value chain theory, it attempts to construct conceptual models of "accrete" strategic alliances, and addresses the driven source for real estate enterprises to implement "accrete" strategic alliance. At last, it puts forward the three mechanisms to ensure "accrete" strategic alliance to be successful.
