摘要:
The charged nano-Al2O3 particles were successfully prepared by sol-gel method, and different approaches including scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and Fourier transforms infrared spectrometry were used to characterize the Al2O3 nanoparticles. Meanwhile, the zeta potentials of Al2O3 nanoparticles were thoroughly investigated in this paper. The analysis results indicated that the prepared Al2O3 nanoparticles were found spherical in shape and demonstrated weak agglomeration. They had a fine crystal phase with a mean size of about 13.2nm. The analysis of Zeta potential demonstrated that the Al2O3 nanoparticles had a positive charge.

摘要:
研究了二氧化碳(CO2)和正丁胺一步合成N,N’-二丁基脲(DBU)。采用气相色谱(GC)和气质联用仪(GC-MS)对产物分别进行了定量分析和定性分析,并运用红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对产物结构进行了表征。考察了催化剂、溶剂、反应时间、反应温度和压力的影响。当采用乙腈作溶剂,催化剂氢氧化铯与正丁胺摩尔比为0.1时,170℃和8 MPa下反应10 h,DBU的产率和选择性分别为91.8%和98.0%。

摘要:
The PVP/Fe3O4/TBT composite nanofibers have been successfully fabricated via a facile electrospinning assisted sol-gel process, and magnetic TiO2 hollow nanofibers are obtained by the calcination process. The effects of TBT and Fe3O4 dosage on the morphologies and hollow structure of nanofibers are systematically investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) demonstrated that the magnetic TiO2 nanofibers had a hollow structure with the average diameter of 200 nm. XRD results exhibited that magnetic TiO2 hollow nanofibers with well crystallized anatase phase were obtained. Both the hollow structure and well crystallized anatase phase of TiO2 nanofibers play very important role in photocatalytic activity. Moreover, the magnetic test demonstrated TiO2 hollow nanofibers possessed an excellent magnetic responsiveness, which facilitated the separation of TiO2 hollow nanofibers.

摘要:
为综合利用水稻秸秆,提取水稻秸秆纤维素,采用稀碱/H2 O2和稀酸溶液依次对水稻秸秆进行处理。结果表明,大部分半纤维素和木质素在稀碱处理过程中得以脱除,残余的少量半纤维素和木质素则在稀酸处理过程中被进一步脱除。当水稻秸秆经过5%KOH/H2 O2和pH值为3.5的乙酸溶液处理后,半纤维素和木质素的脱除率分别为91.8%和97.4%,提取的纤维素纯度达90.2%。

摘要:
The acetylation of cellulose using sulfonated Amberlyst 15 as a new and reusable catalyst was investigated. Optimization of the acetylation process was carried out by variation in the amount of added catalyst, acetic acid, and acetic anhydride as well as the reaction conditions, which includes reaction time and reaction medium. Cellulose acetate, with a degree of substitution (DS) value of 2.38 and yield of 54.1%, was obtained under the optimized conditions and characterized using Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis-derivative thermogravimetry (TGA-DTG), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The sulfonated polymer catalyst could be easily recovered by centrifugation after acetylation. Both the fresh and recovered catalysts were characterized by means of FTIR, TGA-DTG, DSC, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the recovered catalyst could be successfully reused without further treatment. It was found that Amberlyst 15 possessed excellent catalytic stability, no significant changes in the DS values, and consistent yields of cellulose acetate observed over four reaction cycles. © 2014 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

摘要:
The hydrolysis of cellulose catalyzed by sulfonated poly(styrene-co- divinylbenzene) (SPS-DVB) was carried out in the ionic liquid 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (BMIMBr), in which the reaction medium BMIMBr and sulfate polymer catalyst can be recovered. The influence of the amount of catalyst, water and ionic liquid, reaction conditions including reaction time and temperature was investigated in detail. The recovery of BMIMBr was performed based on using Aliquat 336 and naphthalene-2-boronic acid to extract the sugar derived from the hydrolysis of cellulose, and it was reused without further treatment. It was found that ionic liquid possessed excellent stability, and the conversion of cellulose almost kept constant during the recycles. The fresh and recovered sulfonated catalysts were characterized by means of TGA and IR, and the recovered catalyst was reused with/without treatment with acid. The catalytic activity almost kept constant in the case of regenerating by sulphuric acid prior to reuse, but a significant loss of activity was observed without regeneration. The results revealed that there may be an ion exchange process between the acidic sites of sulfonated catalyst and ionic liquid during the hydrolysis of cellulose. © 2013 Published by Elsevier B.V.

研究了助催化剂存在下,ZnCl_2催化CO_2、苯酚和CCl_4合成碳酸二苯酯(DPC),考察了助催化剂种类及催化剂用量的影响.结果表明,Bu_4NBr、Cs_2CO_3和K_2CO_3不能有效促进ZnCl_2的催化活性,而CF_3SO_3H则是一种有效的助催化剂.在ZnCl_2用量相同的情况下,体系中加入CF_3SO_3H后,DPC产率由2.2%显著增加至17%.采用气相色质联用(GC-MS)对该催化体系的反应产物进行了定性分析,除生成主产物DPC外,还有氯甲酸苯酯、水杨酸苯酯(PS)和双(2-羟苯基)甲酮等副产物生成,在此基础上提出了DPC及副产物的可能生成机理.

摘要:
Dimethyl carbonate (DMC) was synthesized from carbon dioxide, propylene epoxide (PO) and methanol. The catalytic performance of K2CO3, KI, rare earth oxides including CeO2, Y2O3, La2O3 and Yb2O3 was investigated. Acceptable conversion of PO but poor selectivity to DMC was obtained using K2CO3 or KI as the sole catalyst compared to that obtained in the presence of rare earth oxides. Significant improvement in the selectivity to DMC was obtained catalyzed by co-catalyst composed of K2CO3 and Yb2O3, and 42.4% selectivity to DMC, which is higher than that obtained using K2CO3 or Yb2O3 as the sole catalyst under the identical conditions, was obtained. The influence of the amount of PO was also investigated, and the results showed that the conversion of PO is dependent on its amount.

Cellulose was isolated from rice straw by pretreatment with dilute alkaline and acid solutions successively, and it was further transferred into cellulose acetate in the presence of acetic anhydride and phosphotungstic acid (H 3PW12O40·6H2O). The removal of hemicellulose and lignin was affected by the concentration of KOH and the immersion time in acetic acid solution, and 83 wt.% content of cellulose in the treated rice straw was obtained after pretreatment with 4% KOH and immersion in acetic acid for 5 h. Phosphotungstic acid was found to be an effective catalyst for the acetylation of the cellulose derived from rice straw. The degree of substitution (DS) values revealed a significant effect for the solubility of cellulose acetate, and the acetone-soluble cellulose acetate with DS values around 2.2 can be obtained by changing the amount of phosphotungstic acid and the time of acetylation. Both the structure of cellulose separated from rice straw and cellulose acetate were confirmed by FTIR and XRD. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Bimetallic aluminum(salen) complexes were prepared and used as catalyst for the synthesis of DPC from CO2 and phenol in the presence of carbon tetrachloride. The bimetallic complex derived from 3,5-ditert salicylaldehyde and 1,2-cyclohexanediamine revealed more excellent activity than that obtained in the presence of other complexes and the simple Lewis acid ZnCl2. The influence of the amount of complex and the reaction conditions including the pressure of CO2 and the reaction temperature was also investigated.

摘要:
Diphenyl carbonate (DPC) was synthesised from carbon dioxide, phenol, and carbon tetrachloride catalysed by the Lewis acid ZnCl2 with the addition of co-catalyst. It was found that common bases are not effective co-catalysts for the production of DPC, and only slight enhancement in the catalytic activity of ZnCl2 was observed in the presence of inorganic additives such as inorganic carbonates and quaternary ammonium salts. Although poor conversion of phenol and yield of DPC were obtained using ZnCl2 or trifluoromethanesulfonic acid (CF3SO3H) as the sole catalyst, the catalytic activity of ZnCl2 was significantly improved by the addition of a catalytic amount of CF3SO3H. CF 3SO3H has been proven to be an effective co-catalyst. The conversion of phenol and the yield of DPC were dependent on the amount of ZnCl2 and CF3SO3H, the reaction temperature, and the pressure of CO2. A possible reaction mechanism for the synthesis of DPC catalysed by the co-catalytic system including ZnCl2 and CF3SO3H was also proposed. © 2012 CSIRO.

摘要:
The catalytic pyrolysis of palm oil wastes for fuel gas production was experimentally investigated in a combined fixed bed reactor using the developed nano-NiO/γ-Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> catalyst. The results indicated that the nano-NiO/γ-Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> catalyst had greater activity for the cracking of tar in vapor and of hydrocarbons and a higher hydrogen yield than the commercial nickel-based catalyst in catalytic pyrolysis of palm oil wastes. Meanwhile, a series of experiments have been performed to explore the effects of temperature and biomass particle size on gas composition and gas yield. The experiments demonstrated that temperature was the most important factor in this process, higher temperature contributed to more hydrogen production and gas yield. It was also shown that a smaller particle was more favorable for gas quality and yield. ©2012 IEEE.

摘要:
SiO2-TiO2 mixed oxides was prepared by the homogeneous precipitation method using tetraethoxysilane and tetrabutyl titanate as precursors. Zinc catalyst supported on SiO2-TiO2 was prepared by the incipient wetness impregnation method and employed as effective catalyst for the direct synthesis of diphenyl carbonate from carbon dioxide and phenol. The stability of the heterogeneous catalyst was also studied in detail. No significant loss of activity was observed during the 5 runs except for the first recycle.

摘要:
Palladium chloride anchored on polystyrene modified by 5-amino-1,10- phenanthroline was prepared and used as catalysts for the Suzuki cross-coupling reactions of aryl halide with arylboronic acid in supercritical carbon dioxide without use of organic solvent. The heterogeneous catalyst revealed excellent and recoverable catalytic performance for a wide range of aryl halides substrates. It can be easily separated from the reaction mixture and reused for six recycles without significant loss of catalytic activity. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications.

摘要:
根据经典热力学原理,计算了苯酚和二氧化碳合成碳酸二苯酯的反应在不同温度下的摩尔吉布斯自由能变化。结果表明,高温有利于碳酸二苯酯的生成;提高二氧化碳压力对平衡有利;计算结果与实验数据吻合,但实验收率偏低。

摘要:
A novel and facile wet-chemical method for synthesis of silver microwires was developed.The well-defined particles were prepared by adding an iron(Ⅱ) sulfate heptahydrate solution into a silver nitrate solution containing citric acid drop by drop at 50 °C.The resulting products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.It was found that the particles consisted of numerous silver microwires.The reaction temperature greatly affected the morphologies of the as-prepared particles.Both of the mean length and width of the silver microwires increased with the decrease of the concentration of silver nitrate.And the lower concentration was unfavorable for the formation of more silver microwires.Similar findings were also observed when the concentration of iron(Ⅱ) sulfate was decreased.The amount of citric acid also greatly affected the shape of the as-prepared particles.It was concluded that citric acid was the key role in the formation of silver microwires via the Oswald ripening mechanism.

以硝酸盐作前体,通过均匀共沉淀法制备了掺锰复合氧化物CeO2-MnO2-CoO,采用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)对复合氧化物进行了表征,并研究了复合氧化物在苯甲醇液相氧化反应中的催化性能。结果表明,复合氧化物的组成、反应时间、溶剂种类和氧化剂用量等对苯甲醇转化率和苯甲醛选择性均有影响。采用叔丁基过氧化氢作氧化剂,正己烷为溶剂,回流反应8h,苯甲醇的转化率和苯甲醛选择性分别达到了88.4%和94.7%。

摘要:
Diphenyl carbonate (DPC) was synthesized from CO2 and phenol catalyzed by Lewis acids. Compressed CO2 was used as reactant and solvent. It was found that the conversion of phenol and the yield of DPC are dependent on the metal center of Lewis acids, and zinc halides have better catalytic performance than aluminum halides. The reaction of CO2 with phenol is sensitive to pressure, temperature, and reaction time, and it is improved using triethylamine as acid acceptor. A 31.7% DPC yield was obtained under optimized reaction conditions: 9 MPa at 100 °C for 3 h. © 2011 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
A novel method for the direct synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC) from carbon dioxide and phenol catalyzed by Lewis acid in the presence of methanol was developed. It was found that the simple Lewis acids are not effective for catalyzing the production of DPC, but (salen)Co(OAc) containing a quaternary phosphonium salt unit anchored on the ligand displayed excellent catalytic activity under mild conditions using dense carbon dioxide as reactant and solvent. A possible mechanism for the formation of DPC was proposed based on the GC-MS analysis and DFT calculation.
