<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title>
<jats:p>It is known that ground source heat pump system (GSHPS) takes the advantage of shallow geothermal energy which include the power of underground water, surface water or soil etc., and the system can not only provide heat apply but also provide cold making power in a high efficiency and energy saving way. The ground source heat pump only uses the shallow geothermal resources of the earth’s surface (usually less than 400 meters deep) as cold and heat source, it takes less effect on earth and its environment. The GSHPS could replace air-conditioner heater and domestic hot water facilities. The running process of GSHPS is green without any pollution. It can be built in a residential area, no burning, no smoke, no waste, no stacking fuel waste sites, and no long-distance transport of heat. The system does not consume water or pollute water, no boiler, no cooling towers, does not need stacked fuel waste sites. It leads significant environmental benefits. With the experimental application in the project in Wuhan, it showed the advantages of GSHPS, the using feasibility of GSHPS and also the disadvantages and limitations of GSHPS. And with the developing of the GSHPS technology, the use of the system can have a considerable prospect.</jats:p>

Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is an important means with the development of higher education under the background of internationalization, which has been accepted by more and more countries and widely used.Researching talent training model of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, especially the ways of constructing has very important significance to promote the development of China's higher education and improve the quality of China's higher education talent training.This paper use the trend of the internationalization of higher education as the entrance, and puts forward the ways of constructing of talent training model by the investigation of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in running schools talent training mode, and summarized experience in Practice.

摘要:
In response to a situation that it is not easy to accurately compute the indicator weight in multiple objective decisions, and it is unable to achieve effective harmonization of subjective and objective when the traditional methods were used to calculate the weights. The combination rule of evidence theory was introduced in this article, which was used to combine the weights in traditional method by using the combination weighting model effectively by setting a coupled model, and the results were not only objective but also fit the subjective preferences of decision makers. The weights computed by the combination rule were more advanced, because the objectivity of the quantitative indicators and the subjectivity of qualitative indicators were highlighted when compared with those results of linear combination. At last, the coupled model was proved that it can be effectively used in multiple objective decision issues by an example argument.

The consumption of building energy will be reduced in the future development, and the development of energy-efficient buildings will be a trend. The buildings have been divided into four classes, like the residential building, the public building, the industrial building and the agricultural building. As the energy evaluation of buildings had played an important role in the environmental construction, therefore the research was mainly focus on the residential building of energy evaluation work, by the analysis both on home and abroad about building energy evaluation of status, and combines national and area enacted of about building energy of evaluation standard, to construct a residential building evaluation system, and for the evaluation work service of residential building of energy by introducing a full of about the residential building evaluation system of constructed process.

Engineering bidding transaction market exists extensively asymmetric information. According to the information economics point of view, information asymmetric extremely easily leads to the moral hazard and adverse selection, which will cause project value can't get a real reveal in engineering bidding. Therefore, the project bidding on the trade market for the asymmetric information research has strong theoretical value and practical significance. this paper tries to use the method of evidence theory to have a certain extent measure in engineering bidding market of asymmetric information, in order to enrich the content of the bidding market research field, and provide a decision-making reference for relevant departments.

摘要:
It is a problem on building energy efficiency of how to improve the heat insulation performance of building envelope, to make the building outer wall has good heat preservation effect, and to keep the necessary seismic performance. Exterior wall thermal insulation engineering, which is a key part on building energy conservation engineering construction quality acceptance and on building energy efficiency design, is an important part in building energy efficiency projects. Therefore, it is necessary to study the seismic performance based on the fact that the building is building energy efficiency. By the research on exterior insulation materials, the analysis on the performance of external thermal insulation materials currently used, and the research on the factors affecting the seismic performance of external thermal insulation material, It provides a guidance on evaluating the external wall thermal insulation material performance and quality, ensuring the quality of external thermal insulation material, and it is expected to achieve the effect of building energy efficiency.

摘要:
Along with the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society, extensive researches on environmental protecting and resource saving have been made in the field of construction industry, but the quantitative evaluation of the resource consumption and environmental impact in the process of construction has always been difficult to obtain. The paper focuses on the quantitative evaluation of resource depletion , establishing the quantitative evaluation of resource depletion effect according to the life cycle impact assessment and equivalent coefficient method, and then determines the equivalent coefficient of the resource based on coal; makes the quantitative evaluation of the concrete raw material consumption and resource depletion index under the analysis of several different strength grades of before and after adding fly ash concrete, and at last the corresponding proposal to lower the impact, which can be used as a reference basis for the green risk of construction project and sustainable development is put forward.

Building exterior wall full life cycle assessment is the whole life cycle of various building materials, components production, planning, design, construction, operation and disposal phases in the material energy flow generated by the economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit,which is the sum of the evaluation. Full life cycle assessment is a very broad concept, it is to do the comprehensive analysis of the life cycle process, including the environmental systems, energy systems, natural resources, human health and so on. various aspects are to assess the influence of the potential, and ultimately to find ways to improve. Exterior wall full life cycle of economic evaluation model is established, the core content is a comprehensive economic evaluation of the scheme of building external wall structure, economic benefit evaluation of different exterior design, which provides the strong basis for the adoption of reasonable solution.
