In underground project, water inrush disaster often occurs, resulting in a large number of casualties and economic losses. To solve these problems, grouting is one of the main techniques for controlling water inrush. At present, the research results on the treatment of water inrush by grouting are based on anhydrous or hydrostatic grouting. However, the study of dynamic water grouting is relatively few and the grouting materials are a little bit. In this paper, water-soluble polyurethane was selected as grouting material, modified by adding hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, and the bond strength and microstructure change before and after modification are studied via bond strength experiment and microscopic observation. In addition, the WPU (water-soluble polyurethane) diffusion regularity of dynamic water grouting is studied by indoor flat grouting test. The research also adopts the Bingham fluid model according to the slurry characteristics to derive the grouting diffusion radius. The results show that the compactness of HPMC (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)-WPU is improved, the heterogeneity is reduced by 50.4%, and the bonding strength is increased by 153%. Therefore, the anti-scour ability of the HPMC-WPU is enhanced. The deviation of the WPU in the X-axis diffusion radius is 7.7 cm, and the HPMC-WPU is 4.39 cm. What’s more, the formula of grouting diffusion radius is derived. By comparing the formula with experiment results, the deviation is less than 15%, therefore, the formula has the significance of guiding engineering practice. © 2019, Korean Society of Civil Engineers.

改性稻壳砂浆复合材料性能试验研究

摘要:
采用不同方法(自来水、饱和石灰水、1%氢氧化钠溶液),不同处理时间(12、24、36 h)对稻壳进行预处理,以45%稻壳体积替换率替代等体积工程砂制备稻壳砂浆试块。对改性稻壳砂浆试块的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗渗性能、导热系数等宏观性能进行了试验研究,并采用电镜扫描揭示其改性作用机理。研究结果表明:与原状稻壳砂浆相比,采用自来水浸泡和饱和石灰水浸泡处理工艺制作稻壳砂浆试件抗压强度和抗折强度均明显提高;改性稻壳砂浆的抗渗能力大幅提高;改性稻壳砂浆导热性能略有升高,但远远低于水泥砂浆的导热系数;采用饱和石灰水处理24 h所得到稻壳砂浆试块性能最优,为推动稻壳应用于建筑复合材料的发展奠定了一定的理论基础。

摘要:
将稻壳掺入水泥砂浆中制作成稻壳砂浆,对试件的抗渗、抗冻、抗硫酸盐干湿循环等耐久性能进行研究,并采用电镜扫描微观结果揭示其耐久性机理。结果表明:与水泥砂浆相比,稻壳砂浆的抗渗性能没有明显提高;稻壳砂浆抗冻性能大幅度提升,掺入稻壳能显著降低砂浆质量损失和强度损失;稻壳砂浆抗硫酸盐干湿循环性能提升,耐腐蚀系数提高,综上,稻壳的掺入量为45%时稻壳砂浆耐久性最佳,这丰富了稻壳砂浆复合材料的耐久性研究。

This article investigates the durability properties of mortar containing three types of silanes as integral additives. Compared with the plain mortar, mortar samples with silanes exhibited better performance when subjected to freezing-thawing cycles and chemical and carbonation corrosion. The addition of silanes also results in the formation of chemical bonding across the interface, which is helpful for improving crack resistance. Additionally, mortar samples with γ-Glycidoxypropyl methyldimethoxysilane (GDMMS) show better freezing-thawing resistance and chemical corrosion resistance than do mortar samples with γ-aminopropytriethoxysilane and 3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate, because of the more effective interface between the GDMMS and mortar. For mortar samples with silanes, the effect of the types and quantity of silanes on the crack resistance of mortar and carbonation corrosion is not obvious. Scanning electron microscopy images show that silanes perform the networking and “coupling” effect to hold mortar particles, resulting in the improvement of mortar durability. 摘要:
The aim of this work is to investigate the influence of rice husk (RH) on the properties of mortar. Two different RH were used as integral additives in the mortar samples: Direct natural RH addition to the mortar and the use of pretreated RH. The results of such modification are described, taking into consideration the interaction between the RH and mortar. In addition, the physical properties, visual observation and microstructure of mortar prepared with different amount of modified RH were experimentally studied. The test results indicated that modification of RH enhanced the interaction between the RH and mortar because of the impurities removal and rougher surface. Comparing with the natural RH, the modification of RH increases the density and the mechanical properties. The addition of RH can increase the pore number of the mortar mixture, resulting in decrease in the density and mechanical properties of mortar. Morphology characterization results showed that the modification of RH results in an improvement in the interaction between the RH and mortar and further increase in RH content increases the number of pores in the mortar structure. © 2018 by ASTM International.

介绍了稻壳目前的生产、使用情况,说明了稻壳的物理参数、物质组分和在建材中的使用优势。以稻壳是否预处理为标准,分别综述了原状稻壳和粉碎稻壳在建筑材料中的研究应用。稻壳对材料强度的影响有正有负,因基体材料、掺量等因素不同而异,对耐久性和保温隔热性有正面影响。分析了稻壳在基体材料中的作用机制和经过改性处理的稻壳对材料性能影响的作用机制,最后总结了稻壳水泥基材料的优点与不足,对未来研究进行了初步的展望。

摘要:
为提高水溶性聚氨酯注浆材料(WPU)的性能,在其中加入羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC),研究温度、HPMC用量对WPU胶凝时间和遇水膨胀率的影响及HPMC用量对浆液力学性能的影响.结果表明:温度升高能促进WPU凝结成胶;20~60℃时HPMC的加入能延缓WPU凝结成胶;60~80℃时HPMC因达到胶凝温度而丧失缓凝效果,使得浆液胶凝时间缩短.温度的升高和HPMC的加入均能使浆液的遇水膨胀率增大,且温度对遇水膨胀率的影响效果强于HPMC的作用;HPMC的加入能够改善WPU的力学性能.

摘要:
为研究植物纤维剑麻、稻壳的掺入对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响,通过配合比设计对不同体积掺量和不同长度的剑麻纤维和稻壳砂浆制作试件,分别进行了28 d抗压、抗折强度试验和电镜扫描分析。研究表明剑麻纤维和稻壳在不同程度上增强了水泥基材料力学性能。其中长度为8 mm的剑麻纤维对砂浆抗压强度提高明显,16 mm的剑麻纤维对抗折强度提高明显。稻壳因较高吸水性通过内养护作用进一步提高水泥砂浆性能,剑麻纤维作为分散相约束基体变形并阻碍基体错位运动从而提高水泥砂浆性能。

摘要:
为提高新型建筑材料稻壳砂浆的性能,将不同体积掺量(0.5‰,1.0‰,1.5‰)和不同长度(6mm,9mm,12mm)的聚丙烯纤维加入到固定配合比的稻壳砂浆中,测试聚丙烯纤维稻壳砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度和抗渗性能.分析总结得出,随着聚丙烯纤维的体积掺量和长度的增大,聚丙烯纤维稻壳砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度和抗渗性能总体呈下降趋势,体积掺量为0.5‰、长度为6mm时其砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度和抗渗性能均为最佳,抗渗性能与强度成正相关性.

在水泥砂浆中加入剑麻纤维,研究了不同长度的剑麻纤维在不同纤维密集度(1 ~6 根/cm3)下对水泥砂浆抗压强度、抗折强度和压折比的影响,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)技术,分析了剑麻纤维对水泥砂浆的增强增韧的作用机理.试验研究表明,剑麻纤维密集度的变化对水泥砂浆的抗压和抗折强度的影响更大;较短的8 mm剑麻纤维对抗压强度提升较大,而较长的12 mm、16 mm剑麻纤维对抗折强度提升最大;抗压强度的临界纤维密集度为3 根/cm3,大于此纤维密度时抗压强度降低;纤维密集度为1 ~3根/cm3时对抗折强度提升较大;随着剑麻纤维密集度的增大,压折比呈减小趋势;水泥水化产物在剑麻纤维表面形成一层较为致密的水泥水化产物薄膜,使纤维与基体之间粘结紧密且能有效传递应力.

摘要:
In order to reasonably predict failure law of compacted clay presented in landfill leachate as well as help provide theoretical basis for curbing and restoration of contaminated soil, triaxial shear, SEM, XRD and laser particle size tests were used to determine strength and microstructure of compacted clay presented in landfill leachate in this paper. The results show that when the leachate concentration was low, the stress-strain curve of compacted clay belonged to typical strain-softening behavior. With the increase of leachate concentration, the stress-strain curve of soil began to show typical strain-hardening behavior. The concentration of leachate was negatively related to the cohesion and internal friction angle of soil sample. In the aspect of soil microstructure, with the increase of leachate concentration, a series of microstructural changes, such as a decrease of secondary minerals, an increase of pore, the overhead pores developed into cracks and so on, had result in a decrease of the strength of compacted clay. The particle size curve of compacted clay presented in landfill leachate was about single peak curve and the value of D-v(50) tend to stable.

超深地下连续墙气举反循环清孔数值模拟

摘要:
通过有限元软件研究气举反循环清孔技术在超深地下连续墙中应用的可行性,试验结果表明:气举反循环技术对黏土、粉土、砂土形成的厚度在0.6m以下的沉渣有较好的清理效果,对粒径较大的砾石清理效果较差;沉渣残余体积分数随着沉渣颗粒粒径的增大呈现逐渐增大趋势,且沉渣厚度越大残余体积分数越大;沉渣颗粒出口速度随着粒径的增大而较小,且沉渣厚度越大出口速度越小。

摘要:
针对市政污水处理厂污泥处置问题和垃圾填埋场衬垫系统破损失效现状,在连续干燥和干湿循环条件下,通过开裂试验和渗透试验,进一步论证了污泥灰改性黏土作为填埋场衬垫系统防渗材料的可行性。加入污泥灰后,降低了土样的密实度,削弱了黏土的整体黏聚力。在连续干燥失水条件下,纯黏土和污泥灰含量为1%、3%的试样无裂隙出现,而污泥灰含量为5%和10%的试样则出现了显著开裂,其最终开裂因子分别为0.01461和0.11

为研究刚性聚丙烯纤维的掺入对透水混凝土材料耐久性能的影响,试验室中对4种掺量的钢纤维改性透水混凝土分别进行了冻融循环试验和硫酸盐干湿循环试验。研究表明随着纤维掺量的增加,透水混凝土的抗冻融性能和抗硫酸盐干湿循环性能均有提升,1%体积掺量的刚性聚丙烯纤维改性透水混凝土具备较好的耐久性能。对透水混凝土的冻融指标评定应以质量损失率为主,纤维一定程度上承担了基体冻融过程中的体积膨胀应力和硫酸盐循环中的结晶压力,对透水混凝土有效的发挥了阻裂和增强作用。

摘要:
This article assesses the behavior of concrete coated with a silicone-based material. Studies were conducted to evaluate the rate of carbonation, resistance to chloride penetration, and water permeability of concrete when treated with silicone coatings. The results indicate that the water absorption, chloride ion, and carbonation resistance of concrete with a silane coating were greatly improved when compared to concrete coated with the acrylic coating used in this study and uncoated concrete. The results also show that the silane coating adheres well to the concrete surface. Scanning electron microscopy was employed to investigate the interface. © 2017, National Assoc. of Corrosion Engineers International. All rights reserved.

为研究刚性聚丙烯纤维改性透水混凝土材料作为道路面层的路用性能以及对土基层稳定性的影响,实验室中制作了4组透水混凝土路段模型,实测刚性聚丙烯纤维改性透水混凝土面层的渗透系数为3.13 cm/s,较普通透水混凝土路面具备更优的渗透性能;模拟刚性聚丙烯纤维改性透水混凝土路面在干燥状态及降雨水饱和状态下的承载试验,得到模型路段的标准轴载承载力分别为98和86 k N,较普通透水混凝土路面承载力分别提高了49%和62%。在同种状态的土基上加载,纤维模型路段较普通模型路段有更强的抗弯沉变形能力,相同荷载下刚性聚丙烯纤维路段各点沉降量减小且较均匀,表现出更佳的整体工作性能。

为研究稻壳对砂浆性能的影响,分别用不同掺量稻壳等体积替代沙子制备标准试块,测定抗压强度、抗折强度和导热系数。结果表明:能提高砂浆强度,稻壳掺量为45%,抗压强度和抗折强度最大;微观分析表明稻壳表面凹凸不平的特性有助于增强稻壳与水泥水化产物的紧密黏结,使稻壳砂浆强度有一定提高;稻壳的掺入降低砂浆导热系数,稻壳掺量为50%时导热系数最小。

摘要:
按照钢纤维0、0.5%、1.0%的体积掺量和聚丙烯纤维0、0.05%、0.1%的体积掺量进行了砂浆平板收缩抗裂试验。研究表明,当体积掺量为钢纤维0.5%、聚丙烯纤维0.05%,限裂效能为三级;当体积掺量为钢纤维1.0%、聚丙烯纤维0.1%,限裂效能最优达到一级。综合分析表明,钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维在水泥基复合材料中能产生协同阻裂效应,在基体干燥收缩过程中有显著的综合阻裂效果。

摘要:
为提高新型墙体材料稻壳砂浆的抗裂性能,在稻壳砂浆中掺入聚丙烯纤维,用平板法进行早期收缩裂缝试验,研究不同长度(6mm、9mm、12mm)、不同体积掺量(0.05%、0.10%、0.15%)的聚丙烯纤维对稻壳砂浆早期收缩性能的影响。试验研究表明,6mm长度、0.05%体积掺量的聚丙烯纤维稻壳砂浆阻裂效果最佳,裂缝降低系数为95.83%。
