镉溶液污染黏土微观结构演化规律

摘要:
镉溶液在压实黏土中迁移会引起黏土微观结构的变化。通过一系列扫描电子显微镜与低温氮吸附实验,观察了镉溶液污染黏土的表面微观形貌与孔隙结构的演化规律。扫描电子显微镜观察结果显示,受镉溶液污染严重的土柱上表面孔隙明显,土颗粒之间主要以点-点排列方式为主;而受镉溶液污染较弱的下表面,土颗粒之间主要以片-片状排列为主。低温氮吸附实验结果表明,Z=0 cm、Z=10 cm、Z=20 cm、Z=30 cm处,污染黏土吸附量分别为682.65、631.72、583.25和523.36 cm3/g。随土柱中土层深度的增大,黏土颗粒间微孔增多,二次孔减少,孔隙体积与比表面积减小。镉溶液污染黏土孔隙主要集中在10 nm以下。

摘要:
In order to investigate the microstructure characteristics of solidified sludge based on coal gangue and cement in different maintenance periods, a series of low temperature N2 adsorption and TG-DTA experiments were performed in laboratory. Sludge was solidified by the principle of skeleton constructing. The coal gangue and cement were used as skeleton and cementing material for experiment, respectively. The microstructure characteristics of solidified sludge were studied under the condition of adding 0.3 kg/kg of coal gangue and 0.1 kg/kg of cement. The hysteresis loop of solidified sludge was analyzed by slit pore model. The largest aperture of solidified sludge increased relative to untreated sludge. The quantity of mesoporous with diameter of 5 to 15nm decreased with the increasing of curing age, while the quantity of mesoporous with diameter of 2 to 5nm increased. Based on TG-DTA curve, the composition of organic matter and water changed for solidified sludge. Some substances such as calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide generated in sludge with the increase of curing age. ©2014 ejge.

摘要:
In order to explore consolidation effect in the failure of compacted clay in landfill, shear strength tests of compacted clay soaked in leachate were carried out with condition of consolidation and without consolidation, and microstructure were acquired via microstructure observation equipment. The study has shown that the compound modes of aggregates convert from edge-surface and edge-edge to surface-surface, and the reduction of aggregates and porosity lead to the denser of compacted clay. The maximum value of pore size distribution density reduced form 1.42ml/g to 1.22ml/g, and the bore diameter at the peak declined from 9.5nm to 7.0nm, thus the index of shear strength increased after consolidation. The cohesion increased from 28.52kPa to 30.66kPa while the internal friction angle increased form 44.29°to 46.56°. This research would provide theory basis for the structure design of liner in landfill site. ©2014 ejge.

摘要:
采用饱和-非饱和渗流场数学模型,通过室内试验测得的黏土渗透系数并运用数值模拟手段研究饱和-非饱和填埋场衬垫系统中水渗流规律。数值模拟结果分析表明:在饱和渗流场中水的运移速度明显大于处于非饱和状态下的运移速度,并导致在相同位置衬垫层处产生不同的压力水头,且随着时间的变化,非饱和渗流场下的压力水头远远小于饱和状态下的数值;此外,还验证了工程实际中采用渗透系数为10-7 cm/s数量级黏土衬垫系统的合理性。该研究为分析渗滤液水分运移规律时采用非饱和渗流场提供理论数据,并验证所推荐的填埋场衬垫系统土工参数的正确性。

摘要:
为了研究压实黏土遇水膨胀与失水收缩特性,开展了压实黏土的膨胀与收缩试验。试验结果表明,土样的压实度和初始含水率对其膨胀与收缩影响显著。压实黏土样的膨胀量随浸水时间延长基本呈现“S”型增大。压实黏土的干缩在初期属于正常收缩;在失水干缩后期,干缩体积小于失水体积,收缩量随时间变化为下凹型曲线;最后进入稳定的零收缩阶段。压实密度越大,收缩率越小;初始含水率越高,收缩率越大。压实黏土的干缩变形具有显著的各向异性。此研究对干旱及半干旱地区黏土干缩开裂机理的研究提供理论基础。

摘要:
A series of tests were conducted, swelling, shrinkage and desiccation cracking, to evaluate swelling, shrinkage and cracking properties of the compacted clay. Based on the results of swelling tests, swelling process of the compacted clay substantially showed the "S" type with time. The results of shrinkage tests showed that shrinkage of the compacted clay divided into three stages, which was normal shrinkage stage, residual shrinkage stage, and zero shrinkage stage. The molding water content and soil compaction degree had significantly effects on swelling and shrinkage of the clay. The results of cracking tests showed that wetting-drying cycles had significant effects on cracking property of the compacted clay. The cracks healed in the early wetting. But after the cycles, cracks reappeared, and was more then before. Surficial cracks were characterized by the crack intensity factor (CIF). The CIF of the compacted clay was small at ρ=1.65g/cm<sup>3</sup>, w<sup>0</sup> =0.21. ©2013 ejge.

摘要:
In order to investigate the compression property of clay polluted by Cu and Pb, a series of microstructure and consolidation testing were carried out in laboratory. The compressibility properties (a<inf>v</inf>, E<inf>s</inf>, C<inf>c</inf>) of polluted clay were determined directly by experiments. As the chemical solution concentration increases, the e values first decreased slowly, but then decreased significantly when the chemical solution concentration exceeded a critical value (namely, 30 mg/L). Basically, the a<inf>v</inf> and Cc values of the polluted clay decreased with the increasing of heavy metal ions concentration, but E<inf>s</inf> values showed an opposite tendency. The compression property of the clay was affected by cation ionic radius. The a<inf>v</inf> values of polluted clay by Cu decreased quickly relative to polluted clay by Pb. The adsorption capacity of clay on heavy metal ions increased with increases in chemical solution concentration, it might cause the solid deposit to fill the pores so as to reduce the porosity of the clay. ©2013 ejge.

摘要:
The strength properties of the compacted clay containing straw fiber were investigated by unconfined compressive testing and direct shear testing. The results showed that straw fiber could be used as reinforced materials to improve bear capacity of landfill liners. The cohesion (c), internal friction angle (φ) increased firstly and then decreased with increasing of straw fiber content. The unconfined compressive strength of the compacted clay containing 0.3% of straw fiber can meet the engineering requirement of 200 kPa, and the maximum value was 459.45 kPa. Desiccation cracking tests were conducted in the laboratory. Surficial cracks were characterized by the crack intensity factor (CIF). The anticracking capacity of the compacted clay containing straw fiber was much greater than that of the compacted clay. The surface cracking of compacted clay containing 0.3% of straw fiber was not obvious, and the CIF value was only 0.0081. ©2013 ejge.

摘要:
This investigation aimed to study the interaction between concrete substrate and silicone rubber sealant. Several surface treatments were applied in order to obtain different levels of surface roughness in concrete substrates. The bond tensile test showed that abrasion and solvent cleaning methods improved the bond strength relative to that of untreated substrates. The effects of silane coupling agents on the bond strength was studied via two methods of application of the coupling agent, namely, (a) pre-treatment of concrete substrate in an aqueous solution of silane, and (b) adding silane to the silicone rubber sealant as an integral blend additive. No significant differences in bonding values were noted between the two methods. An increase in the amount of silane coupling agent increased the bond strength of the silicone rubber sealant, but beyond a certain point, further increases in the amount of silane lowered the bond strength. As the amount of silanes increased, the failure mode of the samples changed from adhesive failure to cohesive failure. Scanning electron microscopy and contact angle methods were employed to investigate the interface. The results strongly suggest that interface adhesion and treatments are crucial factors in creating a durable bond interface between substrate and sealant.

Because of the natural destruction of the landfill from the earthquake, it has attracted more and more people's attention on the response of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfill during the earthquake. Besides the problems of the safety and the maintainability in the environment and the public health caused by the earthquake, other dynamic stability problems related by the closed landfill during the earthquake and after the earthquake have acquired all the engineers' care and are the unresolved good questions. Use the software DEEPSOIL simulate the situation of the MSW Landfill subjected to the acceleration of the earthquake through the equivalent linear analysis. Based on the different foundation types, height, stiffness and the earthquake acceleration of the landfill, evaluate the landfill stability from the surface acceleration and the response spectrum. The results show that the height and the stiffness, the basic types of the landfill, and the acceleration and periodic evaluation of the earthquake play an important role in the seismic response of the landfill. Because of the nonlinear behaviour of the waste materials, the higher earthquake acceleration shows the complex behaviour. The dynamic analysis can be conducive to know the vibration and the fluctuation state of the landfill, and the dynamic load transferring law, help evaluate correctly the seismic performance of the landfill site, and provide the guidance for the seismic design of the landfill. ©2012 ejge.

摘要:
The compressibility of contaminated soil was analyzed through the consolidation test. The results show that, with increasing of the acid concentration, the soil compression is increased. The compression of soil contaminated by alkaline is larger than the soil contaminated by acid. The temperature at beginning section plays catalytic effect on soil structural damage, and the amount of compression of the soil is significantly increased with an increase of temperature. When temperature is increased to a certain value, the amount of compression decreases conversely, this may the cohesion between the soil particles is strengthened. However, with the further rise in temperature, the soil structure shows irreversible damage.

为研究酸、碱作用下秸秆纤维改良黏土的力学性能,开展在酸碱作用下无侧限抗压强度、直剪与固结试验。对改良黏土,抗压、抗剪强度与黏聚力c随酸浓度的增大而减小,随碱浓度的增大呈先增大后减小的规律;内摩擦角φ﹑孔隙比e﹑压缩系数α与压缩指数Cc均随酸碱浓度的增大而增大;压缩模量Es随酸碱浓度的增大而减小。

矩形和直墙拱断面围岩巷道破坏的数值模拟研究

摘要:
通过对岩石破坏特性和机理的分析,得出岩石破坏的剪切强度与参数的数学关系。在此基础上建立围岩巷道的数值模型,模拟围岩巷道在矩形和直墙拱等断面条件下的破坏过程,得出巷道在不同侧压系数条件下的围岩破坏特征。结果表明:同一断面形状,当侧压系数较小时,破坏裂纹首先出现在两帮,随着荷载的增大,破坏裂纹由底部向顶部转移;另外基于矩形和直墙拱形断面巷道的数值模拟,得出了围岩巷道的破坏是一个渐进的过程,并伴随应力场而不断转移,且在相同侧压系数和外荷载条件下,矩形巷道破坏较为严重。分析矩形巷道和直墙拱巷道变形破坏过程,为合理寻求巷道设计和支护方法提供依据。

秸秆纤维路用性能试验研究

摘要:
以废弃秸秆为原料提取秸秆纤维,为研究秸秆纤维的路用性能,在不同的纤维掺量下,选用木质素纤维和矿物纤维作为对比,分别开展析漏损失、高温稳定性和水稳定性试验研究。实验结果表明:秸秆纤维和木质素纤维在吸油能力和高温稳定性方面远远高于矿物纤维,在耐水损害能力方面,秸秆纤维和木质素纤维要稍弱于矿物纤维,秸秆纤维和木质素纤维的各项路用性能相差不大,因此秸秆纤维完全可以取代木质素纤维作为沥青路面添加材料,从而为减少沥青路面的早期破坏提供材料支持。

摘要:
Based on the analysis of the experiment, a statistical damage model can be established according with Weibull distribution from the basic characteristics of rocks, the statistic theory of heterogeneity and the microscopic principles of damages, analyze the constitutive relationship of rocks through the stress-strain relationship, heterogeneity, and the element sizes. According to the analysis of rock strength and failure models in numerical simulation, it is acquired the influence of heterogeneity and element sizes on rock mechanics properties. The results of numerical simulation provide a new way for the study of the medium macro behavior on the deformations and fractures. ©(2011) Trans Tech Publications.

Rainfall infiltration is currently one of the important factors in studying the soil-slope stability. By using saturated-unsaturated seepage theory, the traditional limit equilibrium method and so on, analyze the water content and the pore-water pressure changes under the rainfall condition, then analyze the influence mechanism of the slope stability. Through the Seep/W and the Slope/W of the GEO-Slope software, do the numerical simulation of the slope stability under the rainfall condition, to seek the distribution of pore-water pressure on the rainfall situation and the influence of the seepage field from various parameters such as rainfall intensity and the soil permeability coefficient, thus to study the slope stability.

摘要:
A new landfill liner system composed of two-layer soils was proposed. The upper soil layer composed of 90% raw clay plus 10% lime contributes significant to bearing capacity of liners, and the lower soil layer containing 3 or 6% granular activated carbon (GAC) or 3 or 6% acid-activated bentonite contributes to adsorption capacity of liners. The results from unconfined compressive strength tests showed that the method of adding lime into liner soil material was effective measure to improve compressive strength of liners. The batch test results indicated that GAC and acid-activated bentonite were two potential materials for use as adsorptive amendments for trapping heavy metal ions in liners. To investigate the transport of Cr(VI) through the new liner system, laboratory column tests were performed. The column tests results indicated that the lower soil layer containing adsorptive amendments prevented effectively the transport of Cr(VI). The diffusion coefficients of Cr(VI) for liner soil materials were back-calculated by a one-dimensional numerical transport program. The diffusion coefficient of Cr(VI) was 4.64×10-8m2/s on average for the upper soil layer. The diffusion coefficient of the lower soil layer was 5.4×10-10m2/s to 7.0×10-10m2/s. The differences of diffusion coefficients may be due to different grain size distributions and moulding density between these soils. © 2010 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
针对传统压实黏土衬里不能有效阻止渗滤液中重金属离子迁移的缺点,采用颗粒活性炭、酸活化膨润土两种吸附剂改良黏土衬里以达到提高其吸附能力的目的,通过室内平衡吸附试验,对黏土、3%或6%颗粒活性炭改良的黏土以及3%或6%酸活化膨润土改良的黏土吸附重金属Cr(Ⅵ)的性质进行了观察.为了评价改良黏土作为填埋场衬里土料的可靠性,通过室内土工试验对衬里土料的体膨胀率、体缩率、渗透系数以及无侧限抗压强度等土力学参数进行了检测.吸附试验结果表明,经颗粒活性炭或酸活化膨润土改良的土料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附能力与黏土相比有了很大的提高,这说明改良方法是有效的.土工试验结果表明,在重型击实的条件下,所有衬里土料在一定含水率范围内均满足工程要求指标,即体缩率≤4%、渗透系数<1×1O~(-7)cm/s、无侧限抗压强度>200kPa.因此,改良黏土在重型击实的条件下可以作为衬里的建造材料使用.

Migration of contaminants in soil is a dynamic equilibrium process, based on the equations of concentration distribution of organic pollutants, a dynamic model about organic pollutants releasing and transferring in vadose zone was established in this paper, taking benzene for example, numerical modeling the migration laws, concentration distribution laws of benzene in the three-phase medium of soil, and also the influence mechanism of the main parameters was studied. Simulation results showed that benzene- contaminated soil existed a great environmental risk, concentration distribution laws of benzene in the three-phase medium of soil was similar changing with time. Organic carbon partition coefficient and Henry's law constant of benzene both posed a great influence on its migration and transformation in soil, the amount of benzene adsorbed on soil increased as organic carbon partition coefficient increased, but decreased in other two phases, the effect of Henry's law on concentration distribution of benzene showed a significant time effect. Results can provide a theoretical basis for environmental assessment of contaminated soil and pollution control. ©2011 ejge.
