<jats:p>In recent years, China has vigorously promoted the construction of sponge cities and achieved good results. The university campus is a relatively independent existence in the city. Due to historical planning and construction reasons, it is easy to accumulate water when the city has a large amount of precipitation. Taking Wuhan Polytechnic University as an example, this paper analyzes the causes of waterlogging on campus from the aspects of urban precipitation, campus planning, rainwater harvesting and utilization, and proposes a series of low-impact development (LID) measures, such as increasing the permeability of paving area, building vegetative ditch, setting up infiltration green belt, and renovating the artificial lake in the school. The author adopted the SWMM model of urban stormwater management developed by the U.S.EPA as a carrier to construct a low-impact rainwater system model, The SWMM model which funded by the US Environmental Protection Agency was used to construct a low-impact development rainwater system model to evaluate the effect of low-impact development measures on ground runoff control.</jats:p>

摘要:
With rapid economic development and the progressively more intense competition, building industries are facing the constant change, and these will bring risk to the enterprise development. Risk management is needed in the manufacturing course and has become the indispensable part of the national lash-up system. Based on the analysis of risk management situation of construction firms, the connotations of risk management are analyzed in this paper, then the necessity and approaches are also expounded. Appropriate patterns of risk management in building industry are erected based on description and analysis of the risk and the effective methods of risk management are presented. Through systematic research and analysis, this paper intends to provide theoretical foundation for the risk management of the building industry in China and strengthen their capabilities to evade risks.

With the recent emergence of business being conducted over the Internet, companies are inevitably using information technology to cut costs, increase productivity, reduce the time required to develop new products harness the collective expertise of their employees, and create an extended enterprise by forging closer relationships with their customers, suppliers, distributors and partners in order to remain competitive. There is a lot of risk behind the fast development of E-Business. It is significant to identify and control risks better for advancing the development of E-Business. This is necessary to classify and know about the risks of E-commence enterprises. The paper analyses the process of risk management to E-commence and give a multi-layer tactic framework of risk management.

According to the definition of green supply chain management, giving its connotation in detail in cyclic economy model. Analyzing the enterprise impact on the environment protection and sustainable development, reviewing the implementation of the green supply chain management in developed countries and regions enterprise in cyclic economy model, studying on how to implement green supply chain management in the enterprise.

During rainfall infiltration process, the groundwater flow in saturated‐unsaturated zone of slope is a two‐phase seepage process of water and gas. Considering Buckley‐Leverett equation, a new mathematical model for saturated‐unsaturated seepage in rock and soil media was presented with the foundation of two‐phase seepage equation of continuity and Darcy’s law. The equations are discretized with finite difference dynamical method, based on which, a new three‐dimensional program is developed. Seepage process in a slope under rain condition was simulated using the new model, pore pressure and water saturation changes were simulated. The calculation case shows that the results obtained by the model are reasonable for saturated‐ unsaturated seepage problem.
