摘要:
以冷态压榨条件下菜籽仁饼为对象,研究油料饼孔隙结构,探讨油料饼孔隙结构的分形特性以及压榨压力对油料饼孔隙结构的影响。运用扫描电镜和Image-pro图像分析技术分别测试分析6种压榨压力下的菜籽仁饼孔隙的微观结构,采用小岛法对图片进行了孔隙截面边界和孔隙尺寸分布分形维数的测定,并采用回归分析方法建立了孔隙截面边界和孔隙尺寸分布分形维数与压榨压力的经验公式。结果表明,菜籽仁饼的孔隙结构存在明显的分形特征,分形维数越大,孔隙截面边界越不规则、孔隙尺寸分布越大;压榨压力越大,分形维数越大,压榨压力与分形维数满足明显的线性关系。

摘要:
Oilseed would display the characteristics of viscous-elastic-plasticity during pressing. The apparatus and method were successfully developed to measure the rheological properties of rapeseed and dehulled rapeseed, in which creep test was used under different stress. By using of artificial neural networks, the identification model of nonlinear rheological characteristics of rapeseed and dehulled rapeseed were developed on the basis of the creep test. Results indicated that the model simulated the nonlinear rheological characteristics very well. Compared to date fitting method and theoretical analysis method, the method of identification of rheological characteristic for oilseeds by using artificial neural networks is both simple and effective. The critical pressing time of rapeseed and dehulled rapeseed were determined by using of simulated creep curves. ©Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2007.

摘要:
探讨棉籽和蓖麻籽植物油料的冷榨应力-应变关系、应力-压缩比关系以及加载速率对应力-应变关系和应力-压缩比关系的影响,探讨临界压榨压力选取问题.进行了棉籽和蓖麻籽冷榨试验,采用川北方程建立双曲线型应力-应变模型和压缩比的理论计算模型.研究表明,加载速率对油料破碎应力、应变以及应力-应变关系有影响,速率越大,破碎应力和应变越大;棉籽和蓖麻籽的模拟结果与实测值比较吻合.根据压缩比变化率及其斜率曲线近似确定出棉籽和蓖麻籽工程临界压榨压力分别为70 MPa和100 MPa.

摘要:
Considering the variations of porosity and permeability of rapeseed cake and dehulled rape-seed cake during pressing, a one-dimensional partial differential equation for now of fluids through porous media of rapeseed cake and dehulled rapeseed cake was developed based upon the theory of fluid-solid interaction, in which the cake was deformable and the permeability was variable. An analytic solution for the problem of fluid-solid interaction of one-dimensional steady flow of fluids through porous media was proposed. Permeability parameters of rapeseed cake and dehulled rapeseed cake were identified by using improved particle swarm optimisation. Numerical simulations of seepage rates, distribution of pore pressure and permeability in the cake were made. The results indicated that the distribution of pore pressure and permeability in the cake were nonlinear, an exponential function simulated the relationship between permeability and effective stress well, and the permeability of rapeseed cake was greater than that of dehulled rapeseed cake. © 2007 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.

摘要:
利用柱塞式压榨试验装置对废白土进行压榨试验,探讨了废白土压榨的出油效率与出油压力的关系以及废白土的冷榨应力-应变关系.试验表明:废白土压榨的出油效率随出油压力的增大而增大,当出油压力达到60 MPa时,出油效率可达到66.4%;考虑经济因素,出油压力控制在40 MPa较为合理,此时出油效率可达60%左右;应力、应变关系表现出明显的非线性特征.

By using of combining theoretical model with empirical model, the nonlinear viscoelastic-plastic constitutive equations of soybean and cottonseed were developed on the basis of the creep test. The parameter inverse problem of constitutive model was proposed using improved particles swarm optimization. Numerical simulations of creep of soybean and cottonseed were carried out. The definition of critical pressing time for oil extraction and the method for determining the critical pressing time using creep rate were proposed. The values of critical pressing time for extruded soybean and cottonseed under six applied pressures were evaluated Results indicated that the nonlinear viscoelastic-plastic constitutive model could simulate rheological behaviors of soybean and cottonseed very well. Mean relative deviations between the experimental and predicted values of soybean and cottonseed were 1.55% and 1.93%, respectively. There were significant decreases in the values for the creep rates in the early stage of pressing, and decreases to an insignificant and stabilize value in the later stage.

摘要:
Stress-strain relationship is the most important properties of physical mechanics of oilseeds during mechanical pressing. In view of the difficulty for establishing a mathematical model due to the complexity of physical mechanics performance, the stress-strain identification model for oilseeds based on BP neural network was developed to simulate the relationship. The identification results that the maximum error was less than 0.00005 and the maximum training times was less than 100 indicated that the method of stress-strain identification for cottonseed and castor bean by using artificial neural networks is both feasible and effective.

基于双曲线型应力-应变模型建立了植物油料实际压缩比理论计算模型,模拟计算出的菜籽、菜籽仁、花生、大豆、芝麻和亚麻籽的实际压缩比与实测值吻合,菜籽仁的实际压缩比比菜籽平均高20%.根据实际压缩比变化率及其斜率曲线,近似确定植物油料工程实际临界压榨压力为:菜籽、菜籽仁、花生、亚麻籽80 MPa,芝麻100MPa,大豆60 MPa.

考虑植物油料的可变形和流变,植物油料的压榨过程是一个渗流场和流变场耦合渗流问题.基于流固耦合渗流理论建立植物油料压榨过程的模拟模型,采用有限差分法和有限元法交替求解渗流场和流变场.数值模拟了压榨过程中菜籽和菜籽仁油料的位移、菜籽仁孔隙流体压力分布与消散、有效应力分布与变化.菜籽和菜籽仁的位移数值解和实测值比较吻合,尤其在中、后时段.

摘要:
在芝麻、花生流变试验的基础上,采用模型理论与经验模型相结合的方法建立芝麻、花生非线性粘弹塑性模型,并运用改进模拟退火计算方法对模型参数反演.数值模拟芝麻、花生、碎花生的蠕变,数值模拟的最大相对误差分别为5.7%、1.5%、4.3%,结果表明,非线性粘弹塑性模型能较好描述芝麻、花生流变特性.运用蠕变速率曲线确定了芝麻、花生、碎花生的平衡压榨时间.

考虑菜籽饼与菜籽仁饼的孔隙率、渗透率在压榨过程中的变化,根据流固耦合渗流理论,建立了可变形菜籽饼与菜籽仁饼的一维渗流微分方程,给出了一维定常耦合渗流问题的解析解.在渗透率的试验基础上,采用改进模拟退火计算方法对菜籽与菜籽仁饼渗透率模型参数进行了反演.研究表明:饼中孔隙压力与渗透率均为非线性分布;渗透率与有效应力呈指数关系;菜籽饼的渗透率远大于菜籽仁饼的渗透率.

目的:观察羊栖菜多糖及其分离产物对单纯疱疹病毒1型(HSV-1)和柯萨奇病毒(CVB3)所引起细胞病变(CPE)的抑制作用及其机理.方法:采用MTT比色法,测定羊栖菜多糖及其分离产物对Vero细胞的细胞毒性,并在对细胞的最大无毒浓度(MNCC)范围内,采用体外细胞培养法研究羊栖菜多糖样品对上述两种病毒的抑制作用.在此基础上采用分组实验初步探讨了多糖样品的抗病毒机理.结果与结论:①羊栖菜多糖样品对Vero细胞的毒性较小,CC50均大于5 000 mg/L.②除ALG外,其它样品对HSV-1均有明显的抗病毒作用,且随着纯度的提高,样品抗病毒作用随之增强,其中F1、F2和F4抗病毒效果优于ACV.③羊栖菜多糖样品对CVB3的抗病毒效果均明显优于病毒唑,纯化后的样品F1、F2和F4抗CVB3作用显著.④从分组实验中可知,羊栖菜多糖样品不仅具有直接杀灭病毒作用,而且还可进入细胞或吸附在细胞表面,从而达到抑制或杀伤病毒的效果.

摘要:
目的:观察羊栖菜多糖(SFP)的降血脂作用及其可能的机制.方法:以高脂饲料、果糖喂养、静脉注射表面活性剂(Triton WR-1339)、脂肪乳(英脱匹利)等方法造成大鼠或家兔高脂模型,灌胃给予SFP,测定用药不同时期血脂水平.结果:SFP 0.031~1g·kg-1剂量范围内,对由高脂饲料、Triton WR-1339和果糖引起的大鼠高脂血症具有明显的保护作用,0.025~0.1g·kg-1剂量范围内也能明显降低食饵性高脂家兔的血脂水平,但对静脉注射英脱匹利大鼠的脂质清除速率无明显影响.结论:SFP对高脂血动物模型具有明显的降脂作用,其作用机制并非是促进体内脂质的代谢与消除,而可能是减少外源性脂质在胃肠道的吸收.
