In situ construction of BiOBr/Ag3PO4 composites with enhanced visible light photocatalytic performances

摘要:
The BiOBr/Ag3PO4 composites were fabricated by a facile in situ deposition of Ag3PO4 nanoparticles on the BiOBr microsheets and analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, high resolution transmission electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra, Fourier transform infrared, Raman, photoluminescence (PL), and photoelectrochemical techniques. The photocatalytic performances of as-prepared samples were investigated and compared through degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) solution. The results suggested that 30 wt% amount of BiOBr in the composites possessed the highest photocatalytic activity. The remarkably improved photocatalytic performances of BiOBr/Ag3PO4 composites could be ascribed to the efficient separation of electron-hole pairs, due to suitable energy band potentials between BiOBr and Ag3PO4. Furthermore, the photoelectrochemical and PL tests verified the separation and transfer efficiency of charges was promoted.

摘要:
首先在N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶液中超声剥离得到少层的MoS_2,将其与石墨相氮化碳(g-C_3N_4)复合,制得MoS_2/g-C_3N_4复合材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),X射线光电子能谱(XPS),傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR),Raman光谱,紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(DRS)和光致荧光(PL)技术对复合材料进行表征。可见光下考察MoS_2/g-C_3N_4复合材料光催化降解罗丹明B(RhB)的活性,结果表明:将少量MoS_2与g-C_3N_4复合可明显提高光催化活性,且1%(w/w)MoS_2/g-C_3N_4复合物的光催化活性最高,可能的原因是MoS_2和g-C_3N_4匹配的能带结构,增大了界面间电荷的传输,降低了光生电子-空穴的复合,进而提高了光催化活性。

Electrolyzed oxidizing water (EO water) with low pH (2.2-2.7), high oxidation-reduction potential (ORP >1100 mV), and available chlorine content (ACC) of 30-80 mg L<sup>-1</sup>has an efficiently bactericidal activity and wide adaptability against many food-borne pathogens. EO water could be generated by electrolysis of a dilute NaCl solution in an electrolysis chamber with a Pt/Ti electrode. In this study, the Pt/Ti electrode was prepared by magnetron sputtering technique. The electrode surface has the characteristic of specific growth along the [111] direction. At the same time, the platinum electrodes prepared through thermal decomposition and electrodeposition as the control were also investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were employed to study the performances of these three types of Pt/Ti electrode. The effects of the physicochemical properties of the Pt electrodes on their electrochemical behaviors were studied. Furthermore, the values of pH, ORP, ACC, Cl<sup>-</sup>and the sterilization effect of EO water using these Pt electrodes as anode materials have been systematically discussed. In addition, the content of HClO, ClO<sup>-</sup>, O<inf>3</inf>and dissolved oxygen in EO water using the Pt-MS electrode has also been reported in this article. ©2017 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
针对目前低浓度氯化钠电解过程中存在的氧化物尺寸稳定阳极(DSA)使用寿命短以及Pt电极使用量高的问题,本研究通过磁控溅射法制备了具有沿[111]方向择优生长的Pt/Ti电极。SEM结果显示,磁控Pt表面平整,分散均匀,粒度大小为10 nm;通过XPS表征,未见到基体Ti的特征峰,说明其表面覆盖度好。电化学循环伏安曲线(CV)显示,磁控Pt的电化学面积最小,仅为1.08 cm~2,接近电极表观面积;磁控Pt氧区吸附电量和氢区吸附电量的比仅为0.83,说明其对氧吸附能力较差,不利于发生析氧反应。在单位电化学面积上,当电极电势为1.6 V时,磁控Pt的析氯电流达到0.085 A/cm~2,分别是电沉积Pt和热分解Pt的3.27和49.0倍,说明磁控Pt单位活性位点上具有很高的析氯反应活性。在此基础上,进一步研究表明磁控Pt电极析氯反应的Tafel斜率为44.3 mV/dec,其析氯反应机理符合Volmer-Heyrovsky机理,速控步骤为电化学复合脱附步骤。

摘要:
The potential of Osmanthus fragrans powder as a natural biosorbent was investigated for the removal of methylene blue (MB) from aqueous solution. The effects of various experimental conditions including contact time, adsorbent dose, initial MB concentration, solution pH, salt ionic strength, and temperature on the adsorption properties of O. fragrans powder were discussed. The adsorption kinetic data were modeled using pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order, and intraparticle diffusion kinetics equations, indicating that the pseudo-second-order and intraparticle diffusion models could better describe the adsorption kinetics. Furthermore, adsorption equilibrium data were analyzed by Langmuir and Freundlich models, suggesting the Langmuir model presented a better correlation with the experimental data. The maximum adsorption capacities (qm) of O. fragrans powder for MB obtained from the Langmuir model were 155.52, 165.02, and 172.71 mg g−1 at different temperatures of 288.15, 298.15, and 308.15 K, respectively. Thermodynamic parameters such as standard free energy changes (ΔG°), standard enthalpy changes (ΔH°), and standard entropy changes (ΔS°) were also calculated. The results showed that the adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic in nature. In addition, the possible adsorption mechanism of O. fragrans powder as adsorbent was proposed. The present study implies that O. fragrans powder were a promising candidate as novel biosorbents for the removal of MB from aqueous solution. © 2015 Balaban Desalination Publications. 摘要:
制备了改性介孔分子筛NH_3~+-MCM-41,研究了其对阴离子偶氮染料甲基红的吸附效果。研究表明,通过氨基改性使介孔分子筛MCM-41表面电荷发生改变,从而利用静电吸附作用改善了脱除效果,使甲基红吸附率提高了1.1倍,达到90.4%。溶液pH值的改变会影响NH_3~+-MCM-41的表面电荷,从而影响吸附效率,其最佳pH值为4。溶液中的杂质离子均会对吸附产生影响,当溶液中含有Cl~-、NO_3~-时,对吸附效果影响不大;而当溶液中含有CO_3~(2-)和HPO_4~(2-)等高价弱酸根离子时,对吸附效果影响很大,基本不吸附染料。此外,通过其吸附动力学研究发现,吸附过程中不符合准一级动力学模型,而较好符合准二级动力学,说明在该过程中存在化学吸附,这种化学吸附涉及吸附剂与吸附质之间的电子共用或电子转移。

摘要:
Fluorine doped graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) was successfully synthesized by a convenient co-polycondensation of urea and ammonium fluoride (NH4F) mixtures, and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra (UV-DRS), nitrogen adsorption–desorption, photoelectrochemical measurement and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. The photocatalytic activities of fluorine doped g-C3N4 samples were evaluated by the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) solution under visible light irradiation. The results showed that the fluorine doped g-C3N4 had a better photocatalytic activity than that of undoped g-C3N4, which was attributed to the favorable textural, optical and electronic properties derived from the fluorine atoms substituting nitrogen atoms of g-C3N4 frameworks. The photoelectrochemical measurements confirmed that the charges separation efficiency was improved by fluorine doping g-C3N4. Moreover, the tests of radical scavengers demonstrated that the holes (h +) and superoxide radicals ( ⋅O 2−) were the main active species for the degradation of RhB.

摘要:
针对目前负载型金属氧化物在深度脱除H_2 S过程中存在的吸附剂孔径堵塞和传质限制的问题,通过络合配位法制备了非晶态CuO/MCM-41吸附剂,减小了CuO粒径,改善了载体孔结构堵塞情况。结果表明,非晶态CuO/MCM-41吸附剂对H_2 S脱除效果较好,能够使净化后H_2 S质量浓度小于1 mg/m~3,吸附容量达到12.5 mg(H_2 S)/(g吸附剂),是MCM-41的24倍,比常规CuO/AC高1.3倍。在此基础上,考察了CuO负载量、氧体积分数和吸附温度的影响。结果表明,当CuO负载量为6.4%,氧体积分数为0.4%时,吸附效果最好。在30~ 90℃范围内,吸附温度对脱除效果的影响呈先下降后上升的趋势,在60℃附近存在物理吸附向化学吸附的转变过程。

摘要:
利用浸渍法制备了氧化电解水凝胶。结果表明,不同有效氯质量浓度氧化电解水凝胶释放曲线类似,随着浸渍时间的延长,浸渍液中有效氯质量浓度变化呈现2个峰值,分别对应着凝胶表层中氧化电解水快速释放出和凝胶内部的氧化电解水释放。氧化电解水有效氯质量浓度越高,释放出来有效氯的质量浓度越多,达到峰值时间越短。在此基础上,考察了氧化电解水凝胶的杀菌作用,随着杀菌时间的延长,氧化电解水凝胶的杀菌效果不断提高,当杀菌时间为60 min,杀菌效率达到79.76%;而对照组(普通水凝胶)的杀菌效率仅为23.01%,提高了近4倍,说明氧化电解水凝胶具有较好的杀菌作用,且明显优于无负载氧化电解水的水凝胶。

采用模板法在CuO外包裹一层具有介孔结构的SiO_2,制备了CuO/AC@SiO_2。采用X射线衍射仪对CuO/AC@SiO_2的结构和催化活性位点进行了表征。通过固定床气固吸附实验,研究了CuO/AC@SiO_2对H_2S的吸附脱除性能。表征结果显示,CuO是催化氧化H_2S的活性中心,被氧化成Cu2O后吸附脱除H_2S的性能下降。实验结果表明:CuO/AC吸附H_2S时的有效穿透时间为117 min,CuO/AC@SiO_2的有效穿透时间提高到141 min,CuO/AC@SiO_2对H_2S的吸附性能明显提高;以Cu(NO_3)_2为前驱体的CuO/AC@SiO_2对H_2S的吸附量高于以Cu(AC)2为前驱体;在Cu(NO_3)_2为前驱体、m(正硅酸乙酯)∶m(CuO/AC)=0.7、吸附温度为90 ℃的最佳条件下,CuO/AC@SiO_2对H_2S的吸附量达17.40 mg/g。

Ti/IrO<inf>2</inf>-Ta<inf>2</inf>O<inf>5</inf>anode electrocatalysts with different contents and preparation temperatures were prepared by thermal decomposition in this work. The crystallite characterization and morphology were examined via XRD and SEM. The electrochemical properties were examined via cyclic voltammetry (CV) in 0.5 M H<inf>2</inf>SO<inf>4</inf>and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) in saturated sodium chloride. Through the study of different series of Ti/IrO<inf>2</inf>-Ta<inf>2</inf>O<inf>5</inf>anodes, we find that the preparation conditions have a great impact on the electrode catalytic activity. Experimental results indicate that the electrochemically active surface area is determined by the content and morphology of the anode coating. When the IrO<inf>2</inf>content and the preparation temperature are 70% and 500 °C, the surface of the electrode is aggregated with segregated crystallite flower-like particles, which brings about the best electrode catalytic activity. The current density in the chlorine evolution reaction of IrO<inf>2</inf>-Ta<inf>2</inf>O<inf>5</inf>(70% and 500 °C) is 0.4 A cm<sup>-2</sup>in saturated sodium chloride. The properties and sterilization effect of EO water are closely related to the electrode catalytic activity. The higher the current density is in chlorine evolution, the higher the available chlorine and HClO content. When the IrO<inf>2</inf>content is 70% and the preparation temperature is 500 °C, the maximum values of the killing logarithm value and killing rate are 3.01-3.05 and 99.9023-99.9109%, respectively. In addition, when the Ti substrate undergoes 40 minutes of activation treatment, the Ti/IrO<inf>2</inf>-Ta<inf>2</inf>O<inf>5</inf>anodes have the highest stability. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry 2015.

摘要:
为便于实施对乳品加工中乳品及管路残留乳脂肪含量的全面监控,建立一种基于双波长紫外吸收的乳脂肪快速定量方法。采用萃取-沉淀操作采集液态乳或加工管壁样本中的乳脂肪并直接测定204 nm和230 nm 2个波长处的吸光度,再基于吸光度差ΔA_(204 nm-230 nm)和乳脂肪标准曲线方程可确定样本中的乳脂肪含量。对于液态乳品样本,该方法的变异系数不大于3%,回收率在95.6%~102.9%之间,并可有效避免乳品热处理差异的干扰。此外,该方法也可成功用于不同加工条件下乳品加工管路中乳脂肪管壁残留量的测定。

The process of PH<inf>3</inf>adsorption removal for purifying yellow phosphorus tail gas on the spot with flower-shaped CuO was investigated in this study. Flower-shaped and irregular-shaped CuO/AC adsorbents were prepared by hydrothermal and impregnation methods, respectively. They can effectively remove PH<inf>3</inf>less than 1 mg m<sup>-3</sup>and the purification efficiency is nearly 100% without fluctuation. However, the morphology of CuO on the adsorbent surface plays an important role in phosphine adsorption. The breakthrough adsorption capacity of the flower-shaped CuO adsorbent was 96.08 mg(PH<inf>3</inf>)/g(adsorbent), which was 2.23 times that for irregular-shaped CuO. The purification efficiency of the flower-shaped CuO was also influenced by temperature, oxygen volume fraction and space velocity. At a temperature of 100 °C and an oxygen volume fraction of 1.6%, the adsorption capacity is the best. The adsorbent can be renewed and the regenerated catalyst can also efficiently remove PH<inf>3</inf>with a purification efficiency of nearly 100%. In the process of catalytic oxidation, according to XPS, we can conclude that CuO plays a very important role in phosphine adsorption and that oxygen is able to accelerate the oxidation of PH<inf>3</inf>and oxidize Cu to regenerate the active species in the process of purification. 摘要:
氧化电解水作为一种新型、高效、环保的杀菌剂,具有广阔的应用前景。但目前在氧化电解水制备过程中,其阳极电催化材料存在效率低和使用寿命短等问题。采用亚当斯融合法制备了Ir_(0.5)Pt_(0.5)O_2复合氧化物电极。通过XRD表征,其晶型为典型的金红石型结构。SEM结果表明虽然颗粒之间存在团聚现象,但是可以明显观察到大量蜂窝状结构存在,提高了催化剂的比表面积和电化学面积。进一步的CV表征证明了这一点,同时在CV图中表现出明显的铂铱复合氧化物结构的特征。利用LSV技术分别考察了Ir_(0.5)Pt_(0.5)O_2的析氯和析氧极化曲线,发现其单位表观面积上析氯活性明显提高,而析氧活性明显降低。计算表明Ir_(0.5)Pt_(0.5)O_2的析氯反应Tafel斜率为56.3 mV·dec~(-1),反应机理为Volmer-Heyrovsky机理,速控步骤为电化学脱附步骤;其析氧反应Tafel斜率为126.6 mV·dec~(-1),控速步骤为催化剂表面氢氧化物的形成。进一步电化学阻抗实验表明在1 g·L~(-1) NaCl溶液中, Ir_(0.5)Pt_(0.5)O_2析氯电催化活性优于IrO_2,这与前面研究结果一致。在此基础上,以Ir_(0.5)Pt_(0.5)O_2/Ti为阳极制备氧化电解水,在相同条件下,其有效氯含量明显优于IrO_2/Ti,同时电解效率也明显提高,强化试验寿命是IrO_2/Ti的3.14倍,大大提高了电极性能,有利于其商品化使用。

氧化电解水是一种高效、环保的杀菌剂,在医疗卫生、食品安全和农业生产方面有着广泛的应用。但目前氧化电解水制备过程中,缺少对关键电极材料的研究,没有建立电极材料与杀菌活性因子(HClO)之间的关系。采用热分解法制备RuO_2-SnO_2氧化物合金电极。通过XRD表征可以看出其晶型为典型的金红石型结构,进一步通过循环伏安(CV)表征证明其表面为典型的RuO_2电化学特征,没有SnO_2电化学特征。在此基础上,利用线性伏安(LSV)技术分别考察了RuO_2-SnO_2的析氯极化曲线和析氧极化曲线,研究表明电流密度为70 mA/cm~2时,RuO_2-SnO_2电极的析氯析氧电势差为368 mV,而RuO_2为278 mV,提高了析氯反应选择性。在此基础上,对RuO_2-SnO_2电极在实际制备氧化电解水过程中的电解效率,有效氯含量、次氯酸含量及强化实验寿命进行了考察。结果表明,RuO_2-SnO_2电极比RuO_2电极氯离子电解效率提高了11.34%,有效氯含量提高了35.57%,次氯酸含量提高了33.62%,电极强化实验寿命提高了14倍。最后,通过SEM表征和电化学孔隙率的计算,表明RuO_2-SnO_2电极表面较平整,内部孔隙率大,所以使电解液不容易渗透到电极内部,而使电极的耐腐蚀性和使用寿命都将得到提高。

摘要:
酸性氧化电解水作为一种高效杀菌剂,但因其低pH值,所以在制备和使用过程中会产生少量氯气污染、对金属材料有一定腐蚀性,影响其在农业和食品领域中应用。中性氧化电解水的pH值接近中性,可以克服以上缺点。该文考察了有效氯浓度相近的中性氧化电解水、84消毒液、H2O2和NaClO对卷心菜的杀菌作用,结果表明NEOW具有高效的杀菌作用,杀菌效果优于84消毒液、H2O2和NaClO,当NEOW有效氯含量为24.52 mg/L时,对大肠杆菌的杀菌效率为95.81%,杀灭对数值为1.38;当有效氯含量为63.42 mg/L时,对大肠杆菌的杀菌效率为98.92%,杀灭对数值为1.97。另外,研究了中性氧化电解水杀菌作用的影响因素,结果表明在一定范围内增加有效氯含量会提高杀菌效果,但有效氯含量过高时,杀菌效率反而降低,原因在于有效氯增高时,氧化电解水pH值增加,有效氯存在形式发生改变。在有效氯含量较高时,氧化电解水pH值的改变对杀菌效果影响不大;但当有效氯含量较低时,pH值越高,杀菌效果越差。此外,还考察了杀菌时间对杀菌效果的影响,杀菌时间增加有利于提高杀菌效率。该试验研究为中性氧化电解水的食品杀菌应用研究提供了理论依据,还通过其杀菌作用影响因素的研究揭示了其杀菌机理,提出了最优的杀菌条件。

摘要:
目的 研究中性氧化电位水(NEOW)对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢(ATCC 9372)和大肠埃希菌(8099)的杀菌效果.方法 采用悬液定量杀菌实验,利用电解法制备NEOW,并与酸性氧化电位水(EOW)、NaClO溶液和盐酸溶液进行杀菌效果比较;通过电解工艺条件控制制备不同有效氯含量的NEOW,研究有效氯含量和杀菌时间对杀菌效果的影响.结果 NEOW同EOW一样具有高效的杀菌作用;当杀菌时间为1 min时,对大肠埃希菌的杀灭对数值>8.34 logcfu/mL;杀菌时间为20 min时,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭对数值>7.76 logcfu/mL,而与其有效氯浓度相同的NaClO溶液杀灭对数值为5.76 logcftt/mL,以及与EOW的pH值相同盐酸溶液杀灭对数值为3.06 logcfu/mL;增加NEOW中的有效氯含量,以及延长杀菌时间有利于提高杀菌效率.结论 NEOW具有高效、快速的杀菌作用,其pH值接近中性,可以减少对金属的腐蚀,可在医药和食品等行业中广泛应用.

用外加电场法提纯高电阻率液晶材料

摘要:
利用外加电场法提纯液晶材料单体和混合液晶材料。研究表明,该方法对不同类型液晶材料单体均有很好提纯效果,酯类液晶的电阻率可以从1010Ω.cm提高到1012Ω.cm以上,含氰基类液晶的电阻率可以从1010Ω.cm提高到1012Ω.cm左右,结构稳定的含氟苯类液晶的电阻率可以从1011Ω.cm提高到1013Ω.cm以上。对一般混合液晶组合物而言,其电阻率的提高也很明显,从109Ω.cm提高到1012Ω.cm或从1010Ω.cm提高到1013Ω.cmm。此外,考察了外加电场强度、提纯时间和液晶材料用量对提纯效果的影响。
