摘要:
In order to improve the accuracy of the artificial bee colony algorithm (ABC) on vehicle routing problem with time window (VRPTW), This paper makes the following improvements to the ABC. Three kinds of neighborhood search methods are introduced. In the leader bee and follower bee search stage, the single search mode is changed into a three-way search method, which improves the optimization depth of the algorithm. Multiple neighborhood searches of new food sources generated by the scouter bee is conducted and proceeding to the next iteration has enhanced the survival of new food sources and increased the diversity of populations. The global optimal solution is recorded by setting and updating the bulletin board. Simulation experiments show that the improved discrete ABC algorithm has obvious advantages in solving large-scale VRPTW. Therefore, the improved discrete ABC algorithm has great potential and application value in solving VRPTW.

摘要:
ZnSe nano thin films were obtained with chemical bath deposition in an modified aqueous alkaline solution in which ammonia was eliminated from the complexing agent in our present work. The as-deposited films are transparent, specula reflective and homogenous. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy indicated that films were in near stiochiometric Zn:Se ratio. Measured by spectroscopic ellipsometry, thickness of 50 similar to 370nm film can be obtained, the ZnSe were in nano-films, morphology and the film formation process discussion indicated that the film grow through nano-cluster by nano-cluster deposition rather than ion by ion mechanism. Absorption of the annealed films in visible light area indicated that bandgap is around 2.8eV for the annealed ZnSe film obtained from modified ammonia free solutions, corresponding to the standard band gap for bulk ZnSe materials.

Large structure modal parameter estimation has always been an important research content. Its core content is to obtain the eigenvalues of large-scale structural system. Based on the environmental excitaion, to obtain high precision system free response is particularly important. This paper presents a random reduction de-noising-ARMA method(RDT-ARMA method). By analyzing the characteristics of free response root and imaginary part under the condition of health and damage, the noise modal of free response obtained by stochastic reduction method can be effectively eliminated to obtain a more realistic system free response signal. Based on this, the modal of large structural system is identified by ARMA method. And through the actual acquisition of the WSN signal processing measured acceleration, indicating the effectiveness of the proposed method can be proved.

Market economics can achieve optimal allocation of resource by the equilibrium theory, cloud resource provision mechanism based on market economics is studied. For increasing collective revenue further and improving the efficiency and fairness of resource allocation, a resource provision algorithm RPABG is proposed in bargaining market of cloud computing. RPABG builds the model with bargaining game and its objective is to find Nash bargaining solution (NBS). NBS is solved respectively in two different conditions by our proposed iteration algorithm. Simulation experimental results show that RPABG not only has a faster convergence speed, compared with our earlier work based on non-cooperative game, but can improve the overall utility of resource providers and realize Pareto efficiency, which can lead to an optimal allocation of cloud resource with fairness, rationality and equilibrium.

Information-Centric Network (ICN) is being regarded as a promising technology in future Internet. Content Centric Network (CCN) has been proposed to facilitate users acquire multimedia contents. It not only replaces traditional IP-based connections with content delivery but also realizes the features of named data and content store. However, existing cache scheme in CCN does not elaborate on content attributes. The unnecessary content seriously occupies the content store of routers and wastes storage resources. In this paper, we aim to tackle the cache problem of popular and normal contents in CCN. A cache scheme as well as the cache scheme based on content popularity and user locality (CSCPUL) is proposed to solve the cache problem. Results showed that the CSCPUL is superior to traditional cache scheme in CCN in terms of cache cost and cache hit rate.

Tasks scheduling problem is the key challenge in cloud computing system. For reducing the execution cost of workflow tasks scheduling under the deadline and the budget constraint, a workflow tasks scheduling algorithm based on genetic algorithm in cloud computing is proposed. In our algorithm, each task is assigned priority by an top-down leveling method. By this top-down leveling method, all workflow tasks are divided into the different levels, which can promote the parallel execution of workflow tasks. When code the solution of tasks scheduling, we design a two dimension coding method. And, we design a new genetic crossover and mutation operation to produce new different offsprings for increasing the population diversity. Through the fitness function synchronously considering the scheduling time and the scheduling cost, we can evaluate the individual fitness of population. Through the simulation experiments, we evaluate the performance of our algorithm based on realistic workflows model. The results show that our algorithm has a better performance in reducing the workflow scheduling cost.

A variety of recovered-edible-oil identification models were established by using Raman combined with near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR). Eight types of 156 edible vegetable oil samples were collected to acquire their Raman and NIR spectra. The spectral data were processed for modeling. The preprocessing methods for the Raman spectra included the moving average method (11 points), adaptive iterative reweighted-penalty least squares method, and the normalization method based on the intensity of the characteristic peak at 1454 cm-1 (MA11-airPLS-Nor). The preprocessing method for the NIR spectra was the standard normal variable transformation algorithm combined with a detrending technique (SNV_DT). The Raman and NIR spectra were fused at the feature level by using independently the serial fusion and wavelet fusion approaches. The results showed that with the serial-fusion-and wavelet-fusion-based models, the identification of recovered oils can be achieved very rapidly. Furthermore, the comprehensive performances of the models based on fused Raman and NIR data were better than those of models based on separate Raman or NIR data.
