摘要:
A solar energy and high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC)-based micro-combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) system (named system I) is proposed in this work. This system mainly consists of a PEMFC subsystem, an organic Rankine cycle (ORC) subsystem and a vapor compression cycle (VCC) subsystem. System I would reduce to a high temperature PEMFC-based CCHP system (named system II) if there was no solar energy. With the technical performance analysis models developed, the effects of the current density, operating temperature, solar radiation intensity and ambient temperature on the thermal, economic and environmental performances of the systems are theoretically analyzed. The results show that the current density and solar radiation intensity are the main impact factors that can significantly affect the thermal, economic and environmental performances, while the operating temperature and ambient temperature only have remarkable influences on the thermal performance. The coefficient of performance (COP) of system II is approximately 1.19 in summer and 1.42 in winter, which is always higher than that of system I under the same working conditions. The exergy efficiency of system I and system II are approximately 49.7% and 47.4%, respectively. The primary energy saving rates (PESRs) of system I and system II are 64.9% and 31.8% in summer, and 60.0% and 36.2% in winter, respectively. The payback periods of system I and system II are 9.6 yr and 6.0 yr without government subsidy, respectively. Compared with system II, the pollutant emission reduction rates (ERRs) of system I can be increased by approximately 8.4%–23.5% with the addition of solar energy, which indicates that the development and utilization of clean and renewable energy such as solar energy can significantly reduce pollutant emissions.

The saliva flora plays an important role in the human oral health. Smoking will bring a large number of harmful substances into the human mouth, break the ecological balance of saliva flora, and cause oral diseases. In order to reveal the effects of cigarette smoking on salivary microbiota, we conducted an ecological analysis of the saliva flora between smokers and non-smokers using bacterial diversity and neutral community theory. The results show that: (1). The mean diversity in smoking saliva flora was lower than that in non-smoking saliva flora (3.868 vs. 4.060); (2) the neutral degree of smoking and nonsmoking saliva flora was very low, but the neutral degree in nonsmoking saliva flora was higher than that in smoking saliva flora (0.319 vs. 0.114); (3) Immigration rate of smoking flora rate was significantly higher than that of non-smoking (0.327 vs. 0.188).

This paper studies the application status of Visual design and the research status of Data journalism, summarizes the problems of Data journalism, discusses the application of Visual design to Data journalism, and studies the status and cases of Data journalism based on Visual design. Cultural heritage needs to be integrated with emerging information technologies and that formal culture(school culture) and informal culture should be combined in the field of culture.

摘要:
Rice straw was employed to prepare microcrystalline cellulose (MCC). First, crude cellulose was isolated from rice straw using organosolv fractionation in the presence of mixed solvent composed of ethanol and H2O. Most hemicellulose and lignin were removed while little silica was not. Second, crude cellulose was bleached in Na2CO3/H2O2 mixed solution to remove residual silica as well as small amount of hemicellulose and lignin. After that, the removal rates of hemicellulose, lignin and silica reached up 91.5, 92.8 and 97.9%, respectively. Cellulose from rice straw was further converted into MCC in the presence of hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, and the cellulose content reached up to 92.4% in MCC. Infrared spectrometer (IR) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) were used to characterize the structure of rice straw and its derived samples.

The emergence of new technologies such as big data,cloud computing and intelligent networking has promoted the transformation of the existing financial management model.In order to provide a reference to further improve the level of financial management information construction in Chinese universities,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of financial informatization construction,and puts forward some concrete suggestions aiming at the main problems such as backward concept,isolated information island,weak security awareness,weak internal control mechanism and shortage of professional talents.It is pointed out that the construction of financial informationization in Chinese universities is urgent.On the premise of ensuring the security of information data,we must speed up the overall development of financial informationization in Chinese universities.
