摘要:
A new condition for accurately aggregated model order-reduction of large-scale systems is presented,which can be used to determine whether the accurate order-reduction model exists for a given order or certain variable components previously assigned. The corresponding reduced-order model is also derived under the proposed existence condition.It is shown that,if the condition is not satisfied,an approximate model order-reduction can be carried out.Simulation results are shown to verify the validity and feasibility of this method.

摘要:
Using panel data of seven industries, the paper analyzes economic growth effect of FDI in services in China by panel data model. The result shows that from the industry structure of services, the industries that have significant and positive economic growth effect include wholesale, retail trade and catering services, social services, education, health, culture, sports and entertainment. The industries that have significant and negative economic growth effect include finance and insurance. The industries that have insignificant economic growth effect include transport, storage, post and telecommunication, real estate, scientific research and comprehensive technical services. Lastly the paper puts forward some suggestions.
摘要:
To maximize network lifetime for target coverage, we propose an energy-balance heuristic distributed algorithm with adjustable sensing ranges based energy-balance and energy-utility of sensor. Firstly, we transform the target coverage problem with adjustable sensing ranges into the h-hop local target coverage problem with adjustable sensing ranges. Secondly, we seek the key constraint of network lifetime, introduce the definition of key target, design the energy utility function, and establish the adaptive adjustment mechanism of waiting time. Finally, Measurement results show that the new algorithm extends 25% longer network lifetime, has good scalability and stability, and a lower computational and communication complexity.

摘要:
The catalytic steam gasification of palm oil wastes for hydrogen-rich gas production was experimentally investigated in a combined fixed bed reactor using the newly developed nano-NiO/??-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst. The results indicated that the nano-NiO/??-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst had greater activity for the cracking of tar in vapor and of hydrocarbons and a higher hydrogen yield than the calcined dolomite in catalytic steam gasification of palm oil wastes. Meanwhile, a series of experiments have been performed to explore the effects of temperature, steam to biomass ratio (S/B) and biomass particle size on gas composition and gas yield. The experiments demonstrated that temperature was the most important factor in this process, higher temperature contributed to more hydrogen production and gas yield. Compared with biomass catalytic gasification, the introduction of steam improved gas quality and yield, the optimal value of S/B was found to be 1.33 under the present operating condition. It was also shown that a smaller particle was more favorable for gas quality and yield.

摘要:
In order to improve the capacity of the at-grade intersections, at home and abroad many scholars has taken many effective measures to resolve it. The waitingarea for left-turn vehicles has been settled in many cities, the spare area of the intersection isn't made good use to increase the capacity of the intersection. This paper did some work on the traffic organization and capacity of waiting-area for through vehicles and the second stop-fine, at the same time gives the ways of Capacity calculation. Both the theory study and practice have proved that the settlement of waitingarea for through vehicles can improve the capacity of the signalized intersections greatly, and ensure the pedestrian's safety when they come cross the intersection, So it will have a good prospect of application and extension.

摘要:
CFD method is adopted to simulate the distribution of the wind field around the asymmetrical building and the influence of the building shape to the wind distribution. The pressure field and the velocity filed around the asymmetrical filed are computed whit the finite volume method, and the computed results are contrasted with that of the symmetrical building. The simulated results shows that the distribution of the pressure filed and the velocity filed have different characteristic with that of the symmetrical building. The differential pressure exists between the static pressure of the wind side and the suction pressure of the back side. The suction pressure and the big turbulent flow area existing in the back side of the building cause negative influence to the discharge of the pollutant. The amenity standard is satisfied when the wind velocity is less than 6m/s at pedestrian-level.

摘要:
The plant-mixing hot recycling is a new asphalt technology, which was created in recent years. According to the studies, it has significant economic profits and social profits and can be used in road maintenance variously. The recycling material was designed by Marshall Experiments in this paper. Though the performance tests, the plant-mixing hot recycling was of good high temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance, water stability and antifatigue performance etc. The test sections were built in the right amplitude k107-k108 of Jing-Zhu expressway of Hubei in August 2005 and the plant-mixing hot recycling was used in double-track of the State Road 107 of Xiaogan in July 2006 to check the performance. No signs of water damage and wheel rut for a long time had been discoursed. Comparing with the new asphalt mixture, the saving proportion of the plant-mixing hot recycling materials is considerable.

摘要:
We consider an M/M/1 queueing system with auxiliary service in addition to primary service. When the auxiliary service is requested, the server allocates part of its capacity to process the additional service. We show that the possible optimal auxiliary capacity is actually on the convex envelope of the auxiliary cost function. Also, the optimal control policy is that the allocated capacity for auxiliary service is monotonically non-increasing in the number of people in the system.

摘要:
In order to get a comprehensive management in nowadays information technology era, supply chain management and e-commerce are effective ways. Enterprises are pushed into a global competition based on Internet with the boom of information technology, and e-business has been the main platform of businesses. Efficient and effective e-business transformation has been one of the key factors that enterprises gain sustained competitive advantages in this era, e-commerce provides a cheap and convenient information support for supply chain management. After the analysis of e-commerce and supply chain management, In our paper, we has compared traditional management with supply chain management features firstly, and established supply chain outsourcing model, based on the key capacities of e-business transformation, several implementation methodologies for the e-business transformation are also presented.

Based of the fact that the theoretical study of the short-leg shear wall falls behind the practice in China, cyclic reversed loading tests on six reinforced short-leg shear walls with 1:2 scales are carried out. The damage form and working capability of the specimen show that the final damage of the specimens are caused by the failure of the connecting beam, which is the weak part of the structure. The loading capacity of SLSW with flanged-walls is better than those without flanged-wall. Finite element analysis software is used to establish a part entity FE model of the SLSW. The working performance of the SLSW in the building is analyzed. Based on the test and calculation achievements, some beneficial suggestions are put forwarded for the selection of this structure in high-rise building.

The drainage system design is the most important part in the design of high-grade highway, and it plays a very important role in ensuring the use performance and service life of high-grade highway. This paper analyzed the reasons of water damage, and summed up the deficiencies in the waterproof and drainage design on high-grade highway asphalt pavement in China. And aiming at these deficiencies, especially the pavement subsurface drainage and the water seepage of median separator, some idiographic engineering measures are put forward which supply a reference for the waterproof and drainage design of high-grade highway in southern China.
