摘要:
The plant-mixing hot recycling is a new asphalt technology, which was created in recent years. According to the studies, it has significant economic profits and social profits and can be used in road maintenance variously. The recycling material was designed by Marshall Experiments in this paper. Though the performance tests, the plant-mixing hot recycling was of good high temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance, water stability and antifatigue performance etc. The test sections were built in the right amplitude k107-k108 of Jing-Zhu expressway of Hubei in August 2005 and the plant-mixing hot recycling was used in double-track of the State Road 107 of Xiaogan in July 2006 to check the performance. No signs of water damage and wheel rut for a long time had been discoursed. Comparing with the new asphalt mixture, the saving proportion of the plant-mixing hot recycling materials is considerable.

摘要:
We consider an M/M/1 queueing system with auxiliary service in addition to primary service. When the auxiliary service is requested, the server allocates part of its capacity to process the additional service. We show that the possible optimal auxiliary capacity is actually on the convex envelope of the auxiliary cost function. Also, the optimal control policy is that the allocated capacity for auxiliary service is monotonically non-increasing in the number of people in the system.

摘要:
In order to get a comprehensive management in nowadays information technology era, supply chain management and e-commerce are effective ways. Enterprises are pushed into a global competition based on Internet with the boom of information technology, and e-business has been the main platform of businesses. Efficient and effective e-business transformation has been one of the key factors that enterprises gain sustained competitive advantages in this era, e-commerce provides a cheap and convenient information support for supply chain management. After the analysis of e-commerce and supply chain management, In our paper, we has compared traditional management with supply chain management features firstly, and established supply chain outsourcing model, based on the key capacities of e-business transformation, several implementation methodologies for the e-business transformation are also presented.

Based of the fact that the theoretical study of the short-leg shear wall falls behind the practice in China, cyclic reversed loading tests on six reinforced short-leg shear walls with 1:2 scales are carried out. The damage form and working capability of the specimen show that the final damage of the specimens are caused by the failure of the connecting beam, which is the weak part of the structure. The loading capacity of SLSW with flanged-walls is better than those without flanged-wall. Finite element analysis software is used to establish a part entity FE model of the SLSW. The working performance of the SLSW in the building is analyzed. Based on the test and calculation achievements, some beneficial suggestions are put forwarded for the selection of this structure in high-rise building.

The drainage system design is the most important part in the design of high-grade highway, and it plays a very important role in ensuring the use performance and service life of high-grade highway. This paper analyzed the reasons of water damage, and summed up the deficiencies in the waterproof and drainage design on high-grade highway asphalt pavement in China. And aiming at these deficiencies, especially the pavement subsurface drainage and the water seepage of median separator, some idiographic engineering measures are put forward which supply a reference for the waterproof and drainage design of high-grade highway in southern China.
摘要:
This study examines the motivation of accounting conservatism which is originated from firms contract or government accounting regulation among listed firms in China. We find that accounting conservatism in Chinese listed firms is not originated from firms contract incentives, and is resulted by introducing international accounting standards in the process of the economic system reform. Conservative accounting standards are a necessary ingredient in conservative financial reporting, and are not sufficient ingredient in conservative financial reporting. Legal environment, firms contract incentives, accounting standards regulation, are all necessary ingredients in fostering accounting conservatism, improve financial report conservatism degree.

Porous ceramics have a wide range of applications as filter, cleaning cartridge, and segregator in auto-industry, metallurgy, petrifaction, and environmental protection. Numerical simulation of microcosmic seepage in two porous ceramics models, one with a single flaw, and another one without, was conducted base on N-S equation, and the rang of influence of flaw on pressure field in seepage of porous ceramics was studied by contrastive analysis. Results showed that the range of influence on pressure of flaw was one time of size of ceramics grain on the vertical direction of flow while two time of size of ceramics grain on the parallel direction of flow.

A bench slope of moraine is selected as the study object. A new method of reliability analysis, that is simplified rosenblueth method, is presented and adopted to analyze the reliability of the bench slope of original design scheme and recommended scheme. The results indicate that the inherent variability of strength, anti-weathering ability and hydro-physical properties of moraine soil primarily affect the high failure probability of benchs. Geometrical factors of slope bring little effects on it. The bench slope with ternary platform widths of 3m, 3m and 15m is recommended and some effective measures such as drainage and revetment are suggested to enhance the stability of the slope.

The innovative value chain is the organic unity of the concept of innovation and the value chain. It emphasizes that all units of the value chain coordinate to increase in value and optimize the system so as to realize the whole innovative benefits. Based on the theory of technological innovation, this paper analyzes the traditional product development process and sums up its drawbacks; then constructs the model of enterprises' innovative value chain and puts forward that what the enterprise's innovative value chain emphasizes is taking the knowledge flows as the intrinsic power class, taking the service flow as the foundation, taking the value increment as the goal, taking the customer demand as the guidance and application through the innovation analysis of enterprise service activity flow.

Through analyzes the engineering geological characteristics of the Jingzhou Yangtze River Bridge-site's foundation, has drawnout the question which sandy soil liquefies at this kind of location. On this basis, the discrimination method of sandy soil liquefaction has been chosen, and probe into the three experiential methods of sandy soil liquefaction. With these three methods, evaluated the Jingzhou Yangtze River Bridge-site's foundation according to the actuals of project, and put forward the basic design of Jingzhou Yangtze River Bridge.

In traditional vocal tract length normalization (VTLN) method, the details of the differences of spectral among speakers can not be modeled, because only a simple vocal tract length factor is regarded as the absolutely indicator of the speaker specific attribute, according to the assumption of lossless multi-tube vocal tract model. In this paper, the piece-wise frequency warping function is adopted to describe the speaker specific character in detail. With an appropriate partition of frequency axis, the differences of spectral can be removed well. Due to the model-independent warping function, this method is proved to be a quite fast adaptation technique, and especially suitable for the unsupervised adaptation.

摘要:
Considering the shortcomings of conventional cost prediction methods, neural network was adopted to establish the cost prediction model of equipment system, which could efficiently solve the problems on the determination of network structure. And due to the importance of parameters optimization in Neural Network model, rough set was used to optimize the model parameters. The experiment results show that method can quickly obtain the optimal parameters satisfying the precision requirement with a simple calculation, which solves the problem of complex calculation and empiricism in conventional methods. The evaluation on the testing cases shows the neural network model with rough set has a good generalization performance and can be popularized in cost prediction. At last, the experiment on an independent testing case shows the model optimized by neural network combined with rough set has a better prediction performance.
