Cubic assembly composed of platinum nanoparticles has been prepared by a simple reaction between H2PtCl6·6H2O, NaOH and NaBH4 in the presence of deionized gelatin. Gelatin played a decisive role as an inhibitor of the direct reaction of NaBH4 with H2PtCl6·6H2O and coagulation of the growing platinum in producing the cubic assembly composed. In the absence of gelatin, we can only obtain irregular large platinum particles. With decreasing the temperature, the viscosity of the solution increased. The diffusions of BH4- ions and PtCl62- ions are slower. The assembly composed of platinum nanoparticles was synthesized at 10 ℃. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectra and UV-visible absorption spectroscopy. The scanning electron microscope images show the as prepared platinum with cubes and the average dimensions is about 0.35-0.45 μm. The UV-visible absorption spectrum of the as prepared platinum particles dispersed in ethanol solution shows one absorption peaks at 215nm. The size of the subunits of the polycrystalline platinum particles was calculated to be about 4 nm according to half width of the diffraction peaks using Debye–Scherer equation.

In deep foundation pit construction process, it is necessary to control underground water effectively. Starting from the damage pattern and formation mechanism of underground water, based on the underground water flow theory, this paper discusses several underground water control method's application condition and practice key point, e.g., light well point water lowering, deep well water lowering, waterproof curtain, etc., analyses the impact on surrounding environment due to water lowering and prevention method, and suggest that the comprehensive application of waterproof and water lowering is the best practical method for underground water control.

摘要:
This paper explored the approach to solve the problems, such as instability of loading force and difficulty in measurement of deformation. A portable and high precision stiffness surveying instrument was developed for measuring the stiffness of large sheet metal. Combined with the mechanism, high accurate force sensor and grating sensor were used to measure the loading-force and the displacement. A special software named Stiffness Test(ST) was developed to process data and calculate the value of stiffness. In the practical test, the results indicate that this instrument is feasible and effective.

Hilditch thinning algorithm is widely used in image pre-processing process. In this paper, we propose an improved Hilditch algorithm to acquire a more stable output. We conclude that the skeletons obtained from our algorithms give better results in Chinese characters and numbers. The advantage of this algorithm corrects the beard by modifying the warp in the part of intersection.

The influence of different time of shutdown on casing stress in thermal recovery well was studied by numerical simulation based on theory of Thermal-Mechanical coupling. The simulation results shown that the longer the time of shutdown, the greater the decline in value of casing stress, then the casing stress was greater when continuing to inject steam to the stabilized state of the casing, so the shutdown had greater impact on casing security. The simulation results are very helpful to choose a reasonable time of shutdown and the casing protection in oil fields.

摘要:
A simple,inexpensive,and sensitive method was developed for the determination of inorganic arsenic species As (Ⅲ),As(Ⅴ) and total As in environmental water samples using multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as solid phase extraction(SPE) adsorbents coupled with hydride generation atomic flourescence spectrometry ( HG - AFS).The procedure is based on selectively absorbance of the chelates of As(Ⅲ) - ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC) on the MWCNTs with a pH range of 0.5 ~ 4.0,while As (Ⅴ) was passed through the microcolumn without the retention due to the preconcentration efficiency of As(Ⅴ) -APDC complex was very low and changed a litter.The retention complexs of As(Ⅲ) -APDC was eluted completely with 3 mL of 2.0 mol · L-1 HCl solution at a flow rate 1.0 mL · min - 1,and then directly determined by HG - AFS.The effluent of As(Ⅴ) was determined using thiourea and ascorbic acid as reducing agent for reduce As(Ⅴ) to As(Ⅲ).Total arsenic was determined after acid digestion with HCl∶ HNO3 (3 ∶ 1 ) in open vessel,and then the mixture solution of thiourea and ascorbic acid were added in the digestion solution for reducing As (Ⅴ) to As (Ⅲ).The different parameters that control the preconcention/separation step of As(Ⅲ) and As(Ⅴ) and determination have been investigated in detail.Under the optimized conditions,the detection limits of this method for As (Ⅲ) were 0.0062 ng · mL-1 with an enrichment factor of 27,and the relative standard deviations for As(Ⅲ) and As(Ⅴ) were 0.46% ~ 6.30%.The proposed method was applied for the analysis of inorganic arsenic species in groundwater and lake water with the recovery of 96.8 - 102.8%.

Based on sealing coring analysis data and the commissioned well's sidewall coring analysis data, we took the sidewall coring's rock pyrolysis, saturated hydrocarbon gas chromatography, and fluorescent microgram analysis as technological means. Meanwhile, we emphasized on the evaluation of the thick reservoir and thin-poor layer to establish the method of interpretation and evaluation of water-flooded layer and logging in la-sa-xing oilfield. It doesn 't not only raise the application level of logging data, but also the delicate evaluation level of thick reservoir. Moreover, it has provided interpretation basis for the development, layer selection and perforation of thin-poor layer while secondary and tertiary infilling is going, which dramatically enhanced the development results of thick reservoir and thin-poor layer.

摘要:
As an important software defects analysis method, static analysis is wildly used in software coding and test. But this traditional method is inextensible and inefficient that users have to find defects artificially. A framework is implemented to locate defects called DDS(Defects description system) and an annotation Language was designed to describe defects which named DDL(Defects Description Language). The rules written in DDL will be saved in rule set and can be used by DDS to locate the defects automatically. The experimental results demonstrate that the method is available to identify defects in programs.

It was statement what the porous flow in grain bulks, its movement ways, influence factors and relationship with grain store are. The porous flow of the grain bulks is caused by the temperature and pressure different. It moves in three lines: convection between inside and outside the bulks, convection inside the bulks, and convection between inside and outside the storehouse. It is influenced by the temperature different, the grain bulks seal condition, the clearance between grain particles, the style of store house, and the grain storage ways, and so on. Used ways of the porous flow in the grain bulks well, the fumigant can be better-distributed, the grain temperature and moisture can be down, and the heat and humidity diffused can be avoided.

With the recent emergence of business being conducted over the Internet, companies are inevitably using information technology to cut costs, increase productivity, reduce the time required to develop new products harness the collective expertise of their employees, and create an extended enterprise by forging closer relationships with their customers, suppliers, distributors and partners in order to remain competitive. In most companies, knowledge management and e-business initiatives have been dealt with independently. This paper introduces a relationship between knowledge management and e- business. Looking at how e-business can be optimized in a company with knowledge management.

Casing damage during water injection pressure relief is difficult to resolve in oil field. The fluid pressure of inner casing wall undergoes a sudden decrease because of injecting water release. At the same time, the effective stress of soil around the well-bore increases quickly, and the extrusion pressure of casing bearing also increases. In order to study the mechanism of the problem, a fluid-solid coupled model was set up. According to comparison of the fundamental equation and boundary conditions, the ANSYS function of temperature field analysis is similar to that of seepage flow field. The coupled analysis of strata-casing-cement system was done. The simulation results show that during the pressure relief process, the geo-stress around well-bore changes, at the beginning time the extrusion pressure increase suddenly, and then with the time going on, the pressure will be the same to the pore pressure of reservoirs. The bigger the pressure difference between inner wall and ektexine, the bigger extrusion pressure of casing bearing during the pressure relief.

On the background of global economic integration and rapid development of economic and basic construction in China, specialized English in Civil Engineering is also becoming more and more important. The popular problems, such as students had no high interest in the course, a passive study attitude in the traditional teaching method of specialized English courses were discussed. The paper proposed to apply an interactive teaching method and bilingual teaching, which included reforming examination method; communicating teaching method and exploring specialized English teaching. It has obtained a great deal of teaching effect during the practicing teaching of specialized English courses of Civil Engineering.

Water is the main reason for slope failure of expansive soil. In this paper, the saturated-unsaturated seepage model of the expansive soil was established. We simulated and calculated the slope seepage of a section of xiangshi highway under rainfall condition. The result was in accordance with the practical observation, which is of significance for realizing the systematic evaluation of slope failure and improving the reliability and security of the expansive soil slope.
