With rapid economic development and more intense competition, building industries are facing constant changes of market environment, main demand and technological innovation, and these will bring risk to the enterprise development. Owing to the characteristics of the construction products there are more unstable factors in the construction project which will be the primer to the future risk. Risk management is needed in the manufacturing course and has become the indispensable part of the national lash-up system. Based on the analysis of risk management situation of construction firms, the connotations of risk management are analyzed in this paper, then the necessity and approaches arc also expounded. Appropriate patterns of risk management in building industry are erected based on description and analysis of the risk and the effective methods of risk management are presented. Through systematic research and analysis, this paper intends to provide theoretical foundation for the risk management of the building industry in China and strengthen their capabilities to evade risks, Meanwhile it also provides some valuable suggestions as a reference to the Chinese building industry so that they can establish and improve their ability to prevent and manage risk events.

This paper first synthetically analyzes three classical algorithms of constructing Delaunay Triangulation Irregular Net (DTIN), then uses improved convex hull algorithm to construct non-constrained D-TIN. The non-constrained D-TIN may cause some Delaunay triangles which span contour lines, so these Delaunay triangles must be dealt with. Then the local adjusting algorithm based on diagonals changing of the impacted region is used to embed contour lines into D-TIN as constrained segments and ultimately construct constrained D-TIN (CD-TIN). After constructing CD-TIN which supports the spatial data mining, it is easy to compute normal vectors of Delaunay triangles in the CD-TIN, and then get their gradient values. By means of the relationship of gradient values and terrain features, flats and mountain regions can be distinguished from topographic map based on contour lines. Even the terrain features such as mountain peak can be also recognized in the recognized mountain regions primarily by Flat-Triangle whose three vertexes have the same digital elevation.

摘要:
There is no mobile phone devices or wire net line equipments for real-time control in some industrial fields such as metallurgy, mine, transferring port. Therefore, the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) monitoring platform system is investigated for these industrial fields in the paper. Using Radio Frequency (RF) wireless distributed network and the embedded technology, the monitoring platform's module structure has been established. The hardware and software of monitoring system have been analyzed. The configure mode of the wireless monitoring devices has also been given. Using the given control modules, RF wireless transmitting, data acquiring and processing of signals, as well as equipment states diagnosing can be implemented. The research shows that the system platform can solve the communication and monitoring problems in such no cable net line equipments and no mobile phone field-working environments and that the control system given has the characteristic of reliability and flexibility. More ever this system is economic, and is auspicious for further applications.

摘要:
MIMO linear precoding can transform relative MIMO channels into Ns independent virtual channels by precoding process in the transmitter and receiver, and is an effective MIMO multiplex mode to improve throughput. In this contribution the principle and system structure of MIMO linear precoding based on CDD is introduced. With the CDD based precoding, we can select the best precoding for the data channel not only based on the sum capacity metric but also based on the feedback reliability. By choosing a proper cyclic delay between a small delay (e.g., tau=2) and a large delay (e.g., tau=N<sub>jji</sub>/N<sub>t</sub>), we can efficiently adapt to the proper MIMO mode with a single unified precoding structure.

摘要:
The detection method of pests in stored grain is always investigated. The method of based on image recognition is often discussed.The wavelet transform is the localization analysis of time and frequency, and it can multi-scale refine the signal by calculating of flex and transition. This paper presents a method of using the wavelet transform to detect the image of pests in stored grain edge based on the multi-scale analysis of the wavelet transform in the image processing field. The method acquires the information of the image edge by detecting the image local maxima of the two-dimension wavelet transform. The examples show that the method can obtain better edge detection.

This article first used four steps of the compatible examination, the diversity examination, the relevant examination and the principal components analyzes to screen the handwritten digit Zernike moment, then we make use of the Fuzzy C-Mean cluster recognition of the hand-written numerals based on the screened Zernike moment. The example testified this method effective, and provides the theory basis for further establishment of the hand-written numeral recognition standard library. In this process, we have also discovered two reasons which cause the Fuzzy C-Mean cluster to be unefficient.
