摘要:
A new ratiometric fluorescent probe for the detection of highly toxic thiophenols was reported. To produce ratiometric fluorescence signal changes for thiophenols, this probe was designed to use a coumarin-naphthalimide dyad as the fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) platform and dinitrophenyl ether as the recognition unit. This probe features high selectivity and sensitivity for thiophenols with a rapid detection process under mild conditions and remarkable fluorescence emission ratio changes (up to 340-fold). The application of this probe for thiophenol detection in real water samples was successfully applied. ©2015 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

Enhanced visible light photocatalytic activity of BiOI/BiOCOOH composites synthesized via ion exchange strategy

摘要:
The BiOI/BiOCOOH composites were synthesized by a facile ion exchange strategy between BiOCOOH precursor and KI by ultrasonic reaction. The as-prepared BiOI/BiOCOOH composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra (DRS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and photoluminescence spectra (PL). Under visible light illumination, the BiOI/BiOCOOH composites exhibited much higher photocatalytic activities than those of single BiOCOOH and BiOI for the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB). The markedly enhanced photocatalytic activities of BiOI/BiOCOOH composites were attributed to the formation of a p-n heterojunction between p-type BiOI and n-type BiOCOOH, which facilitated the charge separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs. The photoelectrochemical measurement confirmed that the charge separation efficiency was greatly improved by the formation of the heterojunction structure. Moreover, tests of radical scavengers demonstrated that h<sup>+</sup>and O<inf>2</inf><sup>-</sup>were the main active species for the degradation of RhB. Ti/IrO<inf>2</inf>-Ta<inf>2</inf>O<inf>5</inf>anode electrocatalysts with different contents and preparation temperatures were prepared by thermal decomposition in this work. The crystallite characterization and morphology were examined via XRD and SEM. The electrochemical properties were examined via cyclic voltammetry (CV) in 0.5 M H<inf>2</inf>SO<inf>4</inf>and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) in saturated sodium chloride. Through the study of different series of Ti/IrO<inf>2</inf>-Ta<inf>2</inf>O<inf>5</inf>anodes, we find that the preparation conditions have a great impact on the electrode catalytic activity. Experimental results indicate that the electrochemically active surface area is determined by the content and morphology of the anode coating. When the IrO<inf>2</inf>content and the preparation temperature are 70% and 500 °C, the surface of the electrode is aggregated with segregated crystallite flower-like particles, which brings about the best electrode catalytic activity. The current density in the chlorine evolution reaction of IrO<inf>2</inf>-Ta<inf>2</inf>O<inf>5</inf>(70% and 500 °C) is 0.4 A cm<sup>-2</sup>in saturated sodium chloride. The properties and sterilization effect of EO water are closely related to the electrode catalytic activity. The higher the current density is in chlorine evolution, the higher the available chlorine and HClO content. When the IrO<inf>2</inf>content is 70% and the preparation temperature is 500 °C, the maximum values of the killing logarithm value and killing rate are 3.01-3.05 and 99.9023-99.9109%, respectively. In addition, when the Ti substrate undergoes 40 minutes of activation treatment, the Ti/IrO<inf>2</inf>-Ta<inf>2</inf>O<inf>5</inf>anodes have the highest stability. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry 2015.

本文探讨了氨基酸组成、分布以及溶剂环境对鱼源胶原蛋白蛋白热稳定性能的影响.利用不同鱼类的胶原蛋白为实验样本,测定胶原蛋白氨基酸组成和热变性温度,通过相关性分析明确了影响胶原蛋白热变性温度的主要氨基酸种类和分布指标.结果表明,胶原蛋白中脯氨酸羟基化率、碱性氨基酸、带电荷极性氨基酸和总极性氨基酸含量与胶原蛋白热变性温度呈正相关,而亚氨基酸与非极性氨基酸含量与胶原蛋白热变性温度呈负相关(P<0.01).运用逐步多元回归分析方法,建立了脯氨酸羟基化率和带电荷极性氨基酸与胶原蛋白热变性温度之间的相关性数学模型,经验证,该模型能较好的预测鱼源胶原蛋白的热变性温度.在此基础上,进一步研究了胶原蛋白所处溶剂环境对其热稳定性能的影响.结果表明,提高水分子浸润胶原蛋白程度和体系离子强度,或降低体系pH均会显著降低胶原蛋白热稳定性能.

A magnetic Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>@SiO<inf>2</inf>-ZnBr<inf>2</inf>catalyst was prepared by supporting ZnBr<inf>2</inf>on silica-coated magnetic nanoparticles of Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>and used as a recoverable catalyst for the direct synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC) from CO<inf>2</inf>and phenol in the presence of carbon tetrachloride. The as-prepared catalyst was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), a X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS) and BET. Zn loading in the supported catalyst and leaching during the reaction process were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). It was found that Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>@SiO<inf>2</inf>-ZnBr<inf>2</inf>showed higher catalytic activity than homogenous ZnCl<inf>2</inf>and ZnI<inf>2</inf>as well as homogenous ZnBr<inf>2</inf>. With this new catalyst under optimized conditions, a yield of DPC at 28.1% was obtained. The heterogeneous catalyst Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>@SiO<inf>2</inf>-ZnBr<inf>2</inf>can also be recovered by a permanent magnet after the reaction and reused up to 4 times without noticeable deactivation. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry 2015.

摘要:
The prediction of lubrication characteristics for compounds through tribological models would aid in the discovery of new lubricant additives and improved lubricant design. But until recently, the field of tribological prediction has been sparse and not systematic. Tribological processes are complex and involve molecular energy exchange as well as conformation transitions. We have developed a platform of a “quantitative structure tribo-ability relationship (QSTR),” which enables us to introduce well-developed quantitative structure–activity relationships (QSAR) methods into tribology systematically. The present study applies “evaluation of infrared vibration-based” (EVA) descriptors, which are three-dimensional (3D) QSAR descriptors to simulate infrared (IR) vibration properties of molecules, in order to establish the QSTR prediction model. As structural changes take place under friction loads, the EVA descriptors characterize both molecular energy and conformations. The results show a strong correlation and robust predictability of the EVA model to tribological parameters. The approach paves a way to a systematic QSTR.

摘要:
Solidified floating organic drop microextraction was combined with electrothermal vapourisation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for Se species in Se-rich tea leaves and tea infusion, including total, suspended, soluble, organic and inorganic Se as well as Se(IV) and Se(VI). Ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate was used as both chelating reagent and chemical modifier in this study. Se(IV) and Se(VI) were separated at pH range of 2.0-5.0. An enrichment factor of 500 was obtained for Se(IV) from this method. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limits for Se(IV) and Se(VI) were 0.19 and 0.26 pg mL<sup>-1</sup>, respectively. The relative standard deviations were less than 5.5% (c = 0.1 ng mL<sup>-1</sup>, n = 9). This method was applied for Se species, its content and distribution in Se-rich tea leaves and tea infusion with satisfactory results. The recoveries of spike experiments are in the range of 92.2-106%. A certified reference material of tea leaves was analyzed by this method, and the results were in agreement with certified values. ©2014 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Direct synthesis of methyl N-phenylcarbamate (MPC) from carbon dioxide (CO<inf>2</inf>), aniline and methanol catalyzed by cerium dioxide (CeO<inf>2</inf>) in the presence of n-butyllithium (BuLi) was developed. The catalytic activity of CeO<inf>2</inf>was significantly improved by the addition of BuLi. The conversion of aniline and the yield of MPC were dependent on the amount of CeO<inf>2</inf>and BuLi, reaction conditions including the pressure of CO<inf>2</inf>, reaction time and temperature, and 9.4% yield of MPC was obtained under the optimized conditions. The formation pathway of MPC was also investigated in detail by varying reactants based on previously reported investigations, and phenyl isocyanate (PI) was believed to be the intermediate for the synthesis of MPC. A possible reaction pathway for the direct synthesis of MPC from CO<inf>2</inf>, aniline and methanol was proposed. ©2015 Published by Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
A readily available naphthofluorescein-based near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent probe was reported for rapid, colorimetric and NIR fluorescent turn-on detection of cysteine (Cys) with high selectivity and sensitivity over various analytes including the similar structured homocysteine (Hcy) and glutathione (GSH). This probe was successfully applied to bioimage intracellular Cys in living cells with low cytotoxicity.

以草鱼皮为原料提取天然胶原蛋白,经DSC、圆二色谱和SDS-PAGE分析证实为具有完整三螺旋分子结构的Ⅰ型胶原。在不同条件下对该胶原进行热处理后分别获得了低变性、高变性和完全变性的胶原样品,热变性焓测定结果表明热变性程度分别为16.9%,57.9%和100%。在此基础上,重点研究了热变性处理后胶原结构和胶原海绵材料性能的变化。结果表明,草鱼皮胶原变性的起始温度(T_o,33 ℃)是其分子结构和胶原海绵材料性能改变的阀值温度。高于该温度条件下的短暂受热历史即可导致胶原三螺旋结构的部分或完全解离。同时,胶原变性程度的增加,材料结构的有序性、材料力学性能和耐酶解能力也随之降低,但是促细胞增殖能力有所提升。可见,低于胶原热变性的起始温度是天然胶原提取和胶原材料应用的安全温度条件。

摘要:
The catalytic activities of three N-methylimidazole-based phosphine ligands in the Suzuki coupling reaction were tested using PdCl2 as the catalyst. The results showed all three phosphine ligands exhibited excellent activity towards the Suzuki reaction, and the catalytic activity decreased with increasing number of imidazole groups. 摘要:
The preparation of partial acetylation of cellulose derived from rice straw was catalyzed by phosphotungstic acid with various numbers of crystal water, and H3PW12O40.4H2O was found to be as effective catalyst. The yield of the cellulose acetate was significantly enhanced by converting cellulose directly isolated from rice straw into microcrystalline cellulose before acetylation. The optimization of the acetylation was investigated by varying the amount of catalyst and acetic anhydride as well as reaction conditions including reaction time and medium, and a degree of substitution (DS) value of 2.29 and yield of 62.9% were obtained under the optimized conditions. The structure and the formation of the acetylated product were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique, the thermal properties were determined by thermal analysis including thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

Using immersion tests, viscosity measurements, FTIR and SEM, as well as biodegradation tests, biodegradable tung oil coatings were investigated. Results showed that the curing times for different formulae decreased as the amount of catalyst increased. During the curing process, there was an initial induction period where the viscosity remained more or less the same, and after a certain time, a sharp increase in viscosity was observed. The steady viscosity increased with time, revealing a continuous autoxidation process. Microorganisms in the soil attacked the surfaces of the tung oil films either uniformly on the whole plate or at specific weak points, leading to decreased volume, blurring of the small humps as well as holes. The weak point on the crosslinked chain was located at the carbonyl-containing groups, where chemical biodegradation occurred more easily and faster. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
A new near-infrared fluorescent probe was developed for rapid, colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent detection of bisulfite and sulfite anions. This probe is based on a conjugated coumarin-indolium system, which was found to show rapid response, high selectivity and sensitivity for bisulfite/sulfite anions with significant dual colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent signal changes in aqueous solution under mild conditions. The detection limit of this probe for bisulfite was found to be as low as 27 nM. The applications of this probe for bisulfite detection in real food samples and serum samples, and bioimaging of bisulfite in living cells were all successfully investigated. Besides, a simple dipstick-based test system was also developed with this probe for rapid detection of bisulfite. ©2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

The process of PH<inf>3</inf>adsorption removal for purifying yellow phosphorus tail gas on the spot with flower-shaped CuO was investigated in this study. Flower-shaped and irregular-shaped CuO/AC adsorbents were prepared by hydrothermal and impregnation methods, respectively. They can effectively remove PH<inf>3</inf>less than 1 mg m<sup>-3</sup>and the purification efficiency is nearly 100% without fluctuation. However, the morphology of CuO on the adsorbent surface plays an important role in phosphine adsorption. The breakthrough adsorption capacity of the flower-shaped CuO adsorbent was 96.08 mg(PH<inf>3</inf>)/g(adsorbent), which was 2.23 times that for irregular-shaped CuO. The purification efficiency of the flower-shaped CuO was also influenced by temperature, oxygen volume fraction and space velocity. At a temperature of 100 °C and an oxygen volume fraction of 1.6%, the adsorption capacity is the best. The adsorbent can be renewed and the regenerated catalyst can also efficiently remove PH<inf>3</inf>with a purification efficiency of nearly 100%. In the process of catalytic oxidation, according to XPS, we can conclude that CuO plays a very important role in phosphine adsorption and that oxygen is able to accelerate the oxidation of PH<inf>3</inf>and oxidize Cu to regenerate the active species in the process of purification. In this study, the feasibility of using a combined adsorption and Fenton-like oxidation process (with zero-valent iron (ZVI) residue from heat wraps as an absorbent and catalyst) to remove furfural in the solution was evaluated. The influencing parameters (e.g. pH, H2O2 concentration, initial furfural concentration) and the reusability of ZVI residue (to replace the iron powder) were estimated. The ZVI residue was found to have much better adsorption effect on furfural at pH 2.0 compared with pH 6.7. For Fenton-like reaction alone with ZVI residue, the highest furfural removal of 97.5% was observed at the concentration of 0.176 mol/L H2O2, and all of the samples had >80% removal efficiency at different initial furfural concentrations of 2, 10, 20, 30 and 40 mmol/L. However, with a combined adsorption and Fenton-like oxidation, the removal efficiency of furfural was nearly 100% for all treatments. The ZVI residue used for furfural removal was much better than that of iron powder in the Fenton-like reaction at a seven-cycle experiment. This study suggests the combined process of adsorption and Fenton-like oxidation using ZVI residue is effective for the treatment of furfural in the liquid.

SiO<inf>2</inf>@NiO core-shell nanocomposites of ca. 80 nm in diameter with a thin NiO shell were assembled via a facile online deposition of NiO and investigated as an anode for lithium ion batteries. The results indicated that the specific discharge capacity of the obtained SiO<inf>2</inf>@NiO core-shell nanocomposite electrode still retains 585 mA h g<sup>-1</sup>at a discharge current density of 100 mA g<sup>-1</sup>after 60 cycles and presents a coulombic efficiency of almost 100%, exhibiting good cycling stability and excellent rate capability after the first few cycles. This might be accounted for by the reversible lithiation/delithiation of the product Si due to the irreversible lithiation of SiO<inf>2</inf>while the irreversible lithiation of NiO to produce metal Ni nanoparticles is responsible for the activation of SiO<inf>2</inf>, which is demonstrated by comparing the cyclic voltammetries (CVs) and electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) of SiO<inf>2</inf>, NiO and SiO<inf>2</inf>@NiO electrodes. ©2015 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

氧化电解水作为一种新型、高效、环保的杀菌剂,具有广阔的应用前景。但目前在氧化电解水制备过程中,其阳极电催化材料存在效率低和使用寿命短等问题。采用亚当斯融合法制备了Ir_(0.5)Pt_(0.5)O_2复合氧化物电极。通过XRD表征,其晶型为典型的金红石型结构。SEM结果表明虽然颗粒之间存在团聚现象,但是可以明显观察到大量蜂窝状结构存在,提高了催化剂的比表面积和电化学面积。进一步的CV表征证明了这一点,同时在CV图中表现出明显的铂铱复合氧化物结构的特征。利用LSV技术分别考察了Ir_(0.5)Pt_(0.5)O_2的析氯和析氧极化曲线,发现其单位表观面积上析氯活性明显提高,而析氧活性明显降低。计算表明Ir_(0.5)Pt_(0.5)O_2的析氯反应Tafel斜率为56.3 mV·dec~(-1),反应机理为Volmer-Heyrovsky机理,速控步骤为电化学脱附步骤;其析氧反应Tafel斜率为126.6 mV·dec~(-1),控速步骤为催化剂表面氢氧化物的形成。进一步电化学阻抗实验表明在1 g·L~(-1) NaCl溶液中, Ir_(0.5)Pt_(0.5)O_2析氯电催化活性优于IrO_2,这与前面研究结果一致。在此基础上,以Ir_(0.5)Pt_(0.5)O_2/Ti为阳极制备氧化电解水,在相同条件下,其有效氯含量明显优于IrO_2/Ti,同时电解效率也明显提高,强化试验寿命是IrO_2/Ti的3.14倍,大大提高了电极性能,有利于其商品化使用。

The Ag<inf>3</inf>PO<inf>4</inf>/C<inf>3</inf>N<inf>4</inf>composites with improved photocatalytic activity were prepared by a facile in situ deposition of Ag<inf>3</inf>PO<inf>4</inf>particles on the surface of C<inf>3</inf>N<inf>4</inf>sheets and characterized by x-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra, Fourier transform infrared spectra, and photoluminescence spectra. The photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) over the Ag<inf>3</inf>PO<inf>4</inf>/C<inf>3</inf>N<inf>4</inf>composites was investigated and optimized, indicating that the optimal amount of Ag<inf>3</inf>PO<inf>4</inf>in the composites was 90 wt%. The remarkably improved photocatalytic activity of Ag<inf>3</inf>PO<inf>4</inf>/C<inf>3</inf>N<inf>4</inf>composites could be attributed to the effective separation of photogenerated charge carriers. The photoelectrochemical measurements confirmed that the charge separation efficiency was improved for the formation of composites. Moreover, the tests of radical scavengers demonstrated that h<sup>+</sup>and ·O<inf>2</inf><sup>-</sup>were the main active species for the degradation of RhB. ©2015 Materials Research Society.

氧化电解水是一种高效、环保的杀菌剂,在医疗卫生、食品安全和农业生产方面有着广泛的应用。但目前氧化电解水制备过程中,缺少对关键电极材料的研究,没有建立电极材料与杀菌活性因子(HClO)之间的关系。采用热分解法制备RuO_2-SnO_2氧化物合金电极。通过XRD表征可以看出其晶型为典型的金红石型结构,进一步通过循环伏安(CV)表征证明其表面为典型的RuO_2电化学特征,没有SnO_2电化学特征。在此基础上,利用线性伏安(LSV)技术分别考察了RuO_2-SnO_2的析氯极化曲线和析氧极化曲线,研究表明电流密度为70 mA/cm~2时,RuO_2-SnO_2电极的析氯析氧电势差为368 mV,而RuO_2为278 mV,提高了析氯反应选择性。在此基础上,对RuO_2-SnO_2电极在实际制备氧化电解水过程中的电解效率,有效氯含量、次氯酸含量及强化实验寿命进行了考察。结果表明,RuO_2-SnO_2电极比RuO_2电极氯离子电解效率提高了11.34%,有效氯含量提高了35.57%,次氯酸含量提高了33.62%,电极强化实验寿命提高了14倍。最后,通过SEM表征和电化学孔隙率的计算,表明RuO_2-SnO_2电极表面较平整,内部孔隙率大,所以使电解液不容易渗透到电极内部,而使电极的耐腐蚀性和使用寿命都将得到提高。
