中性氧化电解水对冷鲜草鱼肉品质及质构的影响

摘要:
为探讨中性氧化电解水对冷鲜草鱼肉的保鲜效果,对冷藏条件下(4 ℃)冷鲜草鱼肉的品质指标及质构进行检测,并对比贮藏开始和结束后草鱼的肌原纤维组织结构的变化。结果表明:中性氧化电解水能够降低冷鲜鱼肉贮藏过程中菌落总数、假单胞菌数、挥发性盐基氮及硫代巴比妥酸值等品质指标的变化,可将货架期延长4 d左右;与对照组及减菌剂Ⅰ组相比,电解水处理可以减缓冷藏过程中鱼肉肌原纤维的分解,进而减少冷鲜草鱼的硬度、弹性和回复性等质构的变化。在贮藏至第6天,中性氧化电解水处理的冷鲜鱼肉硬度、弹性及回复性分别为对照组的1.23、2.13、1.83倍,且电解水组的肌原纤维相对较长且排布较规整。利用中性氧化电解水可以有效减轻冷鲜草鱼肉贮藏过程中品质及质构的变化,可为淡水鱼冷鲜鱼肉产品的贮藏保鲜技术开发提供参考。

摘要:
A novel approach to averaged intermolecular potential field (AIPF) of methane from viscosity was developed. Using symmetric molecular interaction approximation and Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution function of velocity, equations relating the AIPF and viscosity have been derived. Applying the equations to methane, good agreements were found between high quality viscosity data and the equations via fitting method. Then a formula for methane's AIPF as a function of temperature and density was determined. Obtained results not only give a new method to estimate the AIPF for fluidic system, but also may form a novel base to study the viscosity of other alkane mixtures. © 2017 Elsevier B.V.

Water electrolysis is one of the most promising processes for a hydrogen-based economy, so the development of highly active, durable, and inexpensive catalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) is very important. IrO<inf>2</inf>is known to be one of the most active catalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) in a PEM electrolyzer, but the HER activity of IrO<inf>2</inf>is rarely studied because of its low cathodic current compared to platinum. Herein, an IrO<inf>2</inf>-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>composite oxide was prepared by a thermal decomposition method. The physical and electrochemical characterization of the material was achieved by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Compared to that of IrO<inf>2</inf>, the CV curves of the IrO<inf>2</inf>-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>electrode reveal that hydrogen is more easily adsorbed on the surface, which would lead to the H underpotential deposition (H-UPD) redox current increasing significantly. Therefore, the IrO<inf>2</inf>-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>electrode exhibits higher HER activity than that of the IrO<inf>2</inf>electrode in 0.5 M H<inf>2</inf>SO<inf>4</inf>solution as shown by linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). It is attributed to the electronic structure modification of IrO<inf>2</inf>and synergetic effect between Ir and Fe in the IrO<inf>2</inf>-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>electrode. In addition, the Tafel slope of 36.2 mV dec<sup>-1</sup>suggests that the mechanism for the IrO<inf>2</inf>-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>-catalyzed HER is Volmer-Heyrovsky. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry.

The development of highly active and stable electrocatalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) is central to the area of renewable energy. Si nanocomposites exhibited high efficiency in a light-induced hydrogen evolution reaction. However, there are few reports on the experimental application of the electrochemical HER. Herein, we report a simple synthesis of an intermetallic Pt<inf>2</inf>Si electrode using magnetron sputtering (MS) synthesis. The physical and electrochemical characterization of the materials was achieved by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Herein, the electrochemical catalytic activity towards the HER of an intermetallic Pt<inf>2</inf>Si MS (IM-Pt<inf>2</inf>Si-MS) electrode is demonstrated for the first time. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) curves reveal that the H underpotential deposition (H-UPD) peaks of the IM-Pt<inf>2</inf>Si-MS electrode shift to higher potentials than those of a Pt electrode, which indicates that hydrogen is more easily adsorbed on the Pt<inf>2</inf>Si surface. Thus, the IM-Pt<inf>2</inf>Si-MS electrode exhibited a higher HER activity than that of a Pt electrode in 0.5 M H<inf>2</inf>SO<inf>4</inf>solution through linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). This is attributed to the electronic structure modification of Pt and the synergistic effect of the Pt-Si binary alloy in the IM-Pt<inf>2</inf>Si-MS electrode. In addition, the Tafel slope of 30.5 mV dec<sup>-1</sup>indicates that the mechanism for the Pt<inf>2</inf>Si-catalyzed HER is Volmer-Tafel, for which the combined desorption of hydrogen is the rate-limiting step. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
采用反向传播神经网络法(Back Propagation Neural Network,简称:BPNN)对31种含氮、硫的2-烷基黄原酸酯类润滑油添加剂的抗磨性能进行了摩擦学定量构效关系(Quantitative Structure Tribo-ability Relationship,简称: QSTR)的研究,得到了具有良好的稳定性和预测能力的BPNN-QSTR模型(R~2=0.998 4,R~2(LOO)=0.695 9,q~2=0.879 1).参考输入层的12种2D和3D结构描述符的敏感度,对影响抗磨性能的分子结构进行了相应的探讨.结果表明:分子中的N和S杂原子对其抗磨损性能有显著的影响;同时,分子长度、所含双键S原子和芳香环数量以及分子支化程度等都是影响抗磨性能的主要因素.

摘要:
通过沉积沉淀法与均匀沉淀法制备以坡缕石与伽马氧化铝(Palygorskite-Gamma Alumina,PG-γ-Al_2O_3)为复合载体的负载型NiO-Fe_2O_3 /PG-γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,采用了EDX、XRD、SEM、N_2等温吸附-脱附等手段对催化剂进行了表征与分析。同时利用管式炉考察了NiO-Fe_2O_3 /PG-γ-Al_2O_3催化剂在作物秸秆热解中的催化性能和再生使用寿命及抗积炭能力,并与两种单载体催化剂(NiO-Fe_2O_3 /PG,NiO-Fe_2O_3 /γ-Al_2O_3)进行了比较。结果表明,PG-γ-Al_2O_3复合载体比表面积达134.21 m~2 /g,平均孔径为39.65 nm。NiO-Fe_2O_3 /PG-γ-Al_2O_3催化剂活性组分负载均匀,分散较好且催化剂中同时存在镍铁合金与镍铝尖晶石结构。催化剂活性测试显示,NiO-Fe_2O_3 /PG-γ-Al_2O_3催化剂用于作物秸秆热解具有极高的催化活性,能够显著提高产品燃气品质、燃气中的CO与H_2含量和燃气热值;相比单载体催化剂其催化活性好,再生效果佳,抗积炭能力较强。

Phosphorus doped graphitic carbon nitride (g-C 3 N 4 ) was easily synthesized using ammonium hexafluorophosphate (NH 4 PF 6 ) as phosphorus source, and ammonium thiocyanate (NH 4 SCN) as g-C 3 N 4 precursor, through a direct thermal co-polycondensation procedure. The obtained phosphorus doped g-C 3 N 4 was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR), UV–vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra (UV-DRS), photoelectrochemical measurement and photoluminescence spectra (PL). The photocatalytic activities of phosphorus doped g-C 3 N 4 samples were evaluated by degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) solution under visible light irradiation. The results showed that the phosphorus doped g-C 3 N 4 had a superior photocatalytic activity than that of pristine g-C 3 N 4 , attributing to the phosphorus atoms substituting carbon atoms of g-C 3 N 4 frameworks to result in light harvesting enhancement and delocalized π-conjugated system of this copolymer, beneficial for the increase of photocatalytic performance. The photoelectrochemical measurements also verified that the charge carrier separation efficiency was promoted by phosphorus doping g-C 3 N 4 . Moreover, the tests of radical scavengers demonstrated that the holes (h + ) and superoxide radicals ([rad]O 2 − ) were the main active species for the degradation of RhB. © 2016 Elsevier B.V.

Crude cellulose was isolated from rice straw and then converted into microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) via partial hydrolysis. Both the isolation and partial hydrolysis were carried out under microwave. Rice straw was successively pretreated with alkaline and acid solutions before hydrolysis. Lignin and silica were almost removed but partial removal of hemicellulose in dilute alkali solution, and the residual hemicellulose was further removed in dilute acid solution. The total removal rates of hemicellulose, lignin and silica reached up 92.0%, 98.5%, and 96.8%, respectively. The cellulose content of 93.6 wt % in MCC was given by partial hydrolysis of crude cellulose isolated from rice straw. The comparison between microwave irradiation and traditional heating method was also investigated. Compared to traditional heating method, similar results were obtained while milder conditions, including shorter time and lower temperature, were required. An effective microwave-assisted and energy-efficient methodology using rice straw as the alternative source of cellulose fiber was developed. ©2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Orientation of fibrous collagen structures plays an important role not only in the native function of various biological tissues but also in the development of next-generation tissue engineering scaffolds. However, the controlled assembly of collagen in vitro into an anisotropic structure, avoiding complex technical procedures and specialized apparatus, remains a challenge. Here, an oriented collagen matrix was fabricated at the macroscale by simple centrifugation, and the aligned topographical features of the resulting collagen matrix were revealed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and small angle X-ray scattering. The aligned matrix exhibited a higher ultimate tensile strength and strain than a random matrix. Centrifugation had an impact on the diameter and density of the collagen fibrils, while it had no effect on their native D-periodicity and thermal stability. Additionally, structural anisotropy of the collagen matrix facilitated the proliferation and migration of NIH/3T3 fibroblasts, compared with the random one. This simple and cost-effective method could lead to mass production of aligned collagen matrices and future possibilities for different applications in tissue engineering.

To utilize the fast-growing Eucalyptus residue (FGER) for energy application, the pyrolysis kinetics of FGER was studied by a new simple distributed activation energy model (DAEM) through thermogravimetry analysis at different heating rates of 10, 20, 30, 40, and 100 °C/min from room temperature to 1000 °C. The results showed that the DAEM could fit the experimental data well. The pyrolysis weight loss process of FGER could be divided into four stages. The first and second stages were attributed to hemicellulose decomposition located at α = 0-0.1 and α = 0.11-0.34 with activation energies of 117 and 155.8 kJ/mol, respectively. It was found that cellulose pyrolysis occurred in the third stage, which covers a conversion range of α = 0.35-0.74 with E = 182.9 kJ/mol. The fourth stage represented the tails of the differential thermogravimetry curve and occurred at high conversion with a high activation energy value. The DAEM fitted the experiments well in low conversion, α < 0.8. The weight fraction distribution in the fourth stage was complex, which indicated the heterogeneity of the reaction. © 2017 American Chemical Society.

Photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity over MoS_2/ZnIn_2S_4 microspheres

MoS_2/ZnIn_2S_4 composites with MoS_2 anchored on the surface of ZnIn_2S_4 microspheres were synthesized by a two-step hydrothermal process. The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, ultraviolet–visible diffuse reflectance absorption spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption– desorption measurements, photoluminescence spectroscopy, and photoelectrochemical tests. The influence of the loading of MoS_2 on the photocatalytic H_2 evolution activity was investigated using lactic acid as a sacrificial reagent. A H_2 evolution rate of 343 μmol/h was achieved under visible light irradiation over the 1 wt% MoS_2/ZnIn_2S_4 composite, corresponding to an apparent quantum efficiency of about 3.85% at 420 nm monochromatic light. The marked improvement of the photocatalytic H_2 evolution activity compared with ZnIn_2S_4 can be ascribed to efficient transfer and separation of photogenerated charge carriers and facilitation of the photocatalytic H_2 evolution reaction at the MoS_2 active sites.

Cu(acac)<inf>2</inf>/n-Bu<inf>4</inf>NBr/Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>@MCM-41 was prepared by supporting Cu(acac)<inf>2</inf>as well as n-Bu<inf>4</inf>NBr on complex support of Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>@MCM-41 and developed as binary supported catalyst for the synthesis of styrene carbonate (SC) via the coupling reaction of styrene oxide (SO) with carbon dioxide (CO<inf>2</inf>). The activity of the supported catalyst was investigated by supporting Cu(acac)<inf>2</inf>and n-Bu<inf>4</inf>NBr alone or together, varying molar ratio of materials and reaction conditions including CO<inf>2</inf>pressure, reaction temperature as well as time. Cu(acac)<inf>2</inf>/n-Bu<inf>4</inf>NBr/Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf>@MCM-41 displayed higher catalytic activity than that of single supported catalyst, homologous homogenous catalytic system composed of Cu(acac)<inf>2</inf>and n-Bu<inf>4</inf>NBr in terms of the conversion of SO and the yield of SC. Excellent SC yield at 87.5% was obtained under optimized conditions. The recyclability of binary supported catalyst was also performed. No obvious loss in the activity was observed at the initial 3 cycles and the subsequent loss in the catalytic performance can be recovered by supplementing moderate amount of n-Bu<inf>4</inf>NBr. ©2017 Elsevier Ltd. 摘要:
1,2,3-Trimethoxypropane (1,2,3-TMP) is the trimethyl ether of propane-1,2,3-triol, better known as glycerol, which can be derived from triglycerides originating from either plant or animal sources. Despite its simple structure and the ubiquity of its glycerol precursor, successful synthesis of 1,2,3-TMP was only recently reported in the literature, with studies suggesting it may be a "green" and nontoxic alternative to solvents such as diglyme, a constitutional isomer. However, no thermophysical properties of 1,2,3-TMP have yet been reported. Furthermore, the structure of 1,2,3-TMP is also analogous to polyether solvents used in the Selexol process for removal of CO2 and other "acid" gases from CH4, H2, etc. As such, examining the solubility of CO2 in 1,2,3-TMP is also of interest. This work details our initial studies and characterization of 1,2,3-TMP as a physical solvent for CO2 absorption, as well as the characterization of its density, viscosity, and vapor pressure with respect to temperature. 1,2,3-TMP exhibits favorable properties, and glycerol-derived triethers warrant deeper consideration as new solvents for CO2 absorption and other gas treating applications. © 2016 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
A Hybrid collagen fibril (HCF) assembled from xenogeneic collagens is a special kind of collagen fibrils in vivo and plays an important role in living systems. Inspired by nature, can a HCF form in vitro? Herein, we fabricated a new HCF by neutralizing a mixture of type I bullfrog (Rana catesbeiana Shaw) skin collagen and porcine (Sus scrofa domesticus) skin collagen with a phosphate buffer, and investigated its physicochemical properties. Self-assembly kinetics and fluorescence-quenching experiments showed that a significant intermolecular interaction and co-assembly behavior occurred between bullfrog skin collagen and porcine skin collagen, thus confirming that xenogeneic collagens can self-assemble to form HCF. Differential scanning calorimetry revealed that the thermal stability of HCF was completely different from that of the syngeneic bullfrog skin and porcine skin collagen fibrils. This finding indicated that a new kind of collagen fibril was fabricated successfully. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy tests showed that the diameters and D-periodicity lengths of HCF were smaller than those of the syngeneic collagen fibrils, suggesting that the morphological features of HCF were distinguished from those of the syngeneic fibril samples. Moreover, viscoelasticity of a collagen gel also changed after the self-assembly of xenogeneic collagens. Meanwhile, the obtained hybrid gel still exhibited good biocompatibility and cell proliferation properties. Finding from this work provides a new idea for the improvement or regulation of collagen-based products performance. © 2017, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.

摘要:
The BiOBr/Ag3PO4 composites were fabricated by a facile in situ deposition of Ag3PO4 nanoparticles on the BiOBr microsheets and analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, high resolution transmission electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra, Fourier transform infrared, Raman, photoluminescence (PL), and photoelectrochemical techniques. The photocatalytic performances of as-prepared samples were investigated and compared through degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) solution. The results suggested that 30 wt% amount of BiOBr in the composites possessed the highest photocatalytic activity. The remarkably improved photocatalytic performances of BiOBr/Ag3PO4 composites could be ascribed to the efficient separation of electron-hole pairs, due to suitable energy band potentials between BiOBr and Ag3PO4. Furthermore, the photoelectrochemical and PL tests verified the separation and transfer efficiency of charges was promoted.

Electrolyzed oxidizing water (EO water) with low pH (2.2-2.7), high oxidation-reduction potential (ORP >1100 mV), and available chlorine content (ACC) of 30-80 mg L<sup>-1</sup>has an efficiently bactericidal activity and wide adaptability against many food-borne pathogens. EO water could be generated by electrolysis of a dilute NaCl solution in an electrolysis chamber with a Pt/Ti electrode. In this study, the Pt/Ti electrode was prepared by magnetron sputtering technique. The electrode surface has the characteristic of specific growth along the [111] direction. At the same time, the platinum electrodes prepared through thermal decomposition and electrodeposition as the control were also investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were employed to study the performances of these three types of Pt/Ti electrode. The effects of the physicochemical properties of the Pt electrodes on their electrochemical behaviors were studied. Furthermore, the values of pH, ORP, ACC, Cl<sup>-</sup>and the sterilization effect of EO water using these Pt electrodes as anode materials have been systematically discussed. In addition, the content of HClO, ClO<sup>-</sup>, O<inf>3</inf>and dissolved oxygen in EO water using the Pt-MS electrode has also been reported in this article. ©2017 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

Anisotropic conductive films (ACFs) composed of an adhesive polymer resin and fine conductive particles such as metal-coated polymer conductive particles are interconnect materials for fine-pitch flex-on-flex (FOF) assembly technologies due to their fine-pitch handling capability, low-temperature bonding, and stable electrical properties due to the compliance of polymer conductive particles. For the ultrafine pitch FOF assembly, the polymer conductive particle content becomes more important due to electrical storage problem between electrodes. To design better quality ACFs materials for 50- μm FOF assemblies, the effects of polymer conductive particle contents on the electrical stability and reliability of FOF ACFs joints were investigated. It was found that the bonding temperature should be less than the deformation temperature of polymer conductive particles, and proper conductive particles content should be applied to obtain the stable joint contact resistance and ACF joint morphology. When the conductive particle contents increased more than 4wt%, the gap width between the top and bottom electrodes increased and the deformation of conductive particles became less, resulting in higher contact resistance. Therefore, 4wt% of conductive particle ACFs bonded at 175 °C, 2 MPa for 10 s showed the lowest contact resistance of 36.2 mΩ and excellent thermal cycle (T/C) reliability up to 1000 cycles. As a result, the optimum polymer conductive particles contents and the bonding conditions such as temperature, pressure, and times were achieved to obtain the best performance and T/C reliability of 50- μm pitch FOF assembly using ACFs. © 2011-2012 IEEE.

摘要:
This paper describes a promising micro-channel multiplex immunoassay method based on the quantum dots encoded beads which requires micro-volume sample. Briefly, Au nanoparticles coated polystyrene (PS) beads were prepared and Quantum dots (QDs) were employed to encode 4 types of the PS beads by different emission wavelength QDs and various intensities. Different coding types of the beads were immobilized with different antibodies on the surface and BSA was used to block the unsatisfied sites. The antibody linked beads were then arranged in the 150 μm diameter optical capillary where the specific reactions took place before the detections. Results showed that the antibody on the Au coated surface maintains the bioactivity for the immunoreactions. Using this system, the fluorescent intensity was linear with analyte concentration in the range of 1×10<sup>-7</sup>-1×10<sup>-5</sup> mg/mL (RSD<5%, 4 repeats) and the lower detection limit reached 5×10<sup>-8</sup> mg/mL. It was proved to be a promising approach for the future miniaturization analytical devices.<br/> ©2015 Elsevier B.V.

Quantitative structure-activity relationship methods are used to study the quantitative structure triboability relationship (QSTR), which refers to the tribology capability of a compound from the calculation of structure descriptors. Here, we used the Bayesian regularization neural network (BRNN) to establish a QSTR prediction model. Two-dimensional (2D) BRNN–QSTR models can flexibly and easily estimate lubricant-additive antiwear properties. Our results show that electron transfer and heteroatoms (such as S, P, O, and N) in a lubricant-additive molecule improve the antiwear ability. We also found that molecular connectivity indices are good descriptors of 2D BRNN–QSTR models.

摘要:
The CdS/C3N4 composites with efficient photocatalytic performance under visible light irradiation were synthesized by a facile sonochemical route. The as-prepared CdS/C3N4 composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high -resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra (DRS), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and photoluminescence spectra (PL). The photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) by the CdS/C3N4 composites was explored and optimized, suggesting the optimal amount of CdS in the composites was 50 wt%. The significantly enhanced photocatalytic activity of CdS/C3N4 composites could be attributed to the effectively interfacial transfer of photogenerated charge carriers between CdS and C3N4, which restrained the recombination of electron hole pairs.
