摘要:
A novel wet-chemical method for the preparation of silver flakes was studied. The well-defined particles were prepared by directly adding FeSO_4 solution into AgNO_3 solution containing citric acid at an agitation speed of 150 r/min at room temperature. The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that particles are irregular thin silver flakes. And the sizes of them range from 2 to 10 μm. It is found that citric acid plays an important role in the formation of sliver flakes. There is an optimum amount of citric acid for the preparation of silver flakes by this method. It is also found that high reduction rate is favorable for the formation of silver flakes.

酸溶性三文鱼皮胶原蛋白超滤脱盐的研究

摘要:
本研究采用了超滤膜分离技术,对三文鱼皮酸溶性胶原蛋白(ASC)进行了脱盐提纯的研究。研究了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜对不同浓度胶原蛋白溶液的截留效果,当胶原溶液质量分数为1.2%时,截留率为90%;还讨论了胶原溶液质量分数、超滤操作压强、料液初始温度和超滤次数对脱盐效果的影响。结果表明,随着料液浓度降低、压力增大、料液初始温度升高(≤30℃)、超滤次数增多,脱盐率越高。当料液初始浓度为1.2%,温度为30℃,压力为0.3MPa,超滤7次时,氯离子脱除率可达到74.4%。

The synthesis of electrochemically active α-LiFeO<inf>2</inf> nanoparticles in absolute ethanol at ambient temperature was developed using LiOH·H<inf>2</inf>O and Fe(NO<inf>3</inf>)<inf>3</inf>·9H <inf>2</inf>O as starting materials and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). The electrochemical performance of the α-LiFeO<inf>2</inf> nanoparticles as cathode materials for lithium secondary batteries showed that the initial discharge capacity of α-LiFeO<inf>2</inf> (theoretical capacity of 282 mA h g<sup>-1</sup>) nanoparticles was 290.6, 194, and 183.8 mA h g<sup>-1</sup> at 0.1, 1 and 2 C, respectively, which was one of the previous reported highest values. Especially, α-LiFeO<inf>2</inf> nanoparticles exhibited improved cycle stability at 2 C. The capacity retention was around 55.2% with the discharge capacity of 101.5 mA h g<sup>-1</sup> after 50 cycles at 2 C. ©2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
Spinous spheres of Mn<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf> nanoparticles have been successfully prepared using cationic monomer doped manganese acetate as precursory solid and thermal decomposition at 400 °C. The product was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The adsorption performance of spinous spheres composed of Mn<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf> for 1-Naphthyl ethylene diamine-4-azobenzene-4'-sulfonic acid was investigated. The adsorbent showed high efficiency for the decolorization of 1-Naphthyl ethylene diamine-4-azobenzene- 4'-sulfonic acid for in contaminated water. ©(2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
In this study, a novel method is presented for the preconcentration of trace silver using titanium dioxide nanotubes (TDNTs) as a new adsorption material packed into microcolumn prior to the determination by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The adsorption and elution behaviors of silver ion studied on TDNTs were investigated systematically under dynamic conditions. The effects of pH, sample flow rate and volume, elution solution, and interfering ions on the preconcentration and separation of the analytes were examined in detail. The adsorption capacity of TDNTs for Ag was found to be 8.5 mg g(-1). Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit (3 sigma) of this method was 0.021 ng mL(-1) for Ag, and the relative standard deviation was 4.5% (n=9, c=0.5 ng mL(-1)). This method was applied to the determination of trace Ag in biological samples with recoveries of 92.0-106%. In order to validate this method, a certified reference material of GBW 07604 Poplar Leaves was analyzed, and the determined values were in good agreement with the certified values.

分三步合成新型防腐剂富马酸葡萄糖异丙酯.讨论了第三步的合成条件,确定了反应最佳条件:富马酸异丙酯单酰氯(mol):葡萄糖(mol) =4:1,反应温度70~90℃,反应时间80~90 min,产率达75.4%.研究了富马酸葡萄糖异丙酯对常见细菌、霉菌、酵母菌的抑制效果,并探讨了其在酱油、食醋等调味品中的防腐保鲜效果.

以从头计算Hartree-Fock分子轨道法计算了苯并恶唑、苯并咪唑、苯并噻唑、二氢噻唑以及哌嗪5种母核的17种含氮杂环衍生物润滑油添加剂的量子化学结构参数,通过多元线性回归分析研究了这些分子的摩擦系数与量子化学结构参数之间的关系,建立了具有良好拟合效果和预测能力的摩擦学定量构效关系模型.结果表明,含氮杂环衍生物的总能量和偶极矩是影响其减摩性能的主要量子化学结构参数,并对减摩机理进行了探讨.

摘要:
The p-n junction photocatalysts TiO 2 /BiOI consisting of floriated BiOI decorated with TiO 2 nanoparticles were synthesized by a facile one-pot solvothermal route using ethanol-water mixed solvent. The as-prepared TiO 2 /BiOI composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra (DRS), nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurement and Photoluminescence spectra (PL). The TiO 2 /BiOI composites displayed much higher photocatalytic activities than that of pure BiOI and TiO 2 for the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) under visible light irradiation. The significantly enhanced photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 /BiOI composite could be attributed to the formation of p-n junction between p-type BiOI and n-type TiO 2 , which effectively separates the photogenerated electron-hole pairs. © 2014 by American Scientific Publishers.

摘要:
采用16种无机化合物对UHMWPE进行改性,在载荷98 N、转速60.18 mm/s、运动半径0.5 cm和干摩擦条件下,在UMT-3型微摩擦试验机上,测定纯UHMWPE及改性UHMWPE与不锈钢球(3 mm 100Cr6钢球)对摩60 min时摩擦因数的变化,测定其磨痕宽度和深度,并对磨损表面进行XRD 分析。结果发现:10%和5%二硫化钨、15%氧化锆及5%氮化铝改性UHMWPE的平均摩擦因数较小,它们适于干摩擦条件下与钢配副;5%硫化银、10%氧化铝及15%氮化硅改性UHMWPE的磨痕宽度和深度明显较纯UHMWPE的小,其磨损面和未磨损面的XRD分析结果一致,说明在轻微磨损过程中并未发生晶型改变。

摘要:
A facile and effective method for the preparation of microencapsulated ammonium polyphosphate (MAPP) by in situ surface polymerization was introduced. The 'polyurethane-like' shell structure on the surface of MAPP was characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The hydrophobicity and thermal behavior of MAPP were studied by using water contact angle tests and thermogravimetric analysis. The foam density and mechanical properties of polyurethane (PU) rigid foams were investigated. The flame retardancy of PU rigid foams formulated with MAPP was evaluated by using limiting oxygen index and cone calorimetry. The results show that MAPP can greatly increase the flame retardancy of PU materials. Also, there is a synergistic effect between MAPP and expandable graphite in flame retarding PU rigid foams. Moreover, the water resistance property of PU/MAPP composites is better than that of PU/ammonium polyphosphate. The morphology and chemical structure of PU/MAPP rigid foams after burning were systematically investigated. ©2013 Society of Chemical Industry.

薄荷叶缓蚀剂对热轧碳钢的缓蚀作用

摘要:
为抑制碳钢酸洗时的腐蚀,采用加热回流萃取法从薄荷叶中提取了一种新型绿色缓蚀剂。采用失重法和极化曲线法测试了薄荷叶缓蚀剂在20~50℃时对2 mol/L HC1中热轧碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明:薄荷叶缓蚀剂对热轧碳钢的缓蚀效率随其浓度增加而增大,最大缓蚀率达到87.8%;当浓度小于80 mg/L时,温度升高,缓蚀效率减小;浓度大于80 mg/L时,温度升高,缓蚀效率增大;薄荷叶缓蚀剂在热轧碳钢表面的吸附作用符合Lang-muir吸附模型;薄荷叶缓蚀剂对热轧碳钢的缓蚀机理为几何覆盖效应,同时抑制腐蚀反应的阴、阳极过程,属于混合型缓蚀剂。

摘要:
以油菜籽、亚麻籽为原料,压榨饼残油率为指标,研究两种油料的压榨特性。通过单因素实验考察油料入榨水分含量、入榨温度、环境温度对两种油料压榨饼残油率的影响。在单因素实验基础上,通过正交实验优化得到: 油菜籽最佳压榨工艺条件为入榨水分含量3%、入榨温度65℃、环境温度25℃,在最佳工艺条件下油菜籽压榨饼残油率为9.32%; 亚麻籽最佳压榨工艺条件为入榨水分含量3%、入榨温度65℃、环境温度30℃,在最佳工艺条件下亚麻籽压榨饼残油率为8.01%。物性测试结果表明,亚麻籽的硬度、脆性大于油菜籽的; 两种油料子叶细胞及其压榨饼的透射电镜结果表明,经过压榨油料细胞结构严重变形并被破坏,实现了油脂与压榨饼的液固分离。

本文采用液相化学还原法,以CuSO4为原料,PVP(聚乙烯醇)为分散剂,水合肼作为还原剂,在碱性条件下制备微米铜粉。考察了不同的工艺条件对制备微米铜的尺寸与形状的影响。结果表明:CuSO4浓度为0.7mol/L,水合肼浓度为4mol/L,PVP加入量为2g,pH为11,温度为70℃的工艺条件有助于提高微米铜颗粒的稳定性,得到趋于球状、粒径较小(小于300nm)的微米铜颗粒。

采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测定压榨亚麻籽油和菜籽油的起始氧化温度,并采用 DSC法和油脂氧化稳定性测定仪(Rancimat)法测定两种食用油在不同氧化温度下的诱导氧化时间。实验结果表明:亚麻籽油的起始氧化温度比菜籽油的起始氧化温度低30℃;DSC 法和 Rancimat法测定的诱导氧化时间均随氧化温度升高而缩短,两种方法在不同氧化温度下的诱导氧化时间有显著的线性相关性;DSC 法的诱导氧化时间与氧化温度的相关系数最高,更利于未知温度下诱导氧化时间的推导。在检测方法上,与 Rancimat 法比较,DSC 法用量小,测定时间短,更适于食用油的快速氧化稳定性测定。

合成了新型N,N’一双呋喃甲醛缩乙二胺配体及其锌配合物,并利用元素分析,红外光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱等方法对配体及其配合物进行了表征.将席夫碱锌配合物作为电解质应用在染料敏化纳米晶薄膜太阳能电池中,由于ZnLI2具有较高的离子导电性,使得基于ZnLI2电解质的电池有较高的短路光电流,IPCE和光电转化效率.在100 mW/cm2白光照射下,基于ZnLI2电解质的电池能量转化效率达到7.90%.

摘要:
Cleaner production is one of sustainable development approaches for wastepaper papermaking industry. Current situation of a wastepaper papermaking enterprise was analyzed, and it showed that the unit product energy consumption, pollutant generation had large cleaner production potential. 16 cleaner production solutions were generated through material balance analysis, advanced technologies collection, experts consultation and other ways. After the plans were carried out, 7.83% of pollutants were cut down, 7.62% of energy was saved, 1.57% of waste paper was reduced, 1.68% of dry fiber raw material was decreased, and 8.80% of reused industrial water increased equally. Cleaner production was an effective way for wastepaper papermaking industry to save energy, reduce energy consumption, reduce pollution, and increase benefit.
