摘要:
采用电-Fenton法来治理微污染水体中的苯胺,并从单因素实验、正交实验及能量消耗等进行研究。结果表明:分批投加方式的苯胺去除率比一次性投加的要高;双氧水在0.3 m L最佳投加量时,最大去除率为92.4%;电流密度从1.67 m A/cm2增加到5 m A/cm2时,去除率随电流密度的增加而增加,且单位质量能耗Em和单位体积能耗Ev都显著增加;苯胺的去除率随初始浓度的增加而降低,在150 min时,效率从96.7%下降到84.1%。通过正交实验确定了影响因素的主次顺序和最佳反应条件。

Modifications by impregnation and grafting are commonly used for the preparation of amine-functionalized MCM-41. A comprehensive evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods was performed in this work. MCM-41 was synthesized by the hydrothermal method, setting the amine-loading mass fraction at 40, 50, and 60 wt %. Three amine-modified adsorbents were prepared by impregnating polyethylenimine (PEI), and the three other adsorbents were prepared by grafting 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) onto MCM-41. The as-prepared adsorbents were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques. CO2 adsorption capacities were measured, and the experimental data were fitted with adsorption kinetic models. The cyclic stability of the adsorbents prepared by the two kinds of amine-modified methods was compared using the cyclic adsorption-desorption experiments. The characterization results showed that the target adsorbents were prepared successfully. The thermal stability of the adsorbents modified by grafting was better than the thermal stability of the adsorbents modified by the impregnation. Maximum CO2 adsorption capacities of 3.53 mmol g-1 (50% PEI-MCM-41) and 2.41 mmol g-1 (50% APTS-MCM-41) could be reached at 25 °C and 1 atm, which were 4.7 and 3.2 times greater than that of MCM-41. The Avrami model fitted the experimental data well, indicating a variety of interactions between the adsorbents and CO2. CO2 adsorption capacity after 5 adsorption-desorption cycles decreased by 14.22 and 5.19% for the adsorbents prepared by impregnation and grafting, respectively. It was concluded that MCM-41 modified by impregnation and grafting followed the same kinetic model. The absorbents modified by impregnation showed higher CO2 adsorption capacity and amine-loading efficiency, while those prepared by grafting had better thermal and cyclic stabilities. © 2017 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
通过对废弃粉末活性炭(WPAC)进行热解再生实验,采用热重(TG)、红外分析(FTIR)、表面分析(BET)、 X射线衍射(XRD)表征手段,分析了废弃粉末活性炭热解再生前后的比表面积、孔隙结构及再生过程中有机物分解的初步规律。同时比较了废弃粉末活性炭再生前后对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附性能,对WPAC热解再生效果进行了评价。实验得出的最佳热解再生条件是以氮气为载气,热解温度650℃,热解时间2h。在此再生条件下,再生炭(RPAC)的比表面积为1161.4m~2/g,恢复到新鲜活性炭的94.5%;废弃粉末活性炭再生前后对亚甲基蓝的吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,吸附容量为420.5mg/g,恢复到新鲜炭的89.6%。由此结果表明,WPAC经热解再生后表面化学性质、孔隙结构及吸附性能均得到有效恢复。

摘要:
Electrospun nanofibrous TiO 2 /g-C 3 N 4 heterojunction photocatalysts with different TiO 2 content have been synthesized via a facile electrospinning and subsequent in situ evaporation and calcination process for the first time, which are examined in terms of morphology, component content, optical properties, PL spectra, photocurrent response, EIS measurement, photocatalytic activity and mechanism. SEM images exhibit TiO 2 /g-C 3 N 4 -4 heterojunction photocatalyst possesses the excellent 1D structure. HRTEM and element mapping images confirm the formation of heterojunction structure. DRS tests identify that TiO 2 /g-C 3 N 4 -4 heterojunction exhibits the intensitive absorption in both UV and visible light region. The photoelectrochemical tests prove that the recombination between electrons and holes are effectively inhibited. Based on TG analysis and photodegradation experiments, TiO 2 /g-C 3 N 4 -4 heterojunction photocatalyst with TiO 2 content of 29.30 wt% possesses the best photocatalytic degradation efficiency for the RhB among the g-C 3 N 4 , TiO 2 and their mixture under simulated sunlight irradiation. Moreover, 1D morphology of TiO 2 /g-C 3 N 4 -4 heterojunction photocatalyst is in favor of separating from solution for reuse and transferring the electrons, and maintains a very high photocatalytic degradation efficiency of 96% even after four recycles experiments, which is beneficial for practical application. © 2017 Elsevier B.V.

The regeneration of WPAC through pyrolysis and its adsorption capacity of phosphorus were studied. The optimum conditions for WPAC regeneration were 650 degrees C and 2 h which resulted in a recovery of BET surface and total pore volume with a value of 1161.4 m(2)/g and 1.2176 m(3)/g. WPAC had a maximum PO4(3-)-P adsorption capacity of 9.65 mg/g which was 48.93% of PAC, while RWPAC had a maximum PO4(3-)-P adsorption capacity of 15.31 mg/g which was 77.64% of PAC. The kinetic analysis revealed that Langmuir model could well describe the adsorption process of PAC, WPAC and RWPAC on PO4(3-)-P and the PO4(3-)-P adsorption followed the pseudo-second-order model.

摘要:
To avoid deficiencies of traditional electrocoagulation process, electrocoagulation process powered by renewable photovoltaic energy has been directly employed to remove Ni from wastewater. Results show that under the solar irradiation intensity (SII) of 750 - 30 W/sq m, Al electrode has higher Ni removal efficiency (NRE) than graphite and Ti and its NRE was almost 100% in 40 min. An optimum distance of 20 mm was determined for the electrode gap. NRE in 40 min almost decreased from 99.6% to 78.8% when initial Ni2+ concentration increased from 100 to 300 mg/L. Under the SII of 610 - 40 W/sq m, solution containing SO42- of 3.4 mmol/L got the highest NRE, while wastewater containing Cl- of 6.8 mmol/L had the lowest. Also, effluent, including SO42- of 1.7 and Cl- of 3.4 mmol/L, showed a higher NRE as well. NRE in 40 min increased when output power of the photovoltaic panel changed from 30 to 90 W, but did not show an obviously increasing tendency when the power improved further to 120 W.

摘要:
本文研究了不同负荷条件下猪粪厌氧消化过程中pH值、氢气和硫化氢对于有机物降解的影响.结果表明,氢气的浓度变化从1-27ppm,硫化氢的浓度从900-3800ppm,系统的pH值则保持相对的温度.一级动力学模型能够很好的预测厌氧消化有机物的降解过程,三种因子对于有机物降解动力学的影响顺序为pH〉H2〉H2S.同时随着负荷的升高,pH值和氢气对厌氧消化的影响增大,而硫化氢则没有明显变化.

摘要:
以羟基自由基清除率为抗氧化活性的评价指标,采用水杨酸法研究冲泡时间、冲泡次数、冲泡温度、冲泡水质对藤茶的自由基清除活性的影响,研究藤茶的最佳冲泡条件,比较不同茶叶(藤茶、绿茶)的抗氧化性。同时采用邻苯三酚法,考察藤茶对超氧阴离子自由基的清除活性。结果表明,藤茶具有比绿茶更优异和稳定的抗氧化活性,藤茶最佳冲泡工艺为采用去离子水在80℃条件下单次冲泡20 min,此时藤茶茶汤具有最优的抗氧化活性,0.5 mL一次茶汤对羟基自由基的清除率可以达到81.9%。

摘要:
The synthesis of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (HMF) from cellulose via a two-step process was investigated. To optimize reaction conditions, the separate conversion of cellulose and glucose was first performed in tetrahydrofuran (THF) and N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) via a one-step process using hosphotungstic acid (PHA) as catalyst. The direct conversion of cellulose to HMF was then performed via the two-step process. The first step and the second step were carried out in THF and the mixture solvent composed of THF/DMF, respectively. Cellulose was converted to HMF and glucose in the first step in THF. Both of cellulose and the as-formed glucose were then converted to HMF in the second step. The conversion of cellulose to HMF and glucose were significantly improved by the two-step process, and the total yield of HMF and glucose was elevated from 52.1 to 97.0%. A possible mechanism for the formation of HMF from cellulose via the two-step process was also proposed. © 2018 Elsevier Ltd

摘要:
Although the use of ‘task-specific’ amine-functionalized imidazolium-based ionic liquids (ILs) such as [NH2emim][BF4] and conventional imidazolium-based ILs [bmim][BF4]), as absorbents for CO2 capture, possesses some unique advantages, they have a number of disadvantages when independently used for CO2 capture. This study examined a series of binary liquid mixtures of [NH2emim][BF4] and [bmim][BF4] for CO2 capture, exploiting the advantages and reducing the disadvantages of each of the components. The CO2 absorption performances of the mixtures were investigated as well as their physicochemical properties. Densities, viscosities, and surface tensions of the mixtures of varying molar fractions of [NH2e-mim][BF4] (from 0.2–0.5 mol/mol) were experimentally measured over a temperature range of 298.0–343.0 K at a fixed pressure of 0.1 MPa. Thermal expansion coefficients, excess logarithmic viscosities, surface entropies, and surface enthalpies were calculated based on the experimental data. All the estimated physicochemical properties in a mixture with a mole fraction of [NH2e-mim][BF4] of 0.4 had variation characteristics significantly different from those in mixtures with other mole fractions, which might be attributed to the large interaction between the two kinds of IL components and showed a positive effect on CO2 absorption and desorption. The above laws were consistent with those of the CO2 capture performances of the IL mixtures basically. An IL mixture containing 0.4 mol/mol [NH2e-mim][BF4] and 0.6 mol/mol [bmim][BF4] would be an optimal CO2-capturing absorbent. 轮胎热解焦镍催化剂的制备及在秸秆热解燃气重整中的应用

以废弃汽车外轮胎热解后的副产物轮胎碳为原料,利用均匀沉淀法制备以轮胎焦(Tyre char,TC)为载体的负载型Ni/TC催化剂,采用EDX、SEM、XRD、TG、BET手段对催化剂进行了表征与分析,同时使用管式炉测试了Ni/TC催化剂在秸秆热解中的催化性能,并考察了热解温度,保温时间,镍负载量,使用时间对秸秆热解燃气重整效果的影响。研究结果表明;Ni/TC催化剂存在Ni-3ZnC0.7结构,活性组分负载良好,分散均匀,热稳定性好,比表面积为51m2·g-1。催化剂活性测试显示:Ni/TC催化剂用于作物秸秆气化燃气重整具有极强的催化活性,可显著提高燃气中可燃气体含量;气化温度在750℃、保温时间20min、30%的Ni负载量时Ni/TC催化剂的催化效率最高,连续使用850min后,燃气中的H2含量仍相对提高到50%以上,催化活性依然较强且趋于稳定。

Alcohol amine solutions have a high absorption capacity and rate for CO 2 capture, however, there are some shortcomings such as high energy-consumption and low stability. To enhance CO 2 capture performance of aqueous MEA, a functional ionic liquid ([NH 2 e-mim][BF 4 ]) was introduced based on the advantages for CO 2 capture. Absorbents were prepared with the molar concentration ratio of [NH 2 e-mim][BF 4 ] to the 30 vol% aqueous MEA of 010, 1:9, 2:8, 3:7, 4:6 and 6:4. The density and the viscosity of the investigated absorbents were measured and the effects of the molar fraction of [NH 2 e-mim][BF 4 ] (n I ) and temperature on CO 2 absorption performance were investigated. CO 2 desorption performance of the solvent at different temperatures was discussed. The stability performance of the absorbent with n I of 2:8 (I/M 2:8 ) was examined by five consecutive cyclic tests. The results showed that for pure CO 2 , the I/M 2:8 displayed the highest absorption performance at 303 K under 1 bar: A comparable CO 2 absorption capacity of the 30 vol% aqueous MEA and a higher CO 2 absorption rate at the later absorption stage. Moreover, with the increase of temperature, CO 2 absorption capacity and rate decreased, while CO 2 desorption efficiency and rate increased. 393 K was chosen as the optimum desorption temperature with the desorption efficiency of 99.31%. The introducing of IL contributed to CO 2 desorption performance of the absorbents significantly. The properties (CO 2 absorption capacity, mass loss, density and viscosity) of the I/M 2:8 during the cycles suggested that the IL-MEA mixture had an excellent stability performance. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2018.

Batch experiments were carried out to investigate the performance of Oscillatoria tenuis to remove nitrogen, phosphorus and chemical oxygen demand (COD) from secondary effluents of municipal domestic wastewater. Meanwhile the potential of biogas production by collected O. tenuis co-digested with pig manure was also investigated. O. tenuis had a biomass productivity of 150 mg L−1 d−1, a removal rate of NH+4(96.1%), total phosphorus (82.9%) and COD (92.6%) within 7 d at an aeration rate of 1.0 L/min. The biochemical methane potential (BMP) test for O. tenuis fermented with pig manure was evaluated at three different ratios. The cumulative methane yield was 183 mL CH4/gVSadd at a mixing ratio (MR) of 3.0, 191 mL CH4/gVSadd at a MR of 2.0 and 84 mL CH4/gVSadd at a MR of 1.0. The maximum methane yield appeared at the ratio of 2.0. Meanwhile, acid-, alkali- and thermal-pretreatments were applied to raw microalgae biomass to promote biogas production. 摘要:
Magnetic ZnFe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>/ZnO (ZFO/ZnO) multi-porous nanotubes have been first fabricated via a facile electrospinning and subsequent calcination process. A series of ZFO/ZnO photocatalysts with different ZFO molar content and morphologies are also obtained by varying the molar ratio of Zn/Fe metal salt and its dosage. The morphology, composition, crystal structure and specific surface area of achieved photocatalysts are systematically examined. TEM images demonstrate ZFO/ZnO-3 multi-porous nanotubes possess perfect 1D nanotube profile with hierarchical pores. HRTEM images confirm the formation of ZFO/ZnO heterojunctions. DRS spectra show that ZFO/ZnO-3 multi-porous nanotubes exhibit an enhanced absorption both in UV and visible-light region. PL spectra and photocurrent responses of ZFO/ZnO-3 multi-porous nanotube demonstrated that the photogenerated electrons and holes are effectively separated. Above all, ZFO/ZnO-3 multi-porous nanotubes photocatalysts with a larger specific surface area of 57.79 m<sup>2</sup> g<sup>−1</sup>exhibit the best photocatalytic efficiency of 99% after 150 min under the solar irradiation for the decolorization of RhB. Moreover, ZFO/ZnO photocatalysts not only possess magnetic separation property, but also keep a relatively high photocatalytic efficiency even after four cycles, which is beneficial for practical application. In addition, both the formation and potential photocatalytic mechanisms of ZFO/ZnO-3 multi-porous nanotubes are proposed in detail. ©2016 Elsevier B.V.

A NaCl-modified zeolite was used to simultaneously remove nitrogen and phosphate from biogas slurry. The effect of pH, contact time and dosage of absorbants on the removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphate were studied. The results showed that the highest removal efficiency of NH4+-N (92.13%) and PO43--P (90.3%) were achieved at pH 8. While the zeolite doses ranged from 0.5 to 5 g/100 ml, NH4+-N and PO43--P removal efficiencies ranged from 5.19% to 94.94% and 72.16% to 91.63% respectively. The adsorption isotherms of N and P removal with NaCl-modified zeolite were well described by Langmuir models, suggesting the homogeneous sorption mechanisms. While through intra-particle diffusion model to analyze the influence of contact time, it showed that the adsorption process of NH4+-N and PO43--P followed the second step of intra-particle diffusion model. The surface diffusion adsorption step was very fast which was finished in a short time.

Glucose nonenzymatic detection is of significance in the fields of biological, environmental, food monitoring, and clinical analysis. By employing mesoporous NiCo2O4 nanowires as electrochemical sensor, highly sensitive nonenzymatic detection of glucose has been realized. The NiCo2O4 nanowires were synthesized via a facile hydrothermal method and subsequent thermal treatment. Their crystalline structures were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and morphologies were characterized using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The porous characteristics and real surface areas of the synthesized NiCo2O4 were studied by Brunauer–Emmett–Teller method. Electro-catalytic oxidation of glucose on the NiCo2O4 electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry, and amperometry. The nonenzymatic sensor based on NiCo2O4 exhibited superior performance for glucose detection, with a low detection limit and excellent sensitivity. © 2017, Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany.

摘要:
以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、芽孢杆菌、根霉和毛霉作为供试菌种,通过平板计数法和抑菌圈法研究竹干黄酮的抑菌性能,同时考察了竹干黄酮浓度、pH值、热处理对竹干黄酮抑菌性能的影响。结果表明,竹干黄酮对细菌及霉菌均具有一定的抑制作用,并且对细菌的抑制作用强于霉菌;在酸性条件下,竹干黄酮的抑菌效果更好;竹干黄酮的热稳定性良好,100℃的热处理对其抑菌性能没有明显影响。

摘要:
To avoid the instability and failure of anaerobic digestion, a process of monitoring and controlling is strongly required. State indicators including biogas yield, methane content, hydrogen (H2), hydrogen sulphide (H2S), pH, total volatile fatty acids (TVFAs) and individual volatile fatty acids were studied under different types of load disturbances in order to find the most effective indicator(s). During load disturbances, biogas yield increased quickly in response to the easily degradable compounds while slowly to the complex compounds. Relatively stable methane content (55.8%–66.0%) and pH (6.6–7.2) were observed. H2 increased more than 200 times, 6 times and 15 times respectively for glucose, peptone and lipids. While H2S increased from 1000 ppm to 3500 ppm, 3500 ppm and 4221 ppm respectively for glucose, peptone and lipid. Not all individual VFAs except propionate made obvious response to the load shocks which rose from 6.5 mmol/L to 49.8 mmol/L, 17.1 mmol/L and 28.1 mmol/L respectively for glucose, peptone and lipids. A combination of H2∕H2S was chosen to monitor this kind of digester dealing with piggery wastewater. © 2017

A novel method was developed for the preconcentration, separation, and determination of trace lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS), based on carbon nanofibers (CNFs) loaded with 8-Hydroxyquinoline (HOx) as a solid phase extraction adsorbent. The adsorption behaviors of the analytes on CNFs-HOx were investigated. The effects of pH, sample flow rate and volume, elution solution and interfering ions on the preconcentration and separation of the analytes were examined in detail. The adsorption capacity of CNFs-HOx for Pb and Cd was 4.3 mg g(-1) and 5.0 mg g(-1), respectively. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limits of Pb and Cd were 3.0 and 0.7 pg mL(-1) with an enrichment factor of 100-fold, respectively, while the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 5.0% for both elements (c=1.0 ng mL(-1), n=9). This method was applied to the determination of trace Pb and Cd in environmental and biological samples with recoveries of 95-103%. In order to validate this method, a certified reference material of mussel (GBW 08571) was analyzed, and the determined values are in good agreement with the certified values.

目前大部分本科院校都开设有“化学反应速率与活化能的测定”,通过数据处理得出反应速率、反应级数、速率常数和活化能等实验结果.该实验生动直观,学生接受度较高.但是在该实验教学中,指导老师往往忽略了对推导公式进行简化处理,导致学生疲于计算.同时,手工描点的方法存在较大的误差.本文通过合理的教学设计,简化计算过程,引入计算机作图法,为实验老师提供教学参考,并切实提高学生的实验素养和数据处理能力.
